Detailed Reviews
As many have already said, the rooms are small and there is not a lot of space to open the luggage. There is no safe. There is no desk and chair to work (no space for such), just a mini table, and you will have to work on the bed. If you are alone it's about ok, but with two people it gets crowded. These are the main or only problems, really. Everything else is good or very good. The bathroom is (relatively) more spacious than the room and has everything you may need. The washing machines down at the second floor work very well, 300 yen for washing and then 100 yen for the driers. The staff is nice. The convenience store across the street gets you covered on anything.
On the question of access to the hotel, exit 32 is indeed the closest but has no lift,as many have pointed out. Some people wrote here that the best option with lift is exit 30, but I have found that exit 10 is much better. This is because exit 30 requires you to do a lot more of confusing underground corridors to get to the Midosuji line, while exit 10 is right there. Exit 10 is not that tricky to find: you need first to cross the street in front of the hotel and to make your way straight through the small streets (full of bars and small restaurants) in the direction of the Nankai Namba train station (not JR Namba), but you do not need to cross and get to the station. Pass by the place where the buses to Itami airport leave and then take a left turn at the main avenue heading north and pay attention to the signs. The entrance to the lift looks like an ordinary building, with a name in Japanese only above the door, but lower, on the sides of the buiding, the signs saying Osaka Metro are there. Walk inside the building and find the lift. I am uploading a pic where this is clearly explained.
To add to the general difficulty for first-timers, it happens that, for reasons that I really cannot get, sometimes the maps on the stations and corridors are oriented to the north (as they always should be), but sometimes are to the west, east or even south: this is sooo very confusing!.. When you look at any map in Japan the first thing to do is to pay attention to the compass..

Have to confess I struggled with review of this hotel and am unsure if I would use again.
Pros -
Location - hotel is a 3 min walk from Namba station which has great access to the KIX airport express, main train station and the subway network. Several of the main sights are also within easy walking distance of the hotel.
Staff - All the staff we interacted with could not have been more friendly or helpful
Bathroom/toilet - great shower and toilet area, spotlessly clean.
Cons -
Rooms - Even by Japanese hotel standards (and by the end of a 3 week holiday, we had seen a few!) this was miniscule. There was literally 6 inches of space down one side of the double bed, whilst the other side was flat against the wall. The space was so tight that even the cleaner obviously couldn't reach the headboard as it was covered in a thick layer of dust and the carpet under the bed hadn't seen a hoover in long while! There was a chair but you couldn't pull it out far enough to sit on it. Packing 2 large suitcases for the journey home was not easy. The kettle had to be plugged in to the socket in the bathroom. The power point next to the bed didn't work. The entrance into the room was not much bigger than the width of our suitcases.
Check-in/out - On entering the hotel a member of staff greeted us and asked for our details before checking on her computer to confirm our reservation. We were then told we needed to check-in via the automated system to one side of the counter but having moved our cases to the machines, the same member then proceeded to do everything for us. The same happened on check out. Either you want to operate an automated system or not - personally I'd prefer you didn't!

The room was by no means a suite size but comparable with other room sizes in Japan. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was pretty decent and the staff were great with us leaving our luggage all day on our last day and posting out our wifi router. The hotel is right by Namba station so easy to get to and is only 10-15 mins away from the Dotonbori canal on foot.

A very good hotel overall. We had a triple room, to note that it was 3 real beds and not a folding added like the Wing Tokyo. Clean, welcoming, room small enough as everywhere in Japan but comfortable. Hearty and good breakfast buffet. You can consider a late check out at 2pm for the equivalent of 20€/person. The hotel is in theory very close to the metro station but be careful you will have to make bcp of corridors and stairs to reach the platforms (about 8 minutes at least with bcp of stairs, or even more than 15 minutes to access the regional trains (for the train to Kansai airport the access to the platforms is 1.5km).

Definitely a convenient location, near to Nankai Station for our train to KIX especially at an early hour. Also very near Takashimaya, Kuromon Market, Shinsaibashi and Dotombori. We just walked around the entire stay of our trip.
Rooms are nice, size is also ok and we got a sofa in our room. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy.
Front desk staff is very professional and helped assist us with the new kiosk check-in machine to get our room keys.
Near the front desk is a section with vending machine, water refill and ice machine, very convenient.
I would definitely come back to with Gracery and this particular location if I come back to Osaka.

Excellent service from desk staff, sorting out incorrect bookings etc.
it was a good start to our two night stay.
The bedroom was compact, bathroom small but everything worked and it was very clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable.
The Gracery is located in a great central area, near to the station and a short walk to Dotonbori.

Fantastic location quiet but short walk to Dotonbori. Excellent reception staff - incredibly helpful and made sure we were able to have our room a few minutes early. This has never happened anywhere else we’ve stayed in Japan. A great breakfast and again terrific staff who worked incredibly hard to ensure food was replenished, tables cleared and hygiene was maintained. A comfortable bed. Good air cooling. The room was cleaned to a very high standard. Would certainly stay here again.

We did not particularly enjoy our stay in the hotel. The room smelt bad and I do not think the sheets were changed. The room was small and there was not really any room to open two suitcases and have space to walk. The bed is up against the wall which means one person has to climb over. The staff were nice at breakfast but none of the options were in English so it was difficult to pick!

We stayed here for the final night of our Japan tour and I think that’s we had the smallest double room ever with no view other than the next door building that was literally meters away but the room did have a safe!
This we hotel felt a little off the beaten track but it was okay and we managed to find a no stairs route to Namba station for our flight out of Osaka.
The bathroom was nice and clean with a good shower!
Breakfast was nice and my husband particularly liked the beef curry option!
The luggage storage facilities were also good although the cards on the lockers took a bit of working out!

Well located in Osaka, a very lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants.
Professional welcome in English.
Uncomfortable bedding (room 614), rather unpleasant opaque window. however the room is a good size.
The room is well soundproofed.
Breakfast: pastries and soft cakes.

If you'd like to go Rinku-Outlets, I recommend you to board NANKAI Railways from Namba Station.
Nankai Namba station is walk away from 5-7 min from this hotel.
Airport Express is available every 15 minutes and you can board only basic fare.
Or rapi:t Super Express is available every 30 minutes but if you'd like to board this train, you have to pay extra charge for super express.
This hotel is newly constructed.
I plan to use Nankai express line Train to Namba and walk to exit 30 or exit 32. Thx
