Long Beach Mauritius strikes a chord with guests for its vibrant yet tranquil setting, complete with live entertainment and lush landscapes. While the spacious rooms with stunning views are a hit, some guests suggest they could benefit from a refresh. The hotel's cleanliness receives accolades, especially for the pristine pools and beaches, albeit with some calls for consistent cleaning schedules. The all-inclusive package, however, has come under scrutiny for hidden costs. Service at the hotel can be a mixed bag—commendable for its friendliness but occasionally lacking in promptness. The resort's amenities are widely celebrated, though the secluded location may not suit everyone's taste.

Long Beach Mauritius Review - fantastic hotel

We have just returned home from our holiday 31/08/23 - 08/09/23 at the Long Beach Hotel resort in Mauritius and we miss it so much already. The holiday was to celebrate our 6 year anniversary and I had emailed the hotel in advance to mention this.

Board

All Inclusive

Resort

The resort is absolutely beautiful, well attended to by the grounds staff and has spacious surroundings, lots of greenery with the backdrop of the Indian Ocean, Sandy white beaches and lush fruitful palm trees and blue skies. They are very sustainable and have an on site fruit/veg/flower garden plus a Nature Trail you can visit on your stay which include the hotels very own bee hives where honey is made for the hotel. The square in the middle of the hotel serves as a beautiful seating area in the evening and also doubles as a craft market and entertainment stage.

Arrival

On arrival we were greeted by the team with a lovely little cocktail drink and asked to take a seat in the beautifully designed lobby while everything about the hotel was explained to us. A lovely little one to one introduction rather than a mass meeting by a rep. Our room wasn’t quite ready (as I had secretly requested an ocean front junior suite upgrade (my wife originally booked a junior suite with beach access)) however this wasn’t an issue as there were two very well equipped family sized changing rooms near reception so we could freshen up, leave our cases and go and explore the hotel for a bit and also use the facilities if required. We were contacted via WhatsApp when the room was ready so no need to keep going and checking.

The Room

Luckily the upgrade I requested was available and we were put in our Junior Suite Ocean Front room. Wow, what a room. I’d already looked at the floor plan on the Long Beach website but in reality it was so much better. The bed was massive (enough to fit 4 people) and so comfy with plenty of room either side and at the foot of the bed. The bathroom had separate loo, bath and shower for added privacy while the double sink area was well sized and enough for both my wife and I to get ready together in the evenings which was lovely. All the usual amenities were included, mini bar , hair dryer, tv, tea and coffee making facilities, bath robes, slippers etc.. some of the mini bar was on the all inclusive such as the local beers, juice and milk and some small snacks which were replenished daily.
From the room the patio doors lead to a private patio area consisting of a comfy double patio settee and a table and two chairs. A lovely grassy walkway lead direct from the patio area to the beach. Pure bliss.

The food

We found the food to be excellent at all times of the day. The hotel has 5 restaurants and 1 main Bar

Le Marche restaurant - the main buffet restaurant for breakfast, Lunch and dinner (no need to book)

Tides restaurant - Beautiful beach bar with Mauritian cuisine (evening booking recommended)

Sapori restaurant - delicious Italian food and used as overflow for Le Marche at breakfast (evening booking recommended)

Chopsticks restaurant- Chinese cuisine (evening booking recommended)

Hasu restaurant - fantastic Japanese cuisine (evening booking recommended) this is the only restaurant where you have to pay (even on all inclusive however we were given a 900 rupee voucher to use). We had our anniversary meal here and it was out of this world so we were happy to pay for it. We were also surprised with the best table in the house (decorated for anniversary) looking over the main hotel square, free cocktail and a beautiful chocolate ganache to celebrate our anniversary which was a lovely touch. Elvis and Parmeet were our fantastic waiters and didn’t disappoint so thank you guys 👍🏼

Shores - the main bar where most people are drawn to after dinner. A lovely place to sit and have a drink during the day to cool off and in the evening it transforms into the entertainment hub for the hotel with quality live music every night and then a dj for the last hour or two. There are also some live acts on in the hotel square some evenings which are visible from Shores bar , Sapori and Hasu. In the evening we loved sitting out the back of Shores bar overlooking the garden and looking out for the massive fruit bats that would fly palm tree to palm tree. A sight to behold!

