We have spent just one night in this hotel but we have loved it! Perfect location just few minutes away from the main gates of the ancient ruines of Byblos; stunning view from the room directly over the ruines so as the terrace view or the breakfast hall view over this fantastic place. Great fast and free wi fi. Excellent and comfy room. Great breakfast! We have loved everything and we really recommend it

The hotel is outdated, rundown, unkempt. Breakfast. Hotel doesn't take credit card, so I Had to pay in cash without advanced warning. - towels were small, cheap,, dingy, stained - rooms are old with things broken (curtains), worn down, scratched or torn (bed base, flooring, bathroom cabinets) - shower box looked dirty, and had mold - poor/low quality breakfast Options for breakfast were limited (no eggs, no yogurt, only 2 types of fruit) there was no bread during breakfast (only thin pita bread) when we got there at 9am., every pastry/cakes were so dry that looks theyr have been there for days. All the guests having breakfast had pastries left on their plates. It was very bad! When we were checking out we were told that the hotel doesn't take credit card. We had to pay with the left over cash we had reserved for our last day in Lebanon. They have never warned us about this when we made the reservation or even when we check in. This was the only hotel we stayed in Lebanon that didn't take credit card (we stayed in 4 hotels) I also paid extra for a room with a review of the Citadel castle and I was given a room with a view to an abandoned building. The castle was behind that abandoned building 😆 what a bad joke! I'm glad we only stayed one night! It would have gone to a different hotel if we had to stay additional nights in Byblos

With all the negativities in Lebanon, this place made my stay a perfect stay. The view, service and most important is the staff. These guys are the best and working with a huge smile on their faces. Ettien,Charbel,Micho and Mike thank you so much for the best experience ever.

You can come and stay here just for the million dollar view it comes loaded with. While the views from the room are quite cool, the breathtaking panoramas from the rooftop restaurant is something to die for! You dont just get to view the Bay and beach on one end, but also the spectacular roman ruins on the other end! This is also a perfect place to grab a sundowner while watching the great ball of fire go by. At the price we paid and the service and amenities we got treated to, this place is not just value for money, but an absolute steal! LOCATION: While the hotel might not be located in the heart of old town, it is just a quick walk from all points of interest DINE + DRINK: A chic bar located at the lobby level and a stunner of a restaurant located on the 4th floor that also serves a good breakfast ROOM: We stayed in 211, so this review is based on that. Though the room is kind of starting to show its age a bit, we didnt have any problems and was a great place to spend the couple of nights we had in town; VIEW: Lovely view of the sea and the beach ; SIZE: spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES:good cosmetics FACILITIES: No Gym or Pool on site SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to folks at the restaurant and the front desk. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. COVID UPDATE: THe property has done an excellent job of ensuring safety, social distancing and hygiene to minimize the risk as much as possible. Especially the Common areas and Restaurant had a good implementation of the required rules

We had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel. The room is beautiful and clean overlooking the Byblos old house. Staff were nice and breakfast delicious and generous. The location is amazing, at few steps from Byblos old town, shops and restaurants . I would highly recommend especially that it is a great value for money.

The hotel is in the good location, just not by the beach but it walking distance to the sea about 5 mins walk to the public beach. And close to the souk which was nice for day time and night time too. The view from the hotel is spot on ! Excellent service, polite and friendly.

The hotel has a great view over the ruins of Jbeil and the sea in the restaurant. The hotel is just 2 mins walking from the centre and the staff, well not all of them are quite friendly. The breakfast, not a buffet because of coronavirus, is not very rich and the staff not welcoming at all.

It is a great hotel to stay in Byblos. It is conveniently located in the city centre, only 5 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the archeological park. The hotel is very clean, with nice modern rooms. They serve amazing breakfasts and dinners. The view from the restaurant, located on the 4th floor, is stunning, you can eaten with the whole ancient ruins in front of your eyes. All the staff members were lovely, always smiling and helpful. It is a great place to stay.
