From room 904. Arrived on 9th April 2021. We chose this hotel thinking that they will provide a quality service. But you fail terribly. So much of complaints for our stay. I will definitely not recommend this hotel for anyone choosing premium package for quarantine facility. 1. On arrival, cold and spoiled food placed outside of our room. 2. Your operators does not know how to speak to hotel guests. Pricilla and Patricia you may leave this job if you do not know how to handle hotel guests. One of them told will return my call in 2 minutes but no return call even after 2 hours. Another one said will ask Duty Manager to speak to us which did not happen. 3. On day 5, you served us 2 slices of toast bread for breakfast with no sides. When we called, you said food menu is decided by your chef. I wonder what kind of chef who will serve only toast bread with no sides. 4. That same afternoon, you served us sandwich for lunch. 5. On that night, 13th April, dinner was not served even at 8pm, whereby on previous days dinner was served at 7pm. When I called to check ,your unprofessional operator said it’s in progress even though I said my 2 kids are hungry. No sorry or courtesy call to inform about food. Do you think we are staying for free? I’m paying RM520 per night for this stay. And you charge RM100 for 3 extra meals just for a bread for breakfast and lunch? You may withdraw as a Premium Quarantine Facility if you can’t deliver a good service or might just opt to Standard Package Quarantine Facility. That would fit you more for this terrible services. You are a disgrace for Marriott Group and have tarnished the good name Marriott has. I hope someone would read this and give me an answer.

I selected this hotel as my quarantine hotel because of the location which is nearest to my own. On the first day itself already get disappointed as the check in was not well organized. I made a clear request in email, as well as emphasized during the check in process, I need a king-size bed room but I only got what I wanted after complaining. As it was already about 4pm (over the hotel specified lunch period) I requested some simple serving of fruit or cookies as I didn’t had my lunch during the journey. Surprisingly I was served a “lunch box” but it was cold. It is a common sense to just heat it up in the microwave before serving? I dare not take it as to avoid any stomach problem and feedback to the hotel. I received my dinner around 7.30pm despite requested to be served earlier as lunch was not taken. Again it was cold (cold chicken chop??). Despite spoken and requested directly to the staff who is sending the food, needless to say all the meals I am receiving until today (2nd day of my quarantine period) are all served in cold. I really could not understand why and what happen!! I have been asking myself is this really Marriott standard? Or is this a new way of living? What is the risk of stomach ache and/or other unnecessary complication during this period? In my experience, this is not a simple individual problem but a management problem (Process? Procedure? Resources?...etc) and/or leadership problem (Expectation setting? Attention?...). The hotel leadership team has to seriously look into it. I wish the hotel management has a chance to see this comment as I don’t know who else I can ask for attention and help. I was also thinking of writing directly to Mr Simon but back off. If there is valid reason for sending cold meals, kindly respond to me and I should be able to accommodate any reasonable excuses. Last but not least, kindly improve this food serving problem. Thank you.

I stayed at Putrajaya Marriott for the Work & Stay Pass and it was such a pleasant stay. The hotel is not brand spankin' new, and to a certain extent it shows in the condition of the furnitures in the room. However to be fair, to say that they're in bad condition is not exactly right as well. The bed is comfortable & their pillows are so comfortable (i'm not a fan of plushy down pillows so firm foam pillows are my favorite). The toilet comes with full set of toiletries & amenities which is excellent. What i like the most about the hotel is the food. All the meals that I had at the hotel have been excellent. I ended up having my lunches there too. While they dont come with a million items on their menu, the ones that i ordered so far have all been very tasty and their prices are great too. And, as in-house guest, you're entitled to 30% discount on F&B. Thats perfect! One thing that I'd like to recommend for improvement is the service level of their front desk staff. Ok, their service is not bad at all, but its definitely not at the level of an international brand name hotel yet. Hope to see them making this improvement during my next visit.

1) First bad experience of all I order a limousine from airport to hotel. I waited 1 hour for the driver to arrive at KLIA. 2) Room quality were bad. May areas of the room were chipped and old. Wallpaper were torn due to wear and tear. 3) Check in need to wait for receptionist to arrive. Minimum 15 mins. 4) Lunch time they screwed my lunch during quarantine and waited till 1.45pm. Food were cold and tasteless and a-lot of rice. Not as same as advertise. 5) Check out was schedule early at 9.30am but they screw it up. there is no phone at check out point and i need to get back to room and call back receptionist. 6) Check out at 10.15 7) After check out i had a better look at the hotel. It was really slim on staffing. Need to wait to put my baggage and no staff at concierge. this hotel need to buck up. The food quality need to improve. If you need to pay for PREMIUM service i highly do not recommend this hotel.

Been here for several occasion but not staying here until for this quarantine purposes. Chose this hotel for premium quarantine package as it is listed in NADMA list, located outside Kuala Lumpur and closed to my house. Room provided is spacious, with 1 long sofa bed and 2 queen bed, enough for me to do some physical exercise or even family with kids. Spare towels and bedsheets already provided as no direct contact with hotel staff along that period. Plenty of drinking water, coffee, tea and sugar also there, enough to cater for 1 week duration. Wifi connection also excellent, as I'm continue working along that time. Meals delivered 3 times a day varied from local, oriental and western, each with main course and also dessert/ fruits.
