Working in the hotel industry you will come across many types of travellers. Some will be business guests, others will be tourists and visitors. Many will speak a different language other than your own. Chances are, plenty of your guests will speak English
The best feature of this hotel was probably the staff and how they took hospitality to a whole new level that Lebanon should be famous for. I enjoyed every minute I stayed there, the rooms were clean and spacious, the food was excellent. Highly recomemnded
My cousins [22 persons] from Mexico and my family from Australia stayed for over 10 days and could not fault the friendly staff and the facilities. Yes its not a 5 star hotel , but the service was 6 star and excellent. From the manager Valerie and her wonderful assistants, Hanadi, Stephany, and Rebecca to Aticool,we extend our sincere thanks and appreciation in the way you looked after our large group. Nothing was a burden to you. My personal thanks to the owners Karim and Ginane for your kind and generous hospitality. We were all treated like family. I would not have any hesitation in recommending your hotel. All the best for the future.
We were staying in this Hotel last month. It is very nice family Hotel located in Kaslik. We were group of 11 people and everybody liked it very much. Hotel staff starting from House keeping, Reception to the Hotel owners treated us very well and made us feel like home. Big, clean, comfortable rooms and very tasty traditional Lebanese breakfast. Thank you very much for the great hospitality & hope to come back one day.
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights (we had booked for 5 nights and didn’t stay the extra night) as part of our honeymoon trip. I cannot express enough that this is most certainly not a 5 star hotel, it is a 3 star hotel at best. For starters, it is not in the nicest location in Lebanon. The outside of the hotel is a dirt road with broken glass and rocks everywhere. When you enter the hotel there is a small reception area (not the grand entrance you get from a 5 star hotel). Our room was big, but when you opened the window, you looked out to an old building. Our shower was tiny and we had to hold the shower head to shower, it wouldn’t stay on it’s stand. We couldn’t change the tv, it was constantly on a music channel. They replenished the water in our room on the first day and that’s it (this wasn’t ideal as you cannot drink the water in Lebanon, so it would have been nice to get a bottle of complimentary water a day, given the price we paid). We had major issues with the internet, on the few occasions we managed to connect, it was extremely slow and we lost connection after several minutes. There was also no hairdryer in the room (something you would expect if this was a 5 star hotel). The pool area was ok, but the chairs were plastic and uncomfortable. I unfortunately would not recommend this hotel.…
We spent a wonderful week in Lebanon and stayed at the Jounieh Suites. The hotel was everything we could have hoped for. Clean spacious rooms, professional and caring staff and satisfying breakfast. We were there in June before the influx in summer holidays, so the hotel wasn't very full. The roof pool made a nice place to relax after a day of touring the countryside. The hotel management was very helpful in directing us to places to eat and visit while we were there. There are several restaurants in walking distance that served a variety of foods. Even though we couldn't see the ocean from the room, we had a good view from the rooftop. If I am in Lebanon again, I will be sure to stay here again.
I’m usually pretty easily pleased and give 5 stars but just couldn’t with this place. Rooms are lovely but reception staff (with the exception of one girl and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name... brown hair with blonde highlights and a few tattoos that helped show me and my friend where the undercover car Park was!) were just not exactly friendly. Atticool was a breathe of fresh air and the friendliest of everyone! I like that it’s kind of quiet but I think I was lucky because the construction workers weren’t working where I was. I’d probably look at some of the other places closer to the beach that I walked past next time.
