Had an enjoyable staycation here. Got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which was huge and had beautiful views of the golf course. Looked so lush and green but also hot as hell - I felt sunburned just watching. IOI mall is big and plenty crowded. I was there the weekend before Ramadan and it and the hotel were packed to the rafters. Still there were plenty of food options if you were prepared to queue. The executive lounge was ok. Food was decent but the alcohol choices were limited - just beer and wine. The prawn mee was surprisingly moorish. Breakfast was the only let down. It was worse than a food court, with people jostling to get refreshments. It was like a scene from a natural disaster where emaciated crowds jockey around a parachute food drop. But in this case, most of those battling for position around the croissant station looked to be 20kg overweight; many by even more. The whole saga had the undignified air of a feeding frenzy. Welcome to Putrajaya! But apart from that, I had a great time. The gym was terrific and shallow pool ok too. Just next time I'll avoid breakfast or if I do brave the scrum, I'll make sure I do so in a shark cage. It just may save you a finger!

Stayed here as an option to my usual Work From Home routine. Loved the room - I had one that overlooks the golf course & it was stunning. Room is big & comes with full set of amenities. Bed is comfortable but a bit too soft to my liking & pillows are comfortable. Excellent connection to the mall, so finding food or shopping is not a problem. I used the working table/chair a lot, unfortunately the chair wasnt comfortable especially the armrest part as you can feel the hard metal when u rest your hand (not enough sponge padding) which makes it painful after awhile. The breakfast was good & really attentive service. In room dining didnt have much option but they're surprisingly affordable, and in-house guest get additional 20% discount. Loved the pizza... its a must try! You'll thank me later. The only thing i wasnt happy about is not the stay, but whenever i called the hotel (prior to my stay, to ask for a few things) its almost impossible to get thru. Not sure what's happening but they seem not to be a fan of answering calls. Will stay here again, if they have good offers.

I decided to book this hotel because I don't see any other hotel with a shopping mall attached, pre-arrival I received a call from Xin Yi I guess my spelling is correct, she reconfirms my booking and my special request, very polite and with 5-star service standard. Upon arrival very informative reception lady explaining about hotel facilities while processing all the necessary, which impress me. .. Overall great hotel always support by excellent staff. Keep it up. improvement for future housekeeping, I found a dried rose petal in bathtub 1208. Overall cleanliness it's a priority.
