Cool services, cool staffs, not to forget (bob and siti), very great location, can have easy access to the mall and grab pick-up. Room is clean and got 24/7 hot water. Definitely, would stay here again!

I wish Tune Hotels, Kota Kinabalu change their operation place to another place because its located in One Borneo building. As a hotel tenant we need to pay our own parking which is rm6 per 5 hour start on 10 am until 10 pm. I arrive at 7 pm and have been pushed to buy parking tickets for rm6 which is the validity of the ticket left only on 3 hour! Next the loud noisy pub karaoke downstair can be heard on my room! I had to listed drunkard people sang until 1am! sadly i had booked for 2 night and had to deal this poorly experience when staying here. I will never go to one borneo again.

Parking spaces are available at the Courtyard reserved carpark at Rm15 per entry (15 lots only) and guests can also use the 1 Borneo KK mall carpark for a fee. Easy to check in and polite staff. Signage is very poor when getting to the rooms in the hotel it’s kinda like a maze at times. The rooms are ok at best. The curtains were broken so didn’t close properly and the window didn’t close properly either so you could hear the traffic all the time. If you are a large person you would struggle to sweeper between the toilet and getting into the shower, which itself wasn’t very powerful. On a good note the bed was comfy and the AC worked fine, the hotel is about 30 mins maybe a bit less from Kota Kinabalu Airport and the hotel is attached to a shopping mall Overall if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay for a few days then this is the hotel for you

Nice room, complete hotel for staying a bit longer from travel or vacation. Workers are also nice to customers, being very thoughtful for customer's need wherever customer need anything help for that room. This hotel also provides breakfast and make-up room, and the workers do their job fast. Really enjoy staying in this hotel, one of the most recommended hotel in Kota Kinabalu. Room is big for an affordable price. Friendly staffs. Good food. Clean place. However, I suggest that the hotel give meal vouchers/coupon with timestamp if guests booked the room that includes breakfast, so that we don't miss the meal and feel that we wasted our money for not being able to claim our breakfast on time.

Staff and customer service: 10/10 Front desk and security are very -knowledgeable on local attractions, help me a lot with finding tourist agents and car rental with a good deal. - the security event help me to get a parking spot to park my rented car overnight. I want to tip him but he refused. Thank you.

Room: 5 /10 - too small, booked a double bed room with window. Unfortunately all window facing inside the building look like a store. Could not get phone connection in the room.while the WiFi speed is just ok. Very limited space to perform solah (for Muslim).

There are taxi's at the mall all day, it won't be too difficult to get one. Tune hotel is within One Borneo Mall, part of it actually. UiTM i quite far from the city but not far from One Borneo Mall which is also where Tune Hotel located. Hope it helps!
