The hotel room which I stayed was very confortable, with wide space, big bed, clean bedsheets and near to eating places and also near to the airport. Initially I was afraid the noise from the airplanes may disturb my sleep as my room was facing on the left side of the building, but to my surprise I did not hear planes flying so I was happy that I didn't experience any noise to disturb my tranquility.
The only con is there is no restaurant in the hotel so my breakfast came as a bento like box takeaway. No coffee also, the coffee is available in the room but is chargeable. Only the tea bags are free.
The parking is multi-storeyed and managed electronically. You put your car into the car lift and it is then parked automatically one car at a time. To retrieve your car, you need to scan your hotel card for it to be brought down via the car lift again. It may be time consuming if you are in a hurry and there are a few people in the queue before you.

Lovely room and fair value for money. Good location if you want to visit the Tanjung Aru beach. 20 minute walk away. It has potential to be better.

• Room is a very good size with lots of space. • Lovely decor throughout and very clean. • Bed is very comfortable and big 🛏 • Smelt lovely throughout the corridor and foyer. • Swimming pool was nice • The views on the rooftop 🏞 • The gym is good (just could be excellent if the below comments can be sorted)

• Not very clear instructions on how to get to the room. • No TV channels (not a huge issue). • The wardrobe was a little small. • Too many light switches which was confusing. • No Aircon in the gym😳 • No water machine in the gym🥵 • No pins for the machines in the gym. • Female toilets by the gym were bad/smelly. • There’s only 4 sun beds by the pool area. • Loudness of the planes. • Only given one key card and you can’t get access into corridors or use the lift without it. (Very annoying). • Nowhere to get food or drink. The top deck or pool area could really utilise this.

Stayed for 6 nights in October 2023. Fantastic spaious room with Aircon, sofa, netflix and kitchenette. Booked a city view room but lucky enough to be given a sea view room. Huge rooftop pool with great views and suitable for swimming. Could see sunset's from our room, the pool and the roof. Need a grab taxi to get into town but very cheap to do. A little bit more relaxed than the center of KK and tanjung aru beach walkable. No bar etc... but that doesn't bother us. Only downside as most have said was breakfast which is such a shame. Would not pay for breakfast if we stayed again. I would buy milk and cereal instead.

Accommodation fine, No Restuarant, No Bar, advert misleading, dead as a doornail. Bar fridge had one Coke and 1 One 100, Phoned reception as suggested in the booklet, They had no Beer or Whiskey to provide. Booket suggested I order from GRAB at 10 PM in the evening. Went to bed without supper. Breakfast as advertised was an order out, No buffet or sit down, limited choice.

A well positioned hotel if you don’t mind the aeroplane noise, but the car parking lift was a killer for us. So much noise we couldn’t hear the tv sometimes. The 3 bedroom rooms were really 2 plus a box (3rd bedroom) with a bed in it. The price was good but the noise factor killed the satisfaction of the pricing. It was a good sized room and the convenience of the car lift would have been great if it didn’t impact our room so much on the 5th floor. I think it was just under our room where all the cars are stored.

Room very clean Staff very helpful Room good soundproof Bed comfortable but feel slightly shorter (I am 1.65m) & Pillows slightly firm Receptionist helpful Housekeeping fast & helpful Room cleaning upon request, request at the reception when u r going out But extra keycards for lift need extra deposit (RM100) on top of ur cash room deposit (RM200) although refunded upon checkout Room keycards need to request for extra - diff keycard for lift (should just combined - too many cards to handle, diff card for auto parking & retrieval of car) Extra lighting will be better at the sink in bathroom Overall stay is great, will stay here again!
