I come here from Equatorial Guinea to spend here my honey moon with my 5 child. I found all room booked by European Immigrants. Someone of this guy also no speak Afrikaan. Impossible comunicate with they. Hotel is very poor. Food is terrible. Cacarouck is present almost everywhere also inside food sometimes. I take one egg and was too much crispy. One animal present inside red part of the eggs. Meat is no possible to eat. Only fish sometimes is accetable. All food served in the afternoon same dinner served at 04.00 PM. Also Pizza is disgusting. I think the immigrant was here for some survival reality because the quality of hotel is very poor. Hygienic also is poor.
Well-located hotel with limited amenities. Hotel is located in front of the beach, however, rooms are very outdated and food is limited to non-existent. I dined here a few times and every time I ordered something offered on the menu I was told they didn't have it, which was very frustrating. Driving around Pemba I could see there seemed to be better options in town.
This was a quick visit to meet some corporate clients in the Pemba area. Hotel offers great potential but appears to lack professional supervision and leadership Cleanliness bad but staff extremely helpful
Good day to all, firstly I want to recommend this hotel and don’t be afraid of any negativity you may read as all hotels can’t please everyone. Having looked around at the hotels (via this site) within the area and the wide ranges of prices I decided to give this hotel a chance. Initially I thought I’d stay for two days to enable me to get a feel for the place but having spent my first night here and now sat in the bar area watching the the world go by, I happy to spend the full 8 days here. The staff are polite and friendly and up to now I can’t fault the hotel. On my arrival the reception staff/manager were extremely helpful and I was given a nice room overlooking the sea.
Hotel with great potential but level of professionality limited to few persons. Please if you book here ask immediately if the shower it works or not and at your arrival double check. Room well cleaned. Restaurant: very poor breakfast, but ok, if you go to restaurant for dinner beware! I was the only one person in the restaurant and the guy, he told he was the kitchen chef and he receive a promotion to manager, for me he doesn't know what is a chef, anyway 1 course wrong, second course never arrived. When I asked where was my plate he told me I go to kitchen to verify and after 10 minutes I goes to the kitchen and found this guy laughing with the kitchen guy, he left me pending for my answer, my plate was forgotten and I left the restaurant complaining. This is the worst customer orientation place in the world! I travel in all the world and never ever had a treatment like that, really unacceptable. When I report to the reception desk this fact, answer was: ok but you now have to pay the food ( I paid of course) and we.can totally forget this place and the feeling I had to explain them what is customer orientation. No way. Never more there. Cheers…
