Why go to Mykonos or Santorini when you have an amazing sunset place in Halat, this place has a superbe sea front view celebrating great sunsets daily, the food is great, the music so vibrant and fresh, they also have 4 huge guest rooms with sea view, we woke up to the sound of the sea and the smell of freshly baked croissant A great experience every time

Too expensive for what it is. Rooms are not very clean. No pool, the one in the picture is an intex inflatable one. A small cave with access to the sea but you cannot swim there. No access to the beach. The food is bad. Avoid !

A lovely small hotel with just 4 studio apartment rooms, all of which have large shaded terraces facing the sea. The room was very spacious, well-laid out and clean, and the staff were helpful. Room service food is available to order from a restaurant a few doors down, but there is also a full kitchenette so we brought our own snacks and drinks, which was very convenient. The real highlight is the private access to the sea through a cave under the hotel, and swimming/snorkeling through the rock formations along the shore. So much fun! Downsides are that you can hear some of the road traffic from the room. Was very peaceful and romantic when we were there, but if there are other loud guests it would not be possible to avoid them. We had a great stay for our anniversary weekend, but overall perhaps a bit overpriced,

It's not a hotel but a complex of only four rooms with a kitchen and a very small bathrooom. It's on the sea but the beach (almost dirty) is 300 meters away. No pool, no safe in the rooms. The maid comes at midday but she haven't the keey, so if you are not here the room won't be cleaned. The (expensive) breakfast is poor and served not at time you set.

Response from MarieJoNakhle, Public Relations Manager at Le Blanc Bleu - Guesthouse & Restaurant
Responded 12 Oct 2015
Dear Sir, Thank you for your review, we highly appreciate it. Just to clarify, its clear on our page that we are a guest house not a hotel, and we have only 4 bungalows, each bungalow size 50m2 with private terrace overlooking the sea. Being a guest house, we have customers that rent the bungalow for a month or a season, not just few nights, so we don't have a hotel service, but we can offer free of charge cleaning service when and if the guest are on location or else the working staff don't have access to the bungalow, to make sure its kept private and safe. Finally regarding breakfast, as we don't have a central kitchen on location to cater to our customers request, we can still offer to take their orders and get the food delivered to their bungalows breakfast lunch or diner; its an extra service we can provide our clients with at a certain cost. Anyhow, we hope you enjoyed your overall stay and look forward to welcome you again on our premises next time you come around to our country. Regards MJ

Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms style is fantastic. Close to Ancient Byblos which is around 10 mins driving. However; it misses the safe box which is little weird. Also the access to the beach is 300 meters away from another owner property.

My husband and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at Le Blanc Bleu. It was a great get-away. We were able to enjoy the quietness of the sea and participate in various water activities at Halat Sailing Club. We also had dinner in Byblos Souks, and the breakfast delivered to us the following day was very rich. We will definitely visit Le Blanc Bleu again and again, and even bring our kids with us.