Drinks

The hotel has a great selection of drinks. The Thirsty Fox Weiss was my go to bottle of beer. We were very impressed with the selection of cocktails and other drinks you can get on all inclusive. It was way better than other places we have visited where you get a plastic beaker with half a watery beer in it. These are proper drinks. 🍻 🍸 . There are also water stations dotted around the resort to fill your water bottles which was very useful. Oh and if you haven’t already, try some Amarula. It’s like baileys with a twist.

Pools

Long Beach has two pools. The main pool is a good size, has crystal clear water and plenty of comfy sun beds and sun pods. There is also a pool bar so you can sit and have your drink with your feet in the pool. The other pool is an adults only infinity pool. Again with Crystal clear water it looks out straight onto the beach and ocean and is a lovely place to relax. There’s numerous sun pods here which are great for couples to cuddle up and catch the sun

Activities

The hotel has a number of land activities such as table tennis, tennis, gym etc.. none of which we used but they all looked in great keep. They also have a daily activity board where you can get involved in yoga, frisbee throwing, etc… they also offer a cocktail master class which we did on our anniversary day. It was fab and we learned a lot about the fruits, flowers, herbs that’s are used in the cocktails. Mauritius also has a lot of sugar cane plantations and so make a lot of their own rum , alot of which you can try in the hotel. We’d like to thank Arish and Sonish for making it a special treat for us. Obviously we got to drink the cocktails we made 😀.

The hotel also offers a number of free water activities such as Kayaking, wind surfing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, glass bottom boat and snorkeling. These are all free, just go to the boat house on the beach behind Le Marche and speak to Nicolas the boat house manager or one of his team. They also offer paid activities like parasailing and underwater walk. We had a fab time making the most of the free activities. There’s also a beach bar opposite the boat house so you can get your all inclusive drinks from there too and enjoy the views (if Toory is on shift and you’re a Newcastle fan then let him know as he is one too and will quite happily show you his shirt collection). We spent a few hours drinking with the guys after they shut up for the day. It was great chatting with them and finding out about Mauritius from their point of view. What a top bunch of guys!

Spa

The spa is located near the hotels botanical garden and looked amazing but we didn’t get the chance to use it unfortunately.

Staff

The staff at this hotel are absolutely the best in the business. Pretty much every one you pass will say hello (they also place their hand on their heart) which makes it feel even more sincere. They’re very attentive and all want to make sure you’re having a good holiday and know that you’re ok. They honestly can’t do enough for you, it’s so nice to see. The Mauritian people really are the loveliest. Special thanks to Pratimah in guest relations who was instrumental in ensuring we had the best anniversary holiday, Arish, Sonish, Toory, Oliver Elvis, Parmeet and Isaac in the service team and Nicolas, Antony and his team in the boat house.

Trips

We didn’t use the hotel for excursions because we met a guy further down the beach outside Solana Hotel called Tony Pablo. We booked the North Tour and Catamaran trip with him. Both trips for 2 of us cost 16,000 rupees in total and we had two fun filled days. Other operators are available.

Recommendations

1. Do use the free water sports. I get the feeling not many people know about this until the end of their holiday. It is mentioned in the welcome but I’m not sure people take it on board. Say hi to Nicolas from Andy and Emma and if your a toon fan give Toory a fist bump 👊🏼

2. If you need something, ask. The staff jump through hoops to help you. Pratimah in guest relations is a lovely young lady and will do whatever she can to help you enjoy your stay.

3. Book your evening meals with each of the restaurants at the start of your stay to make sure you get to experience what each one has to offer.

4. Try the Sante cocktail master class.

5. There are a number of sun beds and sun pods about the resort but there’s a lovely little cove section of beach that was out the back of our room (518) which had bean beds (I called them hippos cause they looked a bit like one). Head out to the beach from the hotel and turn left and keep walking, you’ll see them on your right. So comfy to lie on in a quiet spot.

6. Make use of the “Call Button”. Most of the thatched parasols have a Call Button. Press it and the guys will come and serve you food and drink all day. We spent a whole day on the beach and didn’t move 😂. Thanks Oliver and Isaac for your services.

