We are a brand new 122 rooms boutique hotel located inside the preferred large size shopping mall of Kota Kinabalu – Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. Our lobby is on the 7th Floor accessible by car through the mall’s car park, and 8 elevators. Two elevators next to McDonald (at Ground Floor) are connected to our lobby entrance.

Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Stayed for 2 nights with a friend and we will definitely stay again! The location was fantastic, with plenty of eateries and shops in the connecting Suria Sabah mall. Many restaurants within walking distance too. The markets and waterfront are about 15 mins walk, as well as the street food stalls open at night.
The room itself was comfortable and more spacious than we expected - but do bear in mind that the walls are a bit thin. We could hear kids running around and the phone ringing from the room next door!
You may need to access 2 separate lifts to get to the rooms (one to get to 7th floor reception/lobby, then another to room) unless your room is on the same floor as the hotel lobby. I think this would only be a hassle if you're carrying a lot of luggage or traveling with strollers. Otherwise, this hotel is one of the best stays I've had!

Lobby Arrival at mall parking lot. If you come with teksi or bus. Difficult to get to the lobby. Expecially when you have lot of luggage. Staff, room cleanese and location are very good. Located at suria sabah shopping mall. Breakfast OK la. Variety of food.

The rooms were very spacious and large; however, the view was obstructed by large steel beams. We specifically picked for the ocean view, so the beams being there you could not see all of it. Staff are very friendly and helpful at the front desk. However, the hotel is located in a shopping mall, so you have to take 2 separate elevators one to the lobby on 7th floor and then switch over to another to get to your rooms. It's a bit difficult when you have a lot of luggage. The breakfast was exceptional, they had so many options and especially for vegetarians which was great to start the day.
