The open guest rooms that have their own balconies offer views of the bay and soothing sea breezes, as well as views of the city’s lights at night. One of the few natural hot springs in Okinawa. The hot spring comes from fossil water dating back some 8 million years, and will relax you in both body and soul.

From the moment we drove up to the property, we were treated like royalty by the hotel staff. The common areas were immaculate and gorgeous. Our room was very roomy and well stocked with toiletry amenities. The floors are hardwood. We had a great view of the Naha Port. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to Kokusai Dori and monorail station. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered various Japanese/Okinawan and Western choices. Their greatest asset is their staff. They very sincerely want to help make your stay a comfortable one. They must receive awesome training from management. Very well run establishment. My husband and I highly recommend this hotel!

We splurged a little and upgraded to have the breakfast and hot spring access added to our reservation. Their tattoo policy is that there are absolutely no tattoos allowed in the hot springs, even if the tattoos are covered. This policy was no where to be seen when we were booking. It's alright for a company to have certain policies in place, but we didn't find out until we were walking into the hot springs and were rudely told to leave. For the pools, tattoos have to be covered.
The breakfast buffet was really good, with both Japanese and American options.
The room was spacious, quiet, and clean.

Just return form Okinawa, Japan from our family vacation. This is the hotel we stay for 3 nights.
I think this is the ONLY hotel in Naha city has their own hot spring. But make sure that you stay at the Loisir Spa Tower Naha but not the Loisir Tower Naha.
The Loisir Spa Tower has its one private hot spring pool, a separate checkin area.
The room is big (as Japan standard), the bed is comfortable and the bath room is clean. And if you plan to rent a car, they have carpark and it cost only 10US per day for hotel guest.
I higher recommend this hotel if you travel to Okinawa.

We arrived early evening to find that the restaurant wasn’t open because we hadn’t booked the day before ! What kind of hotel doesn’t feed their customers ?
Up to the room to find only green tea available - no instructions on how to contact front desk so had to walk from the furthest tower to find a girl that had to use Google translate to understand me. Then found that they don’t supply coffee in the room !!
To say that I am not impressed is an understatement !

I just want to remind everyone don't mix up Loisir Spa Tower Naha and Loisir Hotel Naha, they are in the linked buildings and the same entrance and share some facilities but different hotel.

Spa Tower is a more high-class and new one with better hot spring and modern rooms. Loisir Hotel is in the main building (with swimming pool and most of the restaurants in the main building), but I heard that some of the rooms in Loisir Hotel cannot connect with internet (I am not sure, because I was not stay in Loisir Hotel)

The location is not really near the mono rail station, it takes about 10-15 mins walk to the nearest station. But I took taxi for my trip, so it was not a problem.

I stayed in Loisir Spa Tower Naha in May. I entered the Loisir Hotel entrance, and just told the boy in the entrance my booking name, then they took me to the concierge desk for the guests of Spa Tower on 2nd floor (one floor up from the entrance). It just liked a club level check in service, which I didn't expect. I was just sitting on the sofa, enjoying the drink and chocolate there, while the check in process smoothly.

The room is big, and also the great bathroom, all are 5-star standard. The lan network worked good. The air conditioner and TV also worked good.

I liked the idea that they provide sandal and the roomwear which can use in all the hotel area (excluding in restaurants). We wear that in the pool area and hot spring) We enjoyed the hot spring in the hotel. It was good. There were 1 hot spring pool, 1 hot water pool, 1 cool water pool and 1 steam sauna room there. All were good and with good amendities too.

The breakfast was good also, with plenty choices of Okinawa style food. They were all delicious. But it could be better if they can provide more hot dishes.

The staff were polite and helpful, and I doesn't sure with the staffs English level, but didn't find any problem to communicate with them (with both simple Japanese and body language.)

We were given a room with three single beds which was good. The hot spring was also nice but it would have been nicer if there were some view. The parking needs some improvement. We had to park our car in the elevator garage at the other end of the other tower. For the amount we pay to stay in the hotel, I expected to park right in the hotel not walk 10 minutes away. There was a parking lot on the basement of the tower that we were staying but were told we couldn't park there because we were staying at the Spa tower not the east tower, actually the Spa rooms were the top two floors of the east tower. Check in was very personal but when we checked out, the staff didn't even offer to help with the luggage. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Thank you very much for staying at LOISIR SPATOWER NAHA this time. I'm happy in the state which healed fatigue of travel by a hot spring large indoor bath and enjoyed a hot spring. but.It seemed to be incomprehensible and is sorry about a parking lot. I cope by a request about the movement from the room of the baggage. Excuse me, I can help you if I hear beforehand. If there is that I have a problem, ask it to the hotel staff willingly anytime. I'll also aim at the hotel where everybody can be satisfied by making reference to customer's opinion now.

we arrived this hotel at night, stay for 2 nights, we booked deluxe double room, room is clean , view is good, but the way to room is very far from parking area. The name of the hotel outside the building is not match with inside. Outside building named Loisir Naha East. So it's not clear for the 1st time visitors.

this is my second time to visit Okinawa. I stayed in a resort last time, it is very costly though we were there in the low season. we chose to stay at Loisir Spa Tower for three nights. Though it is not too convenient and we have to walk about 8 minutes to the nearest monorail station, the hotel, her service and the staff's eagerness to help and solve problems drive me to come back to this hotel for my next visit to Naha. The onsen at the spa tower offers privacy and comfort is unique and seldom find in other city hotels in Naha. The supermarket opposite to the hotel offers good selection of fruits, drinks and etc. with much reasonable price than any other convenience shops.
