The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with nice amenities to enjoy your stay. Additionally, the hotel further shines thanks to its staff! They are all extremely polite and ready to help whenever needed, from calling taxing and sorting all trip details (in Arabic) to booking PCR testing and others. I definitely recommend staying in Monte Cassino hotel and will gladly come back for my next trip to Lebanon!

This hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are so spacious and chic in style. The rooftop restaurant has an incredible view of the ocean and the mountains, plus the food is delicious! The pool is also really nice to cool down by. For me though, the service was a real highlight. The staff went above and beyond with everything they did, especially during such a difficult time in Lebanon. They really made the whole experience so smooth and they are all so lovely and friendly.

A friend and I stayed for one night at the hotel and we had a fabulous stay. Jennifer at the front desk was very professional and hospitable and attended to all our request. The rooms are clean and well equipped with a beautiful restaurant on the top floor. Highly recommend this hotel.

Google map can lie! We booked this hotel because it seems like it’s located 100 m from the sea. Which is kind of true. What you do not see is the steep, bushy area between the hotel and the sea. And that it really takes 20 minutes to walk. And that is to the ‘wrong’ end of the bay. In other words, the location of this hotel is really not good. The hotel itself is very nice. Nice staff, even though not 5 star trained. They lack some basic service knowledge, which you expect from a hotel like this. Restaurant is good, rooms are nice. The rooftop pool area is very small (4 beds), but we were almost alone at the hotel, so it wasn’t a problem. One major issue: you need to turn down the LOUD music in the restaurant / pool area. It was like a night club all day!!

The Monte Cassino Hotel in Jounieh, the last leg of our amazing 3 week holiday. Unfortunately, our hotel room was so disappointing, nothing like the photo's on the website and we were in the Penthouse, which one would have thought would have been absolutely stunning. As we got into our room, two bedrooms /two bathrooms, there was an overwhelming smell of urine in the rooms, at that stage the aircon was on in the rooms. Whenever we turned the aircon off the smell would go. It was already fairly hot and unfortunately for us we had to have the aircon on, on most of the days. The rooms were very average, as I previously said not at all like the amazing photo's on the website with the high ceilings and marble floors. Unfortunately we did not have these rooms, no marble floors, no high ceilings and rooms that the roof was so low that my husband smacked his head 7 times over the six days we stayed there. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the fantastic restaurant on the top floor. The restaurant staff deserve absolute praise and to be mentioned by name, as they were so lovely. A shout out to Radwan, Simon, Joseph, Marwan and to all of the other guys that were so lovely to us. As well as to the gentleman on night staff at the reception on the ground floor, who was so, so accomodating. Thank you for all your help the evening that we got back from Byblos, you were so lovely. This hotel scored 3/5 only because of the excellent night staff and restaurant staff. Had it not been for them I would have given the actual hotel a 1/5.

The staff, the hotel, the food, the breakfast and again should I mention the staff! All amazing! I went back 4 times in my stay in Lebanon and each time the staff welcomed me and made me feel at home! Thank you all! It was the best start to my holiday!

Located in a semi-secluded quiet area in Ghazir, Monte Cassino is an amazing romantic getaway. We went there for our 21st wedding anniversary and we loved it. The staff are very polite and professional, the lobby is just ok, the roof top restaurant and swimming pool are great. the room we had 280 was breathtaking and had a mesmerizing view. great experience great hotel, highly recommended.
