I would assume yes. In Japan, they typically charge by # of heads and not for the # of rooms. But agree with JJB2, they would be able to assist you with no issues.

you book it at reception and its charged to your room. The room is not really one that you would want to dine in unfortunately but I am sure they would if you asked.
