The room was a bit small, was little space inside, there was a nice balcony with an amazing view. There hotel offered a good breakfast for an extra 7$ per person per day. We stayed for 9 days in this hotel. What can I say.. Lovely team always with a smile no matter what. Owner roody and his team are working very hard to ensure the quality is 100% in the hotel. Pool and views are great so as cleanlines of the rooms and the hotel in general. Definetly not my last visit... Hope things gets better and better for you guys..

We came to Lebanon to attend a wedding. The Staff at this hotel were simply EXCELLENT. When we were booking we had late arrival issues, they sorted no problem. The offered us help with Car Hire, Covid Tests, you name it, they were excellent, by ANY European Standards. Food was perfect, Rooms very clean, general happy air in the place from genuinely all they staff. Thank you Mr Samir, Rody (who has a scottish Mum) Maroun, and the girls at the front desk, The Mr Mohamed's in the bar in the restaurant , really really made this a great trip. there is a really cool Infinity pool on the 9th floor with a Bar and great view. we will be back !

This was my first trip to Lebanon. I went with a group of nine. I traveled with family members and friends from 19 years old to 80. We decided to stay in Jounieh rather than Beirut since we were going on several day trip excursions to the North. We chose the Princessa and we are so glad we did. The rooms were very nice as well as the staff. The hotel is walking distance to several good restaurants. Be careful of the cars while walking or have the hotel staff take you in their golf cart. You must swim in the rooftop pool. The views are amazing. It is walking distance to the gondola that takes you up to Our Lady of Harissa.

The room is ok the decoration for valentine date was good and the dinner in the room was ok there was a heart shaped cake for free.there was a jacuzi in the room near a window .the room was clean but i didnt like the smell of the sheats.the bathroom was good renovated.

We asked for a room with a balcony and sea view and we got exactly what we asked for. The reception staff and service on all levels was excellent for the high seasons medium price. The hotel owner, always smiling and friendly looking guy, was occasionally seen walking around checking with the customers about their stay, took notes and showed engagement, which for us customers amplified the good impression a notch. The infinity pool however was much smaller than the pic taken from above on their web site and could have opened a couple of hours earlier than 10 AM. Much enjoyable however with the wide view all around, surrounded by mountains to the east and the open sea to the west, that is if you're early, thus alone and own the pool.

We stayed at the hotel on October 02-11, 2018, room 308, located on the 3rd floor. The hotel is situated on a street perpendicular to the coastal road, about 50 meters from the intersection. On the roof of the hotel there is a bar and a swimming pool, from where you can enjoy beautiful views. The hotel has no private beach, we relaxed on the beach “Bobby Blue”, which is located on the coastal road 200 meters to the right of the intersection. The beach is sandy and clean, there are sunbeds, a bar, etc. Our room was medium-size, in good condition, had a bathroom and a balcony. On the balcony - a table and 2 chairs, side view to the sea. The room has a spacious bed with good quality bedding, a sofa, a dining table, a mini bar, a TV (which we did not even watched), a safe, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, etc. Towels and bed linen are changed daily, complimentary water toiletries are also brought daily. The air flow from the air conditioner is directed as it should be - along the aisle, and not on the bed! All electrical and plumbing equipment was in good condition and worked without problems. The hotel staff is very friendly, all - and the roommaids, and receptionists, and the staff in the restaurant. We took only breakfast. For breakfast the hotel offered 2 soups, egg omelette, pancakes, olives, Lebanese milk product, hummus, vegetables, croissants, coffee, a limited selection of fruits and sweets. At first glance, and in the first days - not so bad, however, every day the same thing without changes. Therefore, for 5-6 days I was already so bored with everything at breakfast that I didn’t even want to look at the food. For a 4 star hotel, breakfast needs more variety. There are many restaurants and small shops nearby, so you won't be hungry. We were very pleased with the hotel and consider it an excellent option for a holiday in Jounieh.…