7. Get your rupees at the airport as the hotel charge 7.5% commission.

8. Grab a pizza from Sapori (ask for takeaway) and eat it at the beach bar while having a drink , taking in the views and watching people fail at wind surfing 😂

9. Most of all enjoy. Long Beach Resort is by far the best hotel we have ever visited. Maybe it’s a seasonal thing but we didn’t have to fight for a sunbed once. Everything is so well spaced out there just seemed like there was plenty of space for everyone. So no need to rush out at 7am to get towels out 😂 (plus they also operate a 45 minute empty bed policy) not that we ever seen it imposed.

We visited for 2 weeks over the festive period. We had a small issue with our original room I.e. no view of the sea having paid for a sea view. No hot water for a day and very unstable Wi-fi connection which lead to a confusion with a restaurant booking. These niggles caused us to have a conversation with a duty manager Vikram one evening who rectified everything above and beyond in a few hours. This resulted in us changing rooms which their staff kindly assisted and the replacement room had an amazing view of the sea. The amazing service continued throughout our stay with Vikram and colleagues continuously ensuring our satisfaction.
A few members of staff we wish to mention are Ashish, Vinesh (Bar staff), Roshita & Karishma looking after restaurant reservations. We had the pleasure of meeting Morna and had a lovely chat with her about sustainability and the charity work that the hotel provide to the local community.
During our stay large parties and various functions took place and this did not affect the level of service we experienced.
We would recommend all the a la carte restaurants where we experienced some amazing food by some very talented Chefs. We met Ved and Sunny numerous times who both took time to come and check our satisfaction.
During our stay we hired a mini convertible which was good fun. Being from the UK driving was easy and we used this to drive to the speed boat ferry to get to the Ile Aux Cerfs Golf Course. This is a truly amazing course with life long memories. (Separate review already done).During one of our many crossings over to the Golf Club we met a gentleman called Kevin who recommended that we meet Jennifer the Assistant Manager of the resort. We duly did this and it was a pleasure to meet someone so passionate, experienced and professional in the industry.
We have mentioned a few people that shone out during our stay but we must say everyone we encountered from the Gate house, beach attendants, cleaners etc where a credit to this resort.
We would not have any hesitation in returning to this hotel.

Please note regarding the Wi-fi it can be easily rectified by purchasing a cheap dongle with data provided from the shopping mall at Flacq.
We experienced a cyclone at the end of our stay. The hotel kept everyone fully informed and followed a strict protocol to ensure everyone’s safety. It was a hair raising trip to the Airport as the cyclone was upgraded to category 3 on route. We were the last flight out of the airport before shut down.

We visited Long Beach and are truly sad to have left this lovely resort. We cannot recommend it enough. It is a perfect place to relax, enjoy all the complimentary activities, eat delicious food and enjoy the beautiful beach and surrondings. But what makes this resort stand out most is the wonderful staff, absolutely 5 star quality! A big thank you from room 343 - Makinen! :)

From day one we were made to feel welcome and greeted on arrival by friendly helpful employees with a refreshing drink and cold towel.
The rooms are spacious and well cleaned with a big balcony, there is two wardrobes and toiletries available, the bed is amazing, we slept so good and you can choose from a pillow menu if you need a body pillow, silk pillow etc! Fully stocked mini bar and room service available.

We would like to personally thank Anusha always going above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous time at the Shore bar, always remembering that we wanted to have sparkling wine :) along with Neelesh, always making sure that we had everything we needed and always with a smile. Two star employee, super friendly and hardworking to ensured that all guests are cared for.

The food is fantastic! We really enjoyed eating our lunch at Chopsticks and dinner at Hasu. Both the staff and the food at these restaurants is amazing. You have a 900credit per person per day to eat at Hasu and we really recommend it for one or more days, the quality and taste is five star and comparable to high-end restaurants in any other European city.

A special thank you to Yushira, another star employee at the breakfast, she is always happy smiling and so friendly and remembering what we liked to drink in the morning ”one cappuccino” and made sure that the coffee and water was on the table when we returned with our food. You really made our mornings so much better.

