14 Dec 2022, the hotel is still quite new so it is nice and clean. The beds are really comfortable and as we were quite tired the first night, we all slept very well. Service is very good although communication was mostly on WhatsApp. My messages on Booking.com took a while (a few days) to get response. There're mini marts on the ground level of the building and a number of local restaurants. Hotel location is very good, takes only a few minutes to the Imago mall on foot, over the bridge. Taking a Grab to anywhere is quick and cheap but avoid peak hours. I would recommend the hotel to invest in good bed sheets and maintain the quality of the beds to keep guests coming back. And to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms, I hope the staff can add mopping the floors to their routines. The floors are tiled and we had to keep our footwear on as it was sticky in some places. There is no dedicated parking spaces for guests. Parking is available in the public car park and it is only RM$2.00 per entry. But, during peak times (lunch and dinner hours), you may have to wait very patiently. We had trouble finding the entrance to the hotel at first and then found it on the 3rd floor of the building. The hotel takes up the 3rd and 4th floors only. Really value for money, basic but comfortable and pleasant stay, I would definitely recommend for business travelers. Those with families should opt for their rooms with a private balcony as they are the bigger rooms.

The hotel experience was excellent with a quick and easy check-in. The hotel is simple but has an amazing ambiance. The lobby, room, and toilet were clean.
We were given Room 314, which was conveniently near the reception, making it easily accessible. The shower was impressive with perfect hot water and strong pressure. The room, equipped with a fridge, was very clean and essentials like shampoo and soap were provided. The water pressure and shower head were superb, creating a relaxing atmosphere, enhanced by curtains covering most of the room
The king-size bed was very comfortable, The pillows are fluffy, providing a good night's sleep. The room included a hairdryer, smart TV with Netflix and fast online streaming. The hotel's location is not far from Imago Mall, approximately a five minute drive or a 15 minute walk.
On top of that, there are several ground floor restaurants for convenient dining. The lobby also provides a clean bathroom, a microwave for heating up your food and a nice place to chill and relax on the sofa.

From the moment entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The room that booked was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and linens. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated.They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day. In addition to the comfortable accommodations, a strategic place, comfortable and has parking where it is easy to go to the hotel. The hotel also provides food sets that can be bought in the room, making it easier for customers to use them and pay later. apart from that, this hotel also has very good employees who provide services and for example the internet is not working and the employees will continue to go to fix the internet problem.

Hi, the bed is nice and comfortable. But if you’re a light sleeper, this place not that soundproof as you can hear people from next room open their door clearly. Plus, the floor room is quite sticky and feel oily maybe because of a restaurant is just below the room. And the smell of the room smells like “grill fish”. Maybe the housekeeping can focus on this certain room which is near to the restaurant. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The room is spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. Everything was in tiptop condition and convenient but it would be more convenient if the room have more mirror than the one in the bathroom. Overall we was very satisfied with our stay here except we need to pay RM3 for the parking per entry even it stated per day. Maybe the hotel can provide a special sign for hotel guests so that we only have to pay once per day.

We have a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful when we had problem with our lights in our 1st room, and then they changed our room immediately to ensure we are comfortable with our stay. Overall the hotel is clean, comfortable and affordable too. Thank you, and surely we will come back!

Hotel location nearby the city centre. Downside is no designated parking for hotel customer. Clean room, great staff, quiet environment. Entertainment wise, the tv should have regular channels although it is connected with wifi. Room service should start at 11am and above

I have frequent stanton city hotel for the past few month since June 2022. It has good service, friendly staff, clean room, nice ambience and easy to park your car. Highly recommended for those who want to have a comfortable full night rest. The room is simple and nice. It has access to wifi and you can watch movies on the TV's through your drive/usb. Overall, I was satisfied and content with the service provided by stanton city hotel.

Clean and nice hotel. Good with extra accesories but please provide a mirror for make up. A litte bit problem with parking fee with charge rm3 per entry. Every time when go out and to come in again have to pay rm3. Grab and maxim driver have to charge customer extra rm3 to come in infront of the hotel and they reluctent to pick up hotel customer inside just because they have to pay rm3 to enter. Thank you.

Stanton city hotel for me is always reliable when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. The soft colours, low noise in the bathroom and aircond make a stay a pleasant and relaxing one. There are clean fridge and kettle, well working hairdryer and useful stationery in the room.
