To whom it may concern, First of all, i would like to express my dissapoinment with Zenith Putrajaya service, i was excited at first to check in to this hotel however after i experienced this terrible and rude service, i was shock as i never thought this high rating hotel in Putrajaya will serve the rudest, slowest customer service compared to other hotels with low rating. I come at 2pm for early check in, there are no other incoming guest except myself, process is quite slow and not friendly but probably it took time to fill in my details as i am walk in customer. I request and mentioned it couple times for mosque view. The front desk lady noted on my request and she doesnt notify me if my request is unable to fullfill. After i received the room card, i straight away went for a drive to the nearest convenient store. Then, i went back to the hotel, access my room and i got bridge view instead. I tried to call receptionist using room telephone to try change my room but no one answers. I went down to the lobby with all my baggage and request for room change, the same front desk lady asked me to wait and she will call the house keeping if there is any available room facing mosque. I waited for 30 minutes, she didnt attend me at all and very rude in replying my questions. She prioritize other guest first to check in and keep me waiting at the lobby. It is a simple instruction as just change my room, she never mentioned that room facing mosque is not available upon check in. I heard at the lobby, other guest get the room facing the mosque. There are 3 front desk lady and around 3-4 families only at that time!!!! Parking basement only 4-5 cars and valet are empty. It is only Hari Raya day 3 and only Putrajaya people can travel to stay here during MCO 3 or other guest with different state might come for work purpose. You may check the CCTV for evidence. Indeed the service was super slow and the front desk lady Ms. Siti Aminah was rude to me, she did apologize but it just a merely apologize not a sincerely and heartfelt apologies. After the lobby empty, she then called the house keeping infront of me using her personal phone, she mentioned this walk in customer need to change the room in the rudest way as i am sitting in front of her and she was like gossiping and backbiting me as my request is hassle. She replied to me that i need to wait if i want the room, as house keeping need to open level 2 as level 5 is fully occupied. I would accept the situation and willing to wait longer to get the room, however i couldnt take the rudeness replies and rude attitude calling her colleague infront of me and mentioning the issues that i am just a walk in customer. I asked for refund and she rudely agreed that i can find other hotels if i want to. I am very disappointed with ZENITH PUTRAJAYA. Check in super duper LATE!!!!i request for mosque view and mentioned it couple times, i got a bridge view instead. The person told me mosque view all occupied. What the heck!!! Today is raya day 3 and there are only 3-4 families.. so stupid and slow service!!!! Better go to meridien or double tree hilton after this.. DO NOT TRUST HIGH RATING!!! PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! 1st and LAST check in to this hotel !!!!!
Went there for Ramadhan Buffet 2021 with colleagues. A lot of varieties to choose from - traditional kampung menu, Chinese cuisine, Mexican cuisine & noodle Station. The food never run out & the taste were delicious. We love it & definitely will return to visit again. Also, they follow the SOPs very well despite of the crowds.
Came here on Saturday with my husband. Very long queue to check in. Ridiculously slow la. Need to have more counter to check in on weekend. No fast lane for special need. For example: pregnant, old people. I called them few times the day before but no answer.
Wondeful hotel and excellent staff. Provides professional and world-clasa service for my project team's meetinh needs. We are happy to continue using Zenith as our no.1 choice. The hotel and finishings in the rooms are impeccable with a lovely view of Wawasan Bridge.