A big thank you to Long Beach and all the wonderful staff from room 343 - Makinen! :)

Our vacation experience has always been exceptional at Long Beach and we would highly recommend .We have stayed in other hotels in Mauritius that we regretted as this is by far the most relaxing and chic without being too stuffy or formal and that suits how we want to relax on our beach holiday .
On arrival we were given a welcome drink and cool towel which was much needed and we could feel the stress start to ease away .
We were shown to our delightful room which had everything we needed and more with hairdryer , lovely toiletries replenished daily , plenty of linen and most importantly a well stocked mini bar although you are unlikely to eat any of the range of snacks as the food is so delicious with a great range of places to eat . There is a great choice of styles of eating and style of food Italian , Chinese , Tide Beach and Buffet style you will not be stuck for choice whatever your favourite is.

the beach is by far the best in Mauritius with areas for long walks and also paddling in the rock pools , watching the white mini crab dart in and out of there homes .

there is so much to do if you are an activity junkie , we have not used the facilities foe us it is about kicking back relaxing with a long cool drink .
Our assessment the staff are fantastic and have always made us feel so welcome .

The rooms are lovely always cleaned expertly by the room fairies that seem to know when to clean and refresh your room without being intrusive .

The little touches by the staff are so sweet and make your holiday .Our recent holiday was for our anniversary and the staff were amazing in making everything extra special
for us .The hotel arranged a delicious breakfast that was set up on our room terrace with everything that you could imagine to eat , Isabelle from the events management had arranged this which was so sweet .

We were also presented with a beautiful cake at dinner wishing us happy anniversary that was totally unexpected.

This will be our 11th Visit to this hotel and return because the hotel is welcoming , a place of warmth and familiarity and that is what we get from Long Beach and its staff, a home from home feeling .

The best things for us are that hotels are not about buildings to us they are about the people .The hotel have some exceptional individual staff members that carry the brand extremely well I would hate to miss anyone off but of course special mention to Isabelle events management without whom we would not have returned so frequently, Venn bar manager, vishal, Vijay , Ajay , jean Noel have welcomed us on arrival & ferried us around the resort plus Reena our breakfast waitress who always ensures our day starts with a Mauritian smile .
If your thinking of booking a hotel in Mauritius I would choose this over any other.

Beautiful resort about 1 hour from the airport, depending on the carrier you arrive , your arrival at the resort allows you to take in the surrounds and beauty with a cocktail and towel from the staff. The arrival entrance is modern and welcoming with a view of the ocean. The room I had was beautifully laid out with queen bed , bathroom offering a bath and large shower and his and hers basins. Very modern. Rooms linen is white so its matches the room . sliding doors to the patio with a bed you can chill on and see the ocean. Ground floor room . Room was spacious and the Sun Resort offered free Wi FI which had good strength . tropical gardens surround the rooms and the property. My room was about 80m from the shoreline with a great view. Rooms are child friendly with resort offering adult only pool and a family friendly pool are with tempting ice cream bar and fast foods . The ice cream was very delish . Excellent restaurants offering various types of offerings. They have an excellent area for functions at the Company Garden which is home to organic herbs and vegetables incorporated into the function area. There was one while i was there and its was amazing at night time lit up and fire in the middle and how the bar area was set up. The food on display was excellent offering from seafood to local . For the golf lovers, excellent golf course across the road which makes a great location to run along. Long beach offers amazing sports with all the wind type sports, run along the beach to parachuting from a boat. I did a snorkel where the boat takes you out to the reef. The sea life was something else to see and the coral. You will never be tired of the various bars to pick up a cocktail or where to boogie the night away if you still have energy after a day relaxing on the beach. Sun resorts Long Beach was very enjoyable and could not find anything amiss. There is a TV in the room should you wish to watch but I didn't watch anything as I wanted to get away from the life outside Long Beach. Great walks along the beach at sunrise. Would recommend rubber shoes for when you go into the water, just to protect you feet from the coral bits. Water very clear . Would recommend an all inclusive package to lie on the beach, as the refreshment cart come around , stop and get a cold beer or something soft to drink without worrying about payment. Then grab a cocktail before lunch. Well worth it.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff were incredible, and could not do enough for you. I would point out Dolores in Guest services. When we arrived we had booked a garden room, but could see no garden, just a hedge, we were immediately upgraded to an ocean view room at no extra charge. If I was to remark on things that we did not particularly like it would be the all inclusive part of our holiday, it’s more partly inclusive, especially in the Chinese restaurant where the all inclusive was so very limited. The Japanese restaurant is so good, as are the staff. In the main restaurant they had themed evening, such as Asian evening, Mauritius evening, Indian evening, which turned out whilst very pleasant, very much the same. Getting your towels to go to the beach or adult pool involved a long walk to the mixed pool area. There would not be much difficulty putting a towel collection in both areas. All these points are meant as improvements, and did not detract from a wonderful holiday. We were treated like royalty thankyou also to Chundur and Vedita in reception

From the minute we stepped into the hotel we were warmly greeted and given a refreshing drink. Our suitcases were taken and put in a secure room until our room was ready (we had an early morning arrival). We were able to shower and freshen up before being shown to breakfast.

