We had the best vacation at Ocean Blue and Sand! We felt welcomed and part of the family from the moment we arrived. Jenfis in Privilege answered all our questions before and during our stay. He suggested excursions and transportation to and from the airport. Jose Manuel was an amazing friend and butler. He made sure we had reservations, a great room and anything else we needed during our vacation. He has a heart of gold and went above and beyond our expectations. Pokémon and his crew made sure the daily and nightly entertainment was fun for everyone. The evening shows were exciting and a great way to end each day. There are so many things to do each day. We tried our best to do as many activities as possible. The kids loved going to the Teen Lounge each night to hang with friends and play a variety of games. The restaurants offer a variety of food for every type of eater. The servers remember your name and treat you like family. We can’t wait to vacation again at OBS!…

From the moment we got to the hotel , we felt right at home.. They have the best people ! We came to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and they made the trip MEMORABLE !! Their staff is best in the world, from Pokémon, Blacky , Cherry, Polin, Mini Cooper , Chipy Hamber buena animación .. Eladio, Elvin , Olga , Teo , Miguel , Johnny , Cristy , Nairobi, Enrique, Jose , Fausto, Elson .. I wish I could named them all because they all made us feel like rockstars ... Do yourself a favor and come to Ocean Blue & Sands and get your to experience their best asset . their people !! Let's not forget their entertainment and restaurants .. they are excellent.. they do not miss a single detail.. Can't wait to be back !!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was a great size and beach was good. Staff very helpful and food was excellent. Wifi good. Rooms basic but spacious and clean. Highly recommend for an Oct break.

We spent all our "non-tourist" days there. Great music, drinks are reasonably priced, and quick service. Food was more beach food and finger foods, but everything was extremely tasty and fresh. Clean pool and beach area, life guards always keeping an eye out. Wifi is also available for the day ($) great DJ playing on weekend and also takes requests.

We were taken to this place as part of a day excursion during a conference. Apparently it was a very good choice. We were served with some of the best Lebanese mezes and then as the main dish fish was served. The traditionally prepared fish was excellent and the rice with it was exceptionally tasty. The location on the beach is another big plus for this place. Service was good complementing the tastes.

The sea was amazing and the location is probably the best in Byblos. The hotel and beach was clean by Lebanese standards. On saturdays, get some earplugs or better jet, go party outside, because they have weddings on the upper floor that are very noisy. You will not sleep until 3:00 a.m. Libanese music is an acquired taste. :)

As a family, we enjoyed our time amidst the week, big and organized parking where valet service is an option yet payment is the same; prices inside are expensive which is the case of all beaches!! Friendly staff, helpers who get you the sun-beds and umbrellas will never leave until you give tips on the spot, where you get frustrated with putting your things down, handling your kids and checking for the money at the same time; clean beach and pool though it gets very crowded.

We had a wedding party yesterday and the party was mostly ok. However, by the end of the evening and when the guests had left, the managers tried to take advantage of the bride and groom left alone. 1- They wanted to charge them an extra amount of money (120$) because they wanted to pay by credit card (they had previously agreed that credit cards and checks are accepted). 2- They asked the groom at around 2 am, to go to a nearby ATM to retrieve cash if they did not want to pay the extra money (they knew that he won't do it on his wedding night). 3- The next morning, they woke them up at 9.30 am asking them to leave the room within the next 15 mn because they had rented it to someone else. 4- They let them leave without breakfast and charged them a cup of coffee 10 USD. ... in addition to several other minor things. In short, I don't recommend this place since the management and staff were disrespectful and unprofessional, especially for a wedding party and wedding night.…
