Perfect hotel for a long weekend in Sapporo. The hotel is conveniently connected to JR Sapporo Station, and while the entrance is a bit understated, it’s very easy to find on arrival in Sapporo. JR Tower is the most interesting part of Sapporo City, minutes away from nightlife and lots of restaurants/attractions. Our room had a beautiful view and was small, but well appointed. We also found the service to be excellent. Check in and check out were easy. PayPay and other forms of electronic payment are accepted.
We stayed here at the start and end of a skiing trip. The location is first class, above the train station. The staff are helpful and friendly. There's some great views over the city and towards Moiwa. The rooms aren't big, but really comfortable and clean and warm.
A great hotel right in the centre of the city. Lots of underground arcades of shops and not far from the Snow Festival. Train station straight underneath the hotel. We travelled from Chitose airport to the hotel without going outside into the cold weather.
Great location for shopping and travelling to nearby area. Clean and tidy room. Beautiful view of city from our room and mountains from buffet breakfast restaurant. Best breakfast ever, great selection, fresh sashimi, salad with wide variety of toppings.
The hotel is well located and clean hotel. My husband would have wanted a gym, but he enjoyed the onsen and relaxation room very much. If you are traveling with a family, connecting rooms are limited. Since all connecting rooms were sold out, the hotel made an effort to put our family's two rooms side by side. The concierge staff were all very efficient. The shopping was pretty good.
Very nice, comfortable hotel very centrally located. Well connected to transport, shopping and entertainment. The onsen in the hotel is really fantastic in a high-rise, urban setting — definitely something to use when staying at this hotel.
Perfect location when the weather outside is less than desirable for walking. Close to the shopping centre and stunning views over Sapporo city. The spa facilities and Onsen are not free unfortunately so we didn’t use. However checking was smooth and the concierge were great at helping us book transfers etc. Great place to stay and would definitely book again next time we are in Sapporo.
This is a very nice hotel with wonderful staff ! The location was perfect being right next to the train station and large shopping complex. I was on the 32nd floor facing west and the view was spectacular!
This hotel is owned by Japan Rail that owns many other hotels around Japan in railway stations. It sits in Sapporo's main train station where you'll find all kinds of shopping stores and restaurants. All you need in one place. They have many rooms which are small but comfortable with a typical Japanese bath/shower. Excellent location in the heart of the city close to just about eveything and only 30 minutes by train from the airport.
Stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Previous year was here too. Breakfast is delicious, lots of options and nice view from level 35. Convenient to walk around, connected to shopping malls and train station. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staffs are always helpful and welcoming. Stay here when you’re in Sapporo!