Our cases were waiting for us in our room once we were able to check in. We had an amazing, clean, spacious suite with a sea view balcony with a huge bathroom including twin sinks, large bath and large shower.

The hotel has 5 amazing restaurants including a Japanese, Asian and Italian à la carte that can be easily booked. The food in all restaurants were incredible! The staff were very attentive and made sure everyone had what they wanted. To name just a few Pamela, Samia, Celine, Vada went out of their way to make each visit special. Pamela even arranged a special table on our last day decorated with flowers to celebrate our marriage.

A beautiful cleaner called Sarah made sure the toilets around the pools were fresh and clean and even put fresh flowers around the sinks. The whole hotel was spotless! Sarah gave us a beautiful shell as a gift for our wedding too.

What can I say about our wedding? Well it was the most perfect, relaxed, incredible, beautiful day. Morna, our wedding coordinator was amazing! Every email from Morna prior to arriving made us feel special. Morna took us to the capital to sort our legal paperwork and made it so easy for us. She made sure our wedding outfits were pressed, we chose flowers, cake, wedding meal, wedding breakfast, music and location. Morna took me to a beautiful location at the spa to get ready and helped me with my dress.
The photographer John Lan was with me from getting my hair and make-up done right through until the end. Our wedding meal was in a secluded location with candles and flowers and was so perfect. We just can't thank Morna enough for making everything so special for us. We met Michael and Joyce the first day we arrived and they agreed to be our witnesses at our wedding. Such a beautiful couple on their own honeymoon and friends for life.
There are lots of watersports available at the hotel including parasailing, a glass bottom boat trip (free for hotel guests) undersea walking, and much more. A taxi for the day is around £55 and will take you to lots of amazing places around Mauritius.
We are already making plans to go back to this amazing island and hotel. This was one holiday we were not ready to leave.

Just got back from an amazing honeymoon at Long Beach Mauritius.

The stand out for our stay has to be the staff everyone was so kind and welcoming nothing was too much trouble and it felt genuine which isn’t always the case.

We have to mention a few people that went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our holiday was perfect. MORNA she organised us a wine pairing meal at Hassu which was incredible she also checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was great. RAJ what a hero! Around the pool and beach it felt like we were chatting to a friend so friendly he runs the pool and beach area great making sure we were always fully catered to. SURAN at tides has a lovely nature and made sure we had a great honeymoon meal really nice guy. NICHOLAS and all the team on the beach were great and made sure we could get in to snorkel when we wanted. Although we didn’t use the gym the guys at the sports centre again made sure we could get in for tennis a sunrise kayak and rock climbing they were so helpful and friendly. The guys in the bar although it gets busy especially because the entertainment is so good work so hard that I never went empty for too long recommend the vanilla swell cocktail it’s a winner!

We used the spa twice highly recommend the outdoor massage as a new experience again staff were great and the spa area is a lovely oasis.

Although it wasn’t adults only we didn’t feel that we were surrounded by kids thanks to the adult only pool and the beach being big enough so it was perfect for us on honeymoon.

Have to mention the food! We never had a bad meal, the breakfast service is ran great plenty of options and kept on top of brilliantly. For lunch you can dine in chopsticks or tides you also can have tides on the beach or a buffet. This was great as it didn’t feel like buffet buffet buffet infact we only ate buffet for our evening meal 3 times out of 12 and only for lunch once, this isn’t to say it’s bad quite the opposite we just prefer table service. The restaurants offer a great choice and variation and one of the key reasons we booked, needless to say they didn’t disappoint!

Our room was great plenty of wardrobe space so everything could be put away and we didn’t feel like we were reminded of leaving with cases out. The turn down service is great so room always was tidy and fridge restocked daily. Hairdryer is good and plenty of towels. Needless to say the scales in the room didn’t get looked at after all the good food and drinks.

