We booked last minute because our mountain reservation was cancelled by the airbnb. We booked on mobile because it was the most convenient price in the area and we were greeted on check-in with a free upgrade because they were renovating the rooms upstairs. Great staff, very accommodating, and we were even given a tour of the renovations because we had nothing much to do on a stormy day. So glad we spent the week there!

I checked in just 1 hour The room really bad and a lot of notes to talk about it too you guys after I see reward from TripAdvisor on lobby ground floor. Will write in details and upload the photos which confirm and cover everything.

This place is ideal for those dirving, as it's a bit far from Jounieh. There is a PCR test center nearby. The staff are very friendly and they have beers always cold for sale. Excellent coffee. The beds are good.

The room could use a renovation. Shower curtain kept falling and bathroom could have been much cleaner. We killed two cockroaches on two consecutive days. Also, one evening the hotel lobby was filled with cigarette smoke. Unacceptable. However, the breakfast was excellent and we liked the free underground parking garage. Also staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dear esteemed guest, Thank you for highlighting key issues in your stay especially the breakfast and staff. We strive to make sure your stay was memorable and enjoyable! However, it saddens us that the critiques involved dampened your stay, however shocking. Our pest control is strictly applied on a year round basis especially that cockroaches don't show up at this time of year. Despite that, we have taken the necessary measures to avoid this from happening again as well as repair the shower curtain, all of which are issues which could have been solved should the reception was notified. The hotel has an Good location . Accessible. Just need a little bit of in room renovation , more modern. The staff were very friendly , i felt like home . The breakfast was rich and tasty ,extremely yummy with excellent service, Will definitely come back again. Thank you Murjan Palace.

What a delightful, charming little establishment in a quiet corner of Jounieh yet central to everything. Very spacious and clean rooms. Exceptional service especially from the front desk management. At the reception I was told that I'd get a "suite" with "a view", once I got there it was a regular small room, with a sea view, sure, but there were two building kind of blocking the view from the sides. But everything else was great, they were very welcoming and friendly at the reception, the room service was good, everything was clean and tidy. The sea view thing was the only thing that bothered me, I was hoping to get some cool photos for IG lol. I would totally recommend it if you don't care about the view and stuff.

Friendly and helpfull staff, clean and cozy rooms, quiet place and great location , very reasonable price, nice breakfast. I used to stay there 4 times and surely going to stay there again! Highly recommended!!!
