There were a couple of issues with the stay: 1) The hotel is advertised as a 4 start hotel, but it appeared much lower tier. The hotel itself looks out-dated and the room was out-dated, unkempt, dirty carpet and smelled of smoke. 2) The AC in our room was broken and even though reported the problem was not addressed during our stay.

The rooms are large, very clean & we had 2 large beds. The shower is large in size with very strong hot & cold water supply. Room amenities include toiletries, slippers, kettle, teabags, fridge, safe & hair dryer. There is an extensive Breakfast choice of congee, vegetables, bacon, noodles, Egg Station, fruits, salads & desserts. It was mainly Chinese meal items, but of good standard & variety. The best thing was not having to jostle & push with large tourist groups for the breakfast buffet.

I gave been in the hotel for 3 nights along business trip. This is very luxury hotel. Rooms are very well equipped and give you the feeling that this is five star hotel. The only problem I faced is that the air condition was very efficient in coiling the room. Breakfast and dinner were good, the only point to improve, is to have coffee.

This is a very well appointed hotel, with a good dining room. The breakfasts were really quite copious, the only downside being a horrible sweet milky coffee, but black coffee was brought out on our second day at our request. We found all the staff to be very friendly and accommodating The room was well equipped, and clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Staff knows very very minimal English. The rooms claim to have wifi but it was unreachable. The room have a huge wall covering behind the bed; a very uncomfortable feeling. The bed were hard as a rock and the room had Mosquitos. The bathtub had mildew everywhere and cracking wall. Horrible stay.
