Stayed here with a group of seven in one of the spacious villas—3 rooms, 4 beds plus a pullout sofa bed...could have accommodated 10 easily. Included breakfast buffet with stunning views f the valley and river below. Only drawback was the distance to the center of town and lack of reliable transportation. Overall an awesome visit!

This is the best place in Boquete. The villas are huge, the restaurant is fantastic, the customer service great. The hotel has a small exercise room, a small spa, delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals, and they offer a limited selection of tours. The villas are privately owned and some are permanent homes for a few lucky homeowners. It is safe, gated with security, a clean pool, and located a few minutes outside Boquete. There is parking on each villa and you will need the car anyways to visit town. I can’t stress enough home much I love this place. The view is spectacular and unforgettable.

We booked a 'standard room with view of the volcano'. The description of the room and the accompanying photos on the website made it clear that this was to be one of the rooms in the actual hotel. However, when we got there we got an 'upgrade' to a 'villa'. While spacious, these 'villas' are one of several dozens identical small houses on the estate that are several hundred meters away from the hotel/pool/restaurant/gym complex (need to drive). They are stark, modern and with views of all the other identical 'villas'. No volcano in sight. Not clear if they overbooked the actual hotel rooms or it is deliberately deceptive advertising. In any case, the hotel manager, when he finally decided to attend to us after 15 minutes, offered no apology, telling us this is simply the way it is. I suspect this is why they encourage you to book in advance with nonrefundable full payment. Buyer beware!

This is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Very clean and memorable! Teh breakfast included was phenomenal! Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, there was very little staff, and nobody was on staff during the night. The alarm in the lobby went off at 3 am. When I went to investigate why they were not turning it off, all of the lights were off and no staff were on location. The alarm rang for hours making sleep impossible. The location is isolated which is wonderful, unless the restaurant is closed - which it was while we were there. This required we go into town to get food. We attempted to request a wine bottle opener and were unable to find any staff in the building at 5:00 pm. We attempted to hike down into the canyon along the trail on premises and were not allowed to and told nobody was available to take us.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views. Very friendly service, and we were offered late check out on one of the days that was helpful. Cute swimming pool with nice views. Breakfast is fresh and tasty but takes a bit of time. Very good water pressure in bathrooms and lovely toiletries.
The only thing worth considering changing is dinner choices. Found them to be rather limited and pricey, and that encouraged us to venture further to Boquete, which has amazing restaurants.

Restaurant lacks customer service. Our party of 3 ordered breakfast which took more than 30 mins when then only 2 of us received our orders the other order which was just boiled eggs arrived 30 mins after when the other 2 persons at the table had finished. We sent the order back and didn’t get an apology from anyone.

This is a lovely hotel, well hidden in a secured lot, with beautiful views on the country side. The staff is smiling and efficient, rooms are spotless clean, well equipped, of decent size and offering all amenities. One could regret the absence of internet TV such as Netflix, but I wouldn't quibble over that, and internet is included in the room.

The rooms are breakfast included, and it's a nice, full, hardy breakfast. Dinner is pleasant and so is the selection of wines, cocktails and nightcaps.

All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Beautiful location, but not much more. The "villas" are actually small barely-furnished houses in which the kitchens are not stocked at all. If you wanted salt, you would need to buy it. The food at the hotel restaurant was mediocre. We had one meal and did not dine there again. I suppose the particular villa is hit or miss. The close neighbor to our villa had three barking dogs.

We stayed at this hotel for 15 days while we were looking for a rental in this area. The staff is warm and efficient. The rooms are generous comfortable and clean. The restaurant has excellent food reasonably priced.
The most spectacular part of the stay however is the beautiful views. Have lunch overlooking waterfalls and a gorgeous canyon. Walker in the garden, swim in the pool and if need be work outdoors in the gazebo with a strong Wi-Fi.

El hotel tiene la opción de villas o habitaciones. En las mismas instalaciones del hotel no aceptan mascotas. Pero no sé si en las villas sí aceptan. Te recomiendo llamar y preguntar.
