Stayed for 4 nights for business trip. Nothing to complain is where I begin with. Location was perfect for my schedule but even in general it seemed very helpful. Restaurant all around, with shopping malls makes it easier to catch quick gifts for family. The place is near a hub that connects to many surrounding cities as well. Breakfast was modern style and was lot to enjoy with.

Great location! The hotel is easy to find and it's just 4 min walk from Namba station. It's new and super clean. Staff are nice and helpful. We love that they use new towels. There's coin washer and dryer on 2nd floor as well as vending machine, microwave and free ice. The room we stayed was standard twin. It might not be spacy so we put our luggage under the bed. The bed is good. The aircond is good and quiet. Room is soundproof.

Its all about the location which is fantastic, very close to gigantic namba station, within walking distance from everything interesting in namba . Very basic hotel , rooms small but clean, hardly any space for luggage, no wardrobe. The plastic bathroom was clean but smelt strange. Luckily for us construction work in the building site opposite the hotel was limited during the weekend. Only part of the staff knows any english, but all were very friendly and really wanted to help.

Hotel is not 1 minute from Midosuji Exit 5, as stated, it is more like a 5-7 minute walk. I arrived late at night, and discovered that this hotel is not visible from Namba station. I also found that this hotel is too focused on bragging about their eco identity instead of guest comfort and services. The corridors were very dark, which wasn't one of my favorite features. The takkubin service they use is the most expensive I've used. It cost more to send my luggage across Osaka, than sending my luggage to Tokyo from a different hotel. There are not many services, and the area is also being gentrified, which always leaves me with mixed feelings. If the eco identity is your highest priority and so-so guest service is okay, this hotel is for you. I would stay here again because the room was nice, but I would try to book somewhere else first.

Comparing to the rest of the hotels I stayed during my 3 weeks stay in japan, staffs at this hotel are unfriendly. Not sure if it’s because they are too stressed from work (tourists are rushing into japan), or they are too afraid of speaking in English or? Their face, their tone and their body language are just making me so not comfortable that I feel I am not welcomed at all as if I’d never be here. Worst experience ever. This just doesn’t feel right especially in Japanese standard. Talking about the room itself, their semi-double room is small, so much smaller than any other semi-double rooms in japan I have stayed. It’s not quite enough to even fit one person with two suitcase (unless you open one suitcase on the bed and the other one on the sofa, and that leave you no room to move around). Do think twice if you are about to book this room type. You’d consider their double room with two beds if you really are consider staying at this place. In term of location, I’d say it’s excellent. It’s at Namba Station (where you can take the train directly to KIX), airport limousine bus stop for Itami Airport is just around the corner too. But again, guess I’d rather stay at another similar hotel next time as I don’t want my mood to be affected by the unfriendly service after all. Let’s hope their service standard would improve or go back to Japanese normal standard eventually.

Great location with 5 min walk to Marui0101 and Takayshiyma. (right across the street). New, clean and modern room, yet small (i.e. unable to walk when suitcases are opened, and limited counter space in the bathroom) It was a bit difficult to get to by driving and locate the closest parking as many streets are one way. There is constructions right in front of the hotel at this time (Dec 2022) Breakfast was acceptable (mostly salad type with limited hot food selection)

I was staying in the hotel on 16-20 Nov. This hotel is newly open since Sep 2022, that is why overall the hotel looks new, trendy hotel. Previously I was worried based on the location if is suitable for female solo trip. However, the location quite close to subway and also some other tourist spots. I like the room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room cleanliness also good and they are practicing environmental friendly concept. They still doing some simple clean and only changing bedsheet will be 2 times per week. The staffs all were friendly and helpful. Although sometimes we have difficulty to understand each other due to the language, but they were trying very best the capture all information to help us. If I travel back to Osaka and I will definitely put this hotel into my top priority.

Hotel is about less than 5 mins walk from Namba Station, depending which exit you take as Namba Station is huge! Room is clean, simple but small (as in most hotels), and the walking space is very tight. Two persons can hardly walk past each other. The toilet does have a tub, and toiletries can be self-picked from the hotel lobby, including tea bags (green tea only) and coffee sticks. Things to note is housekeeping and cleaning. The hotel does NOT do such everyday and they have a housekeeping schedule. So it's always good to have some hygiene practices to make your stay more pleasant e.g. dispose your trash in a sealed bag.

We stayed here for one night. Hotel is new and convenience. About 5 minutes distance away from the Namba Station and close to shopping area. Room have USB function, spacious and price is reasonable. Beside they have a family room too if you have 3-4 person to stay. Breakfast is acceptable and quality but don’t expect variety of foods . Overall the hotel is great and recommend to anyone who interest

What I liked about, - While there are many hotels around this area from strange, old or expensive one, this hotel is well budgeted with clean modern taste. - Walkable distance to many of entertaining areas in Osaka and super close to subway - Breakfast is nice but having same breakfast for four straight morning was a bit too much. (restaurant runned by tenant) - Nice smart TV and "easy" to use. I've seen smart TV in hotels in the past but end up requesting for payment, log-in and other. This one is rather simple. Cast it or mirror it. With "how to" written on the TV monitor it was so easy. What I didn't liked about are really nothing. This was a biz trip and I don't look for super friendly staff or hospitality. Not a big living space but bed was very comfortable. Which was enough for biz trip. Not a good working space within the room but they have a helpful lounge to work so it was actually better compare to working in the room. I stayed four nights and that could be boring but that's me. Two, three nights, I think this place is perfect. note - about 10 minutes walk to famous Osaka Dotonbori as well as place like NIhonbashi a Osaka version of Tokyo's Akihabara.
