They cut their electricity for 2 hours from 3am to 5am hence there is no AC during this time which may wake you up. Which is exactly what happened with me. Next day I tell them about it, and the reception has the decency to lie that it was an exceptional case. Asked my mom who stayed at the hotel earlier. She said she encountered the same thing. The wifi, is worse than catching wifi on the plane. My card was not working to enter the room. And the hotel does not give you water as guests. Not worth the price of 80 dollars per night. Best look for something else than this worst experience I had of an hotel.

The hotel has a prime location and leads directly to the old city. It's clean and the staff are nice especially Nassim; he welcomes everyone with a smile and he's quite helpful. The breakfast is fine view the economic situation in Lebanon. I absolutely recommend it.

I really enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel when I travel annually to Lebanon . Outstanding customer service from the staff who are always willing to go beyond and above to make your stay a memorable one. They are friendly, warm and engaging. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent as it is in the heart of Byblos, Jbeil. A short walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

When you having fun with the friends and family and you have a program next morning. It is better, to not return home and book an hotel to sleep a couple of hours. This is what happened with me yesterday I had the chance to be welcomed by a friendly staff. The room is wide enough with a nice setup, the room is well cleaned and confortable. I don't want to forget to mention the excellent breakfast.

Stayed here for two nights and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a 3 star hotel, very clean and functional. The staff at the front desk were excellent & nothing was an issue. If I had any negative observations it would be the breakfast, it was a little basic. All in all it’s a good place to stop off.

Even before I check in, they have managed to make me happy and comfortable by understanding exactly what I need and sort it out in no time. I will edit my review after I finish my review with them, however I am pretty sure all what I will add are positive comments as they look they have their guest experience as a priority. Can't wait to go there :)

We booked this hotel last minute for two nights and we were not very confident that we made a good choice. We were traveling on a budget and this hotel was reasonably priced. However we were surprised by the great experience and service this hotel offered. The rooms are modern, newly furnished with all require amenities, clean and comfy. The staff was extremely helpfull. The owner was the person running the hotel and she made sure the service we received was top notch. Breakfast was included in room price and was great, had everything you need to start your day full of energy. Note that this hotel is just off the main highway, so you cannot escape the highway noise. However it was not bad and did not bother us much. At night it is usually quite. The hotel is walking distance to all the hot spots in Byblos.
