Nice location, spacious room however room amenities were average, cleanliness was very good. Nothing impressive but it was overall good. No breakfast served and limited room service especially after 9 PM. Good for families and on budget trips.

It was the worst experience ever! They charged us very expensive in relevance to the room; the latter had a black filthy table, the AC was broken (Even after the technician was called to the room), no mini bar, the cheapest kind of water bottles. We asked for a late check out on a Monday but they refused even though we checked in late. The parking lot is the worst; you need a piece of paper to be able to have someone open the parking barrier. Overall, the resort is overrated!

Best places to stay at in lebanon!!!! Great service and great atmosphere. Rawad and Sara made sure everything was above and beyond during my stay. The pool was insane and the food was phenomenal. Great sunset view!! Will be back next summer!

Very bad reception, I was refused entry because of my dog even that it waS the 7th time I come with him to visit a friend, very rude staff, a person identified himself as the Manager responding to the name of Pierre Harb was very rude and acted as a bouncer I dont believe such a resort have such a poor and unclear pet policy, as they allow some to have their dogs in depending on the dog size, or depending on the receptionist. They did not propose any solution to get with my dog to the flat of my friend, even though many residents there do have dogs.

Our check-in time was confirmed at 12:00 midday, and we showed up to be told, sorry but your room isn’t ready, take a seat by the pool and it will be ready in an hour, alarm bells started going off. An hour later, we were told, sorry but it needs another hour. By then, we’d paid for the room, the bond and we’re getting reckless. At 2:15 we went to inspect the room and boy were we shocked. We thought we had booked a two storey penthouse suite in a hotel, not a pesky derelict motel room. This Hotel (if you can call it a hotel) is relatively new and has an aesthetically pleasing facade, but that’s it. The internal walls were covered in scuff marks, the toilet wasn’t working, cracked tiles on the internal stairs, but the worst part was the stench. There is an underlying constant stench of sewer lurking throughout the property, I’m certain that the sewer system hasn’t been vented properly, and it really makes it impossible for a seasoned tourist with a sensitive nose to spend the night. Worse still, after inspecting the room it was clear that we couldn’t spend the night in that dump, we went back to the hotel staff and said we couldn’t stay there due to the sub-standard horrid state it was in and we were audaciously told “bad luck, we don’t give refunds.” It happened to be a pool party event day there, so we stuck around for a couple of hours and enjoyed the fantastic music played by an array of local DJ’s. The drinks were reasonably priced and the restaurant food is pretty good. This defiantly shouldn’t be called a hotel, it’s more of a seedy pool with a bar, and good music, surrounded by substandard accommodation in a mist of sewer stench. If you can overlook the stench, this would make for a good day trip. If you are ok with motel style accommodation, then the White lace might just be the place for you. Would I go back there, “not in a million years”
