I guess the good reviews are all fake, as im currently stays at this hotel and it's disaster Cleanliness and maintenance is zero, very old furniture not comfortable at all Noise coming from the street and i asked for iron it came in a very bad condition and burned my shirt

If you are here for business purposes then it is a perfect place for you. If you are here for leisure then you might need to find another hotel. Staff are super nice, especially Elie. Very helpful. Fast check in and check out. Parking spots are tight. Rooms are renovated, neat and spacious. Tvs are small. Comfortable bed and pillows Very slow internet. Delicious breakfast yet poor. Quick service. Pool is not really heated. We couldn't swim for long, it was cold especially for children. Very close to pharmacies, supermakets and restaurants. Small gym Flexible hours for check in and check out.

It is an old hotel probably renovated but not recently. My room was not so spacious. It was the right size. There is jo enough light in the bathroom so I suffered while shaving. Very friendly staff. Good service. TV has free channels and not paid ones and not interesting. Check in is so fast. Check out too. Breakfast is good but not a continental one but it is free. Overall it was a fair stay. Quality price ratio is good.

A beautifull hotel clean super clean.the dinner in the restaurant was fabulous delicious and the music so romantic typical for the celebration.the next day we had a thai massage in the hotel.the spa was very well decorated and smell is so good but i didnt like the massage its so tough.the breakfast is a buffet and its rich good delicious fresh .i liked this experience.

we stayed at Madisson Hotel between the period of 5-8/6/2019 , from the first beginning you feel the you are at home , every one from the staff is glad to help to advise and answer you questions regarding your stay . the location of the hotel is excellent , the cleanliness of the rooms makes you comfort , the breakfast buffet which is included in the rate is perfect , I strongly recommend it .

The staff is very nice and friendly, the rooms are clean and good size. the location is the best in case you want to be away from the center of Beirut. all requirement are within few minutes from the hotel. It is my home away from home.

Been there a whole week. clean room staff super friendly and always available. gym with a nice view. indoor warm water pool and terrace with amazing view over Jounieh. WiFi was a bit weak on prime time but not there for the internet.

I had a recent stay in this hotel and the stay was quite pleasant; beddings were comfy and cleaned the guy named fey at the concierge was very kind and friendly,the lady in housekeeping called frey and the girl at the front office who checked me in sorry forgot her name was very friendly and kind Things to improve: they should have more lights in the bathroom. The breakfast selection and room service menu should be upgraded with more variety. Thank you
