Though the hotel rooms are dated, the service still has the 5 star quality! All the staff we've met are helpful and nice. An instance was when we made requests for our room, Bryan Herrera has provided the extra towels and bucket of ice right away. He has been polite and delightful, like all the staff we've met. My family also enjoyed the wonderful breakfast spread. They have a variety of cuisines: Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, and Indian. And they also serve fresh juices.

Christian dela Cruz was very accommodating for bringing us additional bolster pillows and a lampshade for the study table. The room decor is a bit dated and our bathroom did not have a bidet. But the service crew were very warm, they always greet us with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and variety. The service crew, especially Andrea (OJT at The Pantry), always made sure our coffee mugs have refills.

All staff very friendly with courtesy greetings whenever meet them. The service at breakfast cafe are excellent. Feel likes a VIP at all time. It will be good to improve water pressure & shower set at the bathroom.

PROS: 1. From our experience dusit hotels serve awesome food, and it still is my favorite breakfast buffet. The buffet spread at the Pantry has nice variety and everything I had were nicely seasoned (I am partial to spicy food), and their pastries are excellent! For the room service we had their tom yum, which was even better than some of the tom yums we had in Bangkok and their chicken tikka masala which was outstanding! 2. Service was also excellent, with special mention to sir Kim from room service, who was extremely congenial and professional. Guards, frontdesk, and concierge were also very attentive and polite. 3. Nice location, just a few steps away from SM Makati and Glorietta and is 1.4 kms away from Ayala triangle. The hotel itself houses a few travel agencies so if you have some travel errands it would be very convenient for you to stay here. 4. Clean rooms CONS: 1. Hotel is starting to show its age, with grimy windows, poor soundproofing (can hear footsteps from the floor above us), and some non-functional electrical outlets. …

Food was good I wish there was an umbrella and more than one bathrobe and dental kit tho. I assume they forgot to add the second bathrobe and dental kit. Bec our booking was for 2 pax. Service was pleasant and efficient. My only comment is to pls add the extra dental kit and bathrobe and probably an umbrella
