I enjoyed my stay at this fine hotel when it used to be the Holiday Inn. Located in the heart of Kuwait City's downtown, the sea view is breathtaking and you get to see the amazing skyscrapers depending on your floor. The staff is very professional and attentive all the time.

- best food taste - spread - accommodative to changes - clean and friendly staff - price little upper side but worth the spend - not great desserts spread - parking issues when the hotel is full. We enjoyed the time and the timing was flexible where the staff stayed late with us. Pls ask for sold saxophonist who made the difference.

I would highly recommend this gym to my friends because of the great amenities they are offering. Staff wise they are all accomodating and friendly attending to our needs and quiries. In addition, if I were to rate this center the overall quality of this is excellent.

A very pleasant stay for one month in the hotel. All services were provided. The most exceptional part was the kind and attentive service of all members of staff. The restaurant buffets were extensive, varied and of good quality. The airport drop off and pick up service was very efficient and courteous. A well appointed gym. Reception staff welcoming always with a personalised greeting, eager to assist. A very positive experience to start life in Kuwait
