First of all, the location of this hotel is excellent as it is right in the middle of Namba where all activities congregate. You have lots of choices of eating places , shops and malls, with Takashimaya just 3 mins walk away.

However because it is a popular tourist hotel,
It gets very crowded during check in period for the rather small reception area. While I would stay the service of staff is not good but it just come across as rather systematic lacking the “feel” I got at other Japanese hotels , not sure if it is maybe these are actually non Japanese staff?

The room by Japanese standard is decent and I like the modern design of it. What is interesting is in the room , they gave very clear instructions that not to dump any food remaining in the bin and if you wish for them to dispose off any luggage it will be chargeable . This can only mean they have had too many of such experiences.

Another interesting observation is that at the breakfast area , the staff will not be waiting there for you at the entrance but instead comes out from the kitchen to attend to you. The spread however is decent with good choices of tea.
They also offer a coffee machine and selection to tea bags at the reception area making the reception then even smaller,

The hotel was nice enough, but the customer service fell short of the expectations set by other hotels in Japan within a similar price bracket.

A more westernised hotel experience, with a comfortable enough bed, shower with tub, sink, toilet, mini fridge and safe. We had shipped our large luggage from our previous hotel (via the Yamato courier service) and arrived before the check in time. The hotel allowed us to leave our backpacks in the meantime while we killed some time exploring. When we returned to the hotel, we were told our luggage (both large suitcases and backpacks) were moved to our room for us.

Most of it was there, but we each had neck pillows strapped to our backpacks when we dropped them off and one was missing. We asked at the front desk and nothing had been handed in or found. The following morning we asked again, and the lady behind reception (the most helpful lady we encountered) said she'd check with relevant staff and review CCTV. Upon checkout we were told they had not seen it on the footage and that was that. It's not the end of the world - just a neck pillow - but it was just a shrug of the shoulders and tough luck kind of response.

We did not eat at the hotel restaurant so have no comments there.

The room cleaning schedule was like previous experiences (every 3 days for a 'proper' clean). Further amenities (like tea bags, coffee, sugar, cotton buds etc) were available from reception but bottled water was chargeable.

The hotel badges itself as 'premium' however I think it fell a little short of that title compared to others.

The hotel is close to Namba station from where you can go almost everywhere with train metro or bus. The room was a bit small but clean. breakfast was good. The room could have been bigger. If at breakfast last order is 9:30 but is open until 10 you should let people in after 09:30.

This hotel is like an Ibis Budget at best. They do not clean the room daily, stick ridiculous signs up all over the property about not putting food in the bin etc etc and the staff just look you up and down when you walk in.

The room itself is dark and dingy. It was clean enough and a good location near e everything you'd need in central Namba. It's fine if the price is right, but definitely do not expect a premium experience as the name suggests as this is laughable.

The staff is very rude and wouldn't even loan us a spoon for five minutes.

Hotel is about less than 5 mins walk from Namba Station, depending which exit you take as Namba Station is huge!

Room is clean, simple but small (as in most hotels), and the walking space is very tight. Two persons can hardly walk past each other. The toilet does have a tub, and toiletries can be self-picked from the hotel lobby, including tea bags (green tea only) and coffee sticks.

Things to note is housekeeping and cleaning. The hotel does NOT do such everyday and they have a housekeeping schedule. So it's always good to have some hygiene practices to make your stay more pleasant e.g. dispose your trash in a sealed bag.

Modern hotel in the heart of Osaka close to Namba Station.
The hotel is new and very nice. It offers Japanese and continental breakfasts. The rooms are well equipped, although a small closet would be welcome to store your belongings during a long stay, the beds are comfortable.

I was staying in the hotel on 16-20 Nov. This hotel is newly open since Sep 2022, that is why overall the hotel looks new, trendy hotel.

Previously I was worried based on the location if is suitable for female solo trip. However, the location quite close to subway and also some other tourist spots.

I like the room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room cleanliness also good and they are practicing environmental friendly concept. They still doing some simple clean and only changing bedsheet will be 2 times per week.

The staffs all were friendly and helpful. Although sometimes we have difficulty to understand each other due to the language, but they were trying very best the capture all information to help us.

If I travel back to Osaka and I will definitely put this hotel into my top priority.

Good location - just cross two roads and you are near Department Stores, covered shopping area and Namba station.

The rooms were quite compact but expect that in Japan. The room had the basics and were no frills but importantly very clean.

One odd thing we found was that the heaters in the hallways were turned up unusually high to the point it was uncomfortable.

Staff at the front desk were friendly. But after a certain time - they retreat to the back office and you need to ring a bell for service.

Comparing to the rest of the hotels I stayed during my 3 weeks stay in japan, staffs at this hotel are unfriendly. Not sure if it’s because they are too stressed from work (tourists are rushing into japan), or they are too afraid of speaking in English or? Their face, their tone and their body language are just making me so not comfortable that I feel I am not welcomed at all as if I’d never be here. Worst experience ever. This just doesn’t feel right especially in Japanese standard.
Talking about the room itself, their semi-double room is small, so much smaller than any other semi-double rooms in japan I have stayed. It’s not quite enough to even fit one person with two suitcase (unless you open one suitcase on the bed and the other one on the sofa, and that leave you no room to move around). Do think twice if you are about to book this room type. You’d consider their double room with two beds if you really are consider staying at this place.
In term of location, I’d say it’s excellent. It’s at Namba Station (where you can take the train directly to KIX), airport limousine bus stop for Itami Airport is just around the corner too.
But again, guess I’d rather stay at another similar hotel next time as I don’t want my mood to be affected by the unfriendly service after all. Let’s hope their service standard would improve or go back to Japanese normal standard eventually.

Hotel is not 1 minute from Midosuji Exit 5, as stated, it is more like a 5-7 minute walk. I arrived late at night, and discovered that this hotel is not visible from Namba station.

I also found that this hotel is too focused on bragging about their eco identity instead of guest comfort and services. The corridors were very dark, which wasn't one of my favorite features. The takkubin service they use is the most expensive I've used. It cost more to send my luggage across Osaka, than sending my luggage to Tokyo from a different hotel. There are not many services, and the area is also being gentrified, which always leaves me with mixed feelings.

If the eco identity is your highest priority and so-so guest service is okay, this hotel is for you. I would stay here again because the room was nice, but I would try to book somewhere else first.
