Very small rooms... Not enough space to flip open a medium size luggage bag. Very clean. Strong WiFi. Kettle, coffee&tea sachets provided
We don't support single-use plastic, so the COWAY hot-cold water dispenser at the lobby is a plus point!
Great location... Can walk to Gaya Sunday Market, Handicraft Market, Signal Hill, Waterfront pubs & bars, malls, Jesselton Point islnd hopping jetty and so many restaurants around.
Hotel doesn't provide parking. Use public bays.... parking coupon system

For one night it’s an okay stay. Good location. Rooms very small and a “superior king room” is so small ide hate to see the standard rooms! Beds were two singles pushed together. Towels were so tattered and thin. All disposable plastic anentities too which is sad. Refillable water station in lobby but :)

New hotel. The room is small but clean with comfortable bed. It was quiet even though it was full house. Door beeps when not closed properly. Friendly staff. It is a convenient location. Two malls within walking distance. Ample choice for food. Two disadvantages in the room. The bathroom. One shower will wet the whole bathroom which makes the tile very slippery. There is no chair in the room. I have to stand when needed to do some work on my laptop. I had to place the laptop on a high platform, about waist height. Would recommend a simple high chair.

We stayed for a night here before heading off to Mantanani Island. The staff were very friendly & helpful.
Location wise is perfect! If you are here on a Friday or Saturday night, don't miss out on the night market just 1 min walk away from the hotel!
We had the Superior Queen room for the night stay. It was cosy but a tad too small for us. Plus, we had 2 big luggage that occupied even more space.
During the night, it was a little difficult to sleep with the noise from the street cars.
The rain shower was not working, and the tap on the sink was a bit challenging to use.
Overall, the location is great! Staff are very friendly and helpful but the rooms need to be improved a little more.

fantastic value near-new hotel right in middle of downtown close to everything. Looks to be modelled after Japanese business style hotel? Rooms are small but super clean and quiet with double glazed windows and big separate shower/toilet area. Has kettle and small fridge in room and filtered water, coffee making and microwave plus some seating areas downstairs in the Foyer. Super friendly helpful staff a bonus. Great little hotel and a great little price!

We stayed for three nights. Check in was quick. The hotel is very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the coffee was very good. Our room was small, so I would choose a larger room next time. Staff was always friendly and organized transportation for us. The hotel is well situated, in a better part of town and convenient to banks, shopping, restaurants and tourist information.