Overall we have had such a good time I cried when we left and have memories to last a lifetime.

Thank you to everyone that made it so special

We stayed as a family of five, 2 adults and 3 teenagers age 19,17 & 13 over New Year at the Long Beach Resort. Always tricky to find something for everyone and to keep teenagers amused but Long Beach was perfect.
It’s a large resort (rather than hotel), quite spread out so at no time felt busy even though it was fully booked. There is lots to do here- tennis, table tennis, spa, gym, lareg kids club and just as well because when we arrived the first two days were quite stormy.
The food was excellent, they hadn’t cut corners on bland, bulk all inclusive food, everything was delicious. Special mention to the pastry chef, as the desserts were fab!
There is a chinese, Japanese, seafood and Italian restaurants which are a la carte, these are pre booked 2 days in advance but there was no problem with this at all.
The main purpose of our visit was to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and I asked the hotel what they could do to make it special. Well this is where Isabelle, Celebrations Manager was absolutely superb. She arranged a surprise meal in a secluded area on the beach for the five of us, with a private waiter. The setting was beautiful and the lobster feast, which was a 6 course meal was outstanding and for the lobster main we had three large tails each ! Isabelle was so helpful (and discreet), excellent service.
Whilst in Mauritius we wanted to explore the island and all tours are carried out by the local taxi drivers (the hotel will arrange this, no need to book in advance). I asked for someone who spoke English, 7 seater car & was funny ! So Vick (Vishal) arrived to take us out for the day, in an immaculate car. Well, he was amazing. Whatever we wanted to see and do, he made it happen. We saw monkeys, Hindu temple, volcano crater, coloured earth, waterfalls, pink pineapples and sucked sugar cane from the fields and we ate at a locals restaurant (which looked grim from the outside) where the food was delicious. 5 large mains, dessert, 3 beers each £120 and we were stuffed. Vick was outstanding and such a lovely family man.
Overall, we would definitely return to Mauritius and Long Beach, such a beautiful island and as you will read from virtually every previous review, the people are so kind and helpful.

We write this review having stayed in several 4 and 5 star hotels around the world (including the Indian ocean) for a combination of pleasure and business. Long Beach is the most expensive holiday we've been on (and are still on) which was booked to celebrate a significant milestone but regrettably it is not the luxurious 5 star hotel we were expecting. The food in all the restaurants was very good, the staff, in the main, were friendly and the room was well presented. However, the hotel lacked the finesse to be 5 star.

Service was a big issue for us. It was incredibly slow. Drinks ordered around the pool took 30 minutes to arrive or didn't appear at all. Same slow service at Tides at lunchtime and the crepe hut in the afternoons.

At the weekend they allow locals to use the hotel which makes the pool area busy and then there aren't enough sun loungers for everyone.

Use of sun loungers isn't monitored so people put towels on loungers before 8am and sometimes don't turn up until the afternoon or when they've finished with the lounger they don't return their towels so nobody knows that the lounger is now free. Towels should be removed from loungers by the hotel after a set period if they're not being used.

There's a mixture of sun loungers around the pool. Some have cushions, most don't. We would expect all to have cushions in a 5 star hotel. Some of the cushioned loungers are ripped or have signs of mould growth and generally look tatty.

The steps into the pool and pool edges were made from rough concrete which caused sores on our 5 year old's toes and fingers.

The sand on the beach isn't groomed of an evening ready for the next day like they do in Dubai so there is litter lying around. There was also discarded litter behind the pool sun loungers from the day, or days, before.

Air conditioning in our room didn't work properly and then when it did it didn't get quite cool enough through the night.

The public areas look tired and in need of maintenance with cracks in paving stones and tables next to sun loungers dirty.

Wi-Fi around the pool was hit and miss.

There was no turn down service in your room of an evening.

It's a combination of these things that mean that it doesn't quite meet 5 star standards in our opinion. At best it's 4+ but probably only 4 star.

We did 1/2 board as not big drinkers either. And as we knew we would be out during the day sightseeing felt the extra for AI to be extortionate. 2 beers approx £16. Hope this helps. Have a great holiday. But of advice it’s very windy at this hotel you will need a jacket wrap or cardigan in the evenings. Also there isn’t much seating in the bar and plaza area we gave up a few nights and just went back to our room
