Booked a double room via booking.com. the reviews were fine but we were not prepared to how poor this hotel was. It made us wonder how come the reviews were encouraging. The location on map is fine, but the description and reviews failed to mention that its located uphill. Late review but this hotel is nice and suits decoration is fabulous, for singles amd family. Normal breakfast, friendly staff in the reception, in the heart of jounieh and far from the noise. Access to it little bit tricky.

I stayed here on a whim after being jetlagged, and just meeting my fiance's family after 7 years. We stumbled on this hotel and it was perfect. The view was amazing, the staff was amazing and the roof top pool was absolutely spectacular. Just writing this review I feel pangs about that country and its people. Amazing hospitality and the hotel was no different. I never made it up for me complimentary breakfast as I was exhausted and jet lagged. I was only in town for a day over a week. The rooms were definitely luxury, I had a king bed with a seating area similar to a suite with a huge balcony overlooking part of the Jounieh and the Mediterranean Sea. Keep an eye on bottled water and coffee --they get expensive.

Well this is an average hotel, with expensive rates, for normal rooms. We have booked a suite, the sea view was great from the Jacuzzi, but the overall cleanness of the room is questionable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is mediocre, and the hotel and the rooms need a renovation to become up to the level. Lebanon overall is overrated, with high prices and little value.

I was expecting much more than what I received. The Lebanese economy is down and the number of visitors is below the breakeven point. Perhaps all the hotels are cutting down on their expenses and so is their overall service. The breakfast is poor especially the non-Arabic bread which is several days old. The only positive side of our visit is the overall positive attitude of the reception desk. The room size is good. The price of everything else is extremely high. A bottle of water is $4 while the next door supermarket sells it at less than 50 cents.

i highly recommend this hotel ,staff were extremely helpful and friendly,the view of jounieh bay from the junior suit balcony was amazing,waking up drinking coffee on the balcony in early hours makes u see lebanon at its finest .the room was spacious clean,and the Jacuzzi was extremly relaxing.all in all amazing price for a beautiful stay

They way the hotel look online is nice but in real is look ugly and not clean and bad quality the customer service is rude and they don't caer about u they care only about ur pocket. The woman who work there she is not train enough to be there she's rude very drespectful and mean and ugly looking she tell u the price and she charge ur room defrint amount of money she rip me off almost 300$ and I have to pay it buc she was gnna call the cops The room ok it's to small the noises is alot from bullding worker's next door The air smell gasoline is no fresh air . The mini bar at room is not secure the room cleaner when they clean ur room they steal ur stuff and from mini bar and they will charge ur room. The bathroom and shower old and not clean . If u wanna oder cup of tea from bar to ur room is 9$ wow. So much . Watch out people from that hotel and his employees is not good hotel to stay in is bad I give them 0 star .I stayed there for a week I wish I can cancel it but is no refundable. All my trip it's was bad buc the stress the and the angry they make me. I told them iam not happy about the service they said oh sorry we can't help u .
