Stayed for 2 nights at this new hotel. The entrance of the hotel is a bit hidden or confusing to find. The room was small, one of the new design hotels in which the bathroom think is just on the side once you get into the room. There are amenities you can get at the reception level. Water bottle and a kettle. I liked the small iron, very effective and practical. The bathroom was an ok size, the shower pressure and head were very good. The room had a massage chair, what was ok however there was no room left after all. If you need to work on the laptop , forget it, there is no space , no table to do it comfortably. it was clean , the breakfast is on the top floor and they have a 3 option meal: curry rice, omelette rice and the western one. Many restaurants on the surroundings but it wont be my favorite hotel in Sannomiya.

Hotel on top of Sannomiya station. A mix for business and tourist use. The room has comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom is good with a rain shower and good water power. The facewash sink is at the entrance, it is functional with hair drier and amenities you need at the lobby area. A kettle for tea/ coffee. Good wifi, small closet. Not much space for big luggage. There is a small desk you can use for work if needed.Many dining options just at the step door. A convenience shop at the Hankyu train entrance level. Not for a luxury stay but convenient for access to the city.

Located above 3 different lines in Sannomiya, a perfect spot for get around Kobe or day trip. This is the 3rd Remm hotel we stayed and we love it’s modern look, sufficient amenities and this hotel also come with a massage chair. You can collect your amenities from the hotel lobby, together with coffee and tea. This will help to reduce wastage where some guest may not need them.
However we took the Seishin-Yamate line from Shin-Kobe but the maps in the station do not have the location of the hotel. Took a while to get to the hotel after asking for direction from an Information counter. Otherwise once u know your way around the hotel, it’s a breeze.

Has all the basics but don’t expect much service. Self service check in.
You can park luggage if not able to check in yet.
Siren can be quite noisy if you are a light sleeper.
Pillow wasn’t the greatest, woke up with neck pain.
Room size is small so if you have lots of luggage you may not be able to move. We only had bag packs so we were ok.

I absolutely loved staying at the Remm+! I was traveling with my parents and sister (we got 2 rooms). The massage chair really sold it for me, and the location. So close to the city and the restaurants. We did get lost coming here though initially - I think we mixed up train stations? Possibly went the opposite direction when we exited because we ended up on the street.
It was perfect for a one night stay, where the main goal of the trip was to eat Kobe beef haha. Others noted it's a little on the smaller side, but I didn't really notice how small it was.
It felt very modern - the shades were electronic. The view was absolutely stunning. It was nice that they had a little extra amenities. Other reviews have called it a business hotel, but it's way nicer than a true business hotel like Dormy Inn so I don't really put it in that category.

Very convenient location at Sannomiya which is in the same building of Hankyu Department Store Kobe, very nice view and easy access to 3 train lines (JR, Hankyu and Hanshin) . Downside here is quite noisy when the trains are passing by starting from 5ish am even though my room is located on 23/F.
