We where in Weilong Hotel for 2 nights.Good situated to visit Kunming also verry close to shopping areas.and good street restaurants?The rooms are OK,good bathroom,and the beds are comfortable.The breakfast is more for chineese people,,but we got some toast and eggs to order.No assistance for the Luggage !!!

We reached the hotel about 7pm and was so tired. Asked for Bell boy assistance to carry our luggage but was told by reception bell boys are off duties. They asked us to help ourself with the hotel luggage trolley. So pissed. The above aside, hotel is conveniently located at the city centre. Walking distance to Nanping street , jing ma pi ji. The room is clean and love the high pressure shower. Didn't like the breakfast though but other local hotels serves almost the same type. So no comment.

This is a good hotel. The room was clean, nice bed, good bathroom with plenty of hot water -- all nice. It is on a quiet street just immediately across from the super shopping area with great Chinese restaurants, expensive Western brand stores, walking streets. There is no free breakfast, but immediately across the street is a fantastic little Chinese street cafe (noodles, dumplings, hard eggs, hot soy milk -- all super cheap and fantastic!! I know that some reviews (especially on CTrip) say that the rooms are old and need new furnishings. Our room was great. Perhaps some floors have been re-done. I was on the 7th floor. My room and all the furnishing were new looking. If you don't speak Chinese, then have a friend write for you to request the new rooms. Don't expect the hotel staff to know English. Wifi was not great. It was reasonable and OK for me.…

Upon our return from Lijiang ...our guide recommended this hotel. It is located near a big shopping centre and close to the Jinma Biji Square. The Bird & Flower market is only 10 mins walk away. The rooms are comfortable and clean too. Good wifi connections and multi-channels TV. The morning breakfast is basic ... bacon & eggs , Chinese noodle n porridge available ...not bad. As our flight depart at 5.00pm , we asked for late check-out. Our individual requests were declined. Since we had booked 4 rooms, we eventually managed to get their Asst Duty Manager to allow us to keep one room until 2.00pm ..where one member who had diarrhoea managed to rest and the others can refresh before travel to the airport. Overall this hotel is good value for money.

We booked this hotel due to its location. It is just right opposite a shopping mall and approx 15 mins walk to Carrefour shopping area, Parkson and shopping street. The hotel room is generally fine in the exception of aircond working on timing e.g no airconditioning supply after 12midnight. We stayed 4 nights and we were struggling the 2nd time and have requested to be provided with a fan but we still find the room hot and stuffy. Breakfast generally okay, chinese style with little selection of cereal, milk and white bread.
