You literally have to beg them to clean ur room. Their cleaning is dirty. Their wifi is slow and poor. You have to keep reminding them to give you new towels and tissue roll. They give you only 1😂 Hygiene is zero. Your room always smells like pee. Their heating is zero. You literally freeze. Sitting inside is same as sitting outside. Thanks but never again.

The rooms were nice and the pool was awesome. Amazing food and really nice at night. The only reason that I rate 4 not 5 is because it doesn't have anything to special. But for a bunch of basics it was really nice.

very nice and friendly staff. The food was great. Very big and nice swimming pool. I wish the spa and gym were open. i would recommend this hotel to friends and family. thank you for the hospitable stay. It was time well spent.

The hotel is graceful. I had an event to attend in the Regency Palace Hotel organized by the SEG; as well as some visits and sightseeing to do in this area, so we booked our stay in the same hotel and what an amazing choice it was. The hotel is very clean as well as the room, the family room was spacious like a flat and quiet, the food is very tasty with a nice presentation, the room service was amazing, there was a variety of food in the restaurants, service was professional and the staff is very friendly and caring. We faced a misunderstanding but the hotel handled it in a very professional way. We forgot something in the room, and they kept it in their lost and found department until collected by a friend.

We stayed here 2 nights as it was close to my brother Mario’s house. I would have given it five stars were it a little cheaper. (1) our room was huge with a giant balcony. (2) we had a whirlpool bathtub. (3) the free breakfast was excellent. (4) the outdoor pool was huge and had a nice deep end. (5) the staff was very helpful and easily got us cabs. (6) housekeeping was fast and efficient.

Beautifully located with views of Beirut Bay, lovely decor, gorgeous function room, comfortable, quiet room. We went to a wedding that took place in the Caesar Palace - a wonderful venue with all sorts of facilities. Losts of plants and archeological themed decoration, very welcoming and pleasant. Had hair and make up done at their salon, which opened specially for me as they are normally closed on a Sunday. The breakfast was a la carte rather than the buffet we were expecting, but served quickly and with a lot of class. I loooved the Monet prints and the general decor.
