We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in 2021, We booked the ambassador suite which was very nice & clean! The breakfast buffet could use some work, but other than that everything was great. The staffs were great! Location is good. We received a quote to book in June 2022, which was $200/night when we called to reserve they stated the new price was $400/night so we booked elsewhere.

We came early in the morning and were very welcomed by the nice and professional staff as we walk into the room we were surprised by the quality of the furniture and the tidiness and hygiene of the room and very nice amenities , it had a very nice spa , gym and a very nice pool with an amazing view of course without forgetting the quality of the food and the service , we really like the hotel and will be back soon .

First of all let’s start with the room, they’ve told us it’s sea view but it was like a prison with no view at all because they’ve installed a plastic tent to cover the pool in front of the room, and it was more expensive then the standard one. In addition instead of using one single king bed, they’ve combined two single beds “trying” to create a single king one which was uncomfortable. Also we already booked for two nights and was paid on arrival but the second day they called and told that we’ve paid for just one night. It was a bad experience however, the hotel’s restaurant staff were friendly and professional.

We had a pleaseant stay at the hotel. The food is excellent in all restaurants. The staffs are so friendly. The service is of premium quality. Location is good. I would highly recommend and definitely come back.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our wedding day.. my wife was preparing herself there with her bridesmaids and they went to the pool to take few photos in robes (not in dresses!) for PRIVATE use and when they finished the stuff started asking them to pay 200$ for using the pool and taking photos!!!! Once they got ready to leave to the church the stuff DEMANDED the money in a very rude way (saying: you can’t leave before you pay and you can go to the bank now if you don’t have cash!!) My wife told them we would discuss it after the wedding (we were staying there that night so we were coming back there) because I was the person responsible for payments etc.. Words can’t explain how much anger I had when I found out about it - my bride was so upset and late to the church 40 min because of the VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF AT MAXIMUS HOTEL wouldn’t let them leave without paying!! The hotel itself is really nice place but staff should take a training to improve their customer service,. I traveled to many places in the world and my wife even more- and we always stay in 4* or 5* hotels and even 3* sometimes - we never ever had such a bad and upsetting experience ever!! We spoke to the owner the next morning and he agreed not to charge us but still never apologised for his team’s behaviour.…

This is the worst customer service that I ever saw in my entire life !! on my sister wedding day, while staying at maximus hotel the photographer suggested to take few shots for her and the bridesmates at the pool we took half an hour and they charged us 200$ fresh (approx 4,000,000LL) even though we did have access to that pool. They waited for us to finish the shots and later told us about the charges when 2 ladies were on the pool entrance and didn't say a single word when entering. Anyways we told the beautiful lady at the reception that we are late to church and we need to leave now and since we were staying at the hotel that night we will talk about it tomorrow even though they don't have the right to charge us anything. But they gathered around us for 30min bagging and Urging for the money on my sister's way out in her white wedding dress when the cars and photographers are waiting for her and tried not to let her leave, like we are criminals sneeking from the hotel. Telling us that we need to go get the money from the bank before we leave to church!!!! this is such a very low way to treat people I will make sure to spread the story world wide. The hotel was so warm and welcoming.. The ambiance.. The rooms, the cleanliness and the wonderful and so courteous staff. Not to mention the food.. We had a sumptuous BBQ buffet dinner and a lavish breakfast. Maximus hotel is really a place where you want to spend a great getaway exceeding your expectations.

Is one of the best hotels, so clean everywhere (rooms, lobby...), big rooms with wonderful sea view, very kindness staff, amazing swimming pool, spa and wellness, it was an awesome experience and i will recommend everyone to stay at maximus hotel
