Hotel Clubby Sapporo is Located in the East quiet residential area of Sapporo. "Sapporo Factory" a commercial complex across from the hotel has various kinds of shops and restaurants. Several parking places are available depending on the cars' height. Hotel staff will show you the suitable parking place when you arrive at the entrance. All room's size is more than about 30 square meters with separated bath and toilet, one of our hotel's advantage. We stayed in this hotel on last October , hotel is just next to Sapporo Factory , the factory got many shops and restaurant. The Room is amazing , compared with the regular room size in Tokyo, this one is huge.Breakfast is one of the selling point , breakfast in buffet style with  order to make station. And most of the product come for Japan or Sapporo area, like fresh milk and ice cream , egg ect....Kitchen staff also are so nice , they even come for to assist us when restaurant staff is in busy. And front of house staff is super helpful.Overall we highly recommend this hotel who travel as couple in Sapporo and look for a place with traditional western mix Japan style hotel.

We stayed here for our entire winter trip to Sapporo. We're a group of 4 families and booked 4 rooms. We really liked the rooms being spacious and neat. The hotel is well maintained and you could see how they assure cleanliness in all hotel areas especially the restaurant where breakfast is served. It was something to look forward to each day. We loved the Japanese selection and their pastry is to die for: always baked fresh. Their yoghurt and milk jelly were delish! The kids loved them. The chef making their localized version of the egg omelette (which is a must try by the way) is an attraction you wouldn't want to miss. Food is always fresh and good over there. Staff were courteous and accommodating and I can say they really did their best addressing some of our concerns amidst the language barrier. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and made our Hokkaido trip very memorable. ❤️

The hotel is converted from an old factory building. Nicely done with huge rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable. A little bit dated fitting but very well maintained. The breakfast restaurant is nicely decorated in Japanese imperial style, with chandelier. Like a mini ballroom. Breakfast is ok with some "very nice" touch. Local Hokkaido yogurt, king crab soup. The Japanese selection should be good (I guess). Opposite is a warehouse converted shopping mall, nicely done but with limited shops. worth walking around but not much to shop. It's a 15min walk from Sapporo station and the red brick government house.

We booked two nights seperately (in a row). They gave us two different rooms, I downgraded the room (by choice) so we did not have to change rooms. I could not even get a refund or simple voucher for breakfast ... not very customer friendly ... So if you have a choice, go elsewhere!

This hotel has large (40m2) rooms with absolutely no character at all. Amazingly, they have two single beds with terrible mattresses in order to fit two more beds underneath so 4 people can use the room. With only two in the room, however, the room looked empty and the furniture and interior design were awful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was pretty good, including the coffee and bread, which was surprisingly good for a regional Japanese hotel. The location is a bit far from the subway, but adjacent to the Sapporo Factory mall, which is not worth a trip on its own, but has a nice beer tasting room. It is convenient for the snow festival, which is only a 10 minute walk.

Disappointed with the arrangement of the carpark. Carpark lift unable to accommodate to our MPV (toyota Isis) and we had to park at the opposite mall. Cause alot of inconvenience to us as we have young children and infant with lotsa luggages.

This is the second time we stayed here. The hotel is well located next to the beautiful old Sapporo beer factory building. The hotel lobby and restaurant have an old fashioned feel to them. The rooms are large, bright, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful; the restaurant is old world and the layout is relaxing and peaceful. We chose the breakfast buffet and it is a mix of Japanese and Western food. There is a great selection of local Hokkaido cooking too. The omlets are well worth trying ( the lady chef was very helpful helping us make our choice) as is the local Hokkaido rice porridge with crab. I highly recommend this hotel and we will stay here again on our next visit. Thank you.

Ok, right to it: Pros: - old world, european style hotel, take a trip to the past while holding onto the comforts of the modern day. Think lots of wood, tall bookcases, high windows, chandeliers, snow roofs...etc. - large rooms, bigger than most places - excellent breakfast, western and japanese. Love that they provide some background and history on most of their items - quiet rooms, sound proofing is excellent - spacious toilets. Bathing area is traditional style, comes with area to wash up and bathtub to soak in. Sinks and toilets in adjoining room. Generous with amenities (i.e: toothbrush/ combs/ shaver topped up every day) - Sapporo Factory is right across the road. While not super exciting (think residential shopping), it has a movie theater, a very nice 100 yen shop (Seria), much mountain gear, outfits, tents and bag shops on the top floor (i.e: Montbell/ Millet/ Timberland...etc), lots of restaurants, cafes, a huge open air bbq place which is pretty crowded with locals every night (Bier Hall), and a ginormous pet shop that houses a cat cafe (Petland). Fun place when it rains or snows heavily. - Staff is very polite, friendly and tries their best to help you - A Lawsons (convenience store) is conveniently located on the left of the hotel (when you exit the front of the hotel), and a 7 eleven is 3 blocks away. There is also a few convenience stores in Sapporo Factory. Cons: - dist to train station, around 15-20min brisk walk. Personally, I am fine with this distance as I like to walk and explore my area. It is around a 9min brisk walk to the clock tower. - place is a bit quiet at night, if you are female or travelling alone, you might feel a little nervous. Personally, I am female but big size compared to the locals so I didn't feel frightened at all. Haha. This area seems to be quite safe. - other than the Sapporo Factory, this place is quite quiet. - room is quite warm to me, averaging around 25 deg celsius nightly despite reducing the temp to 18degc. After speaking to the front desk about it, apparently the temp is internally controlled. I found it hard to sleep at these temperatures. I find this place great for couples and families who want quiet, relaxing time. Not rushing or urgency in completing everything fast. Perfect if you are driving. Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay, would come back and recommend.

The room is surprisingly very spacious for Japan’s standard. Hospitality is top notch and the room is very clean and well equipped. Although the decor is somewhat of an older-styled hotel, the place is very well maintained and comfortable. It is also very convenient location-wise as it is within walking distance from the Sapporo station as well as to landmark places like the Odori Park and Susukino. Next to it is a lifestyle mall called Sapporo Factory, making it super convenient for when you need to make purchases.
