Detailed Reviews
It was at a convenient distance from Sakae station and from OASIS21: close enough that it was walkable (even with luggage), but also far enough that it was very quiet in our room (no noise from the streets). We had a pleasant and comfortable sleep. The room was spacious relative to other business hotels (our room, a Moderate Double, could have fit 2 beds and there would still be space for luggage). There was no bathtub though, which is only available in the bigger room type. The only pet peeve in the room is that the hangers were placed at an awkward location by the bed, instead of by the door. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection of breads. We wished it was a buffet so we could have a second round.

It was good.
The soup at breakfast was delicious.
The room was clean.
The staff was kind.
The location was good.
The bathroom and toilet were separate.
The bad.
The shower booth was uncomfortable.
The room was small.
The price was expensive for Golden Week (35,000 yen). I think it would be around 10,000 yen during normal times.
I don't feel relieved when I get back to the room.
If I were asked if I would stay again, I would have a hard time deciding.

The positive points :
The hotel's location near a shopping center was very convenient, offering shopping and dining options nearby.
Points to improve :
Unfortunately, we encountered some inconveniences during our stay. First of all, there was no air conditioning in the room, which caused us a lot of discomfort, especially during the night. We were hot and had difficulty sleeping well.
Additionally, there was no English user manual to help us understand how the room amenities work. This made some things a little complicated.

We stayed here as a family of four to go to Ghibli Park. We booked two standard twin rooms.
The hotel was just the right size, very clean, and had a simple interior, making it a very comfortable hotel. The washroom, shower room, and toilet are all in one place, but they are all nicely organized. The design is excellent.
The hair dryer in the washroom has a strong wind and dries hair quickly.
I would like to stay here again when I go to Ghibli Park.

When I stayed on the floor I was staying on, I took the elevator and it was built like an apartment building, and the hallway was cold, with the sink, toilet and shower booth near the hallway, but I could open the sliding door separating the room with the heating on full blast and the sink to ventilate the room.
In addition to the bed, there was a large luggage stand and a desk where I could work on my computer, so the room was comfortable.
If it hadn't snowed, I would have liked to try using the bicycles that you can borrow for free.
Breakfast was bento style, where you could choose what to eat in your room, and the soup and wide variety of breads were especially delicious.

I stayed on the 14th floor, the top floor, but the elevator was surprisingly fast, and even though I had to move between floors a lot, it didn't feel like a pain at all.
You really got there in no time. There were two of them.
The layout of the bathroom in the room was different from other rooms.
The toilets and shower rooms were each separate, and they were at the back of the room.
Thanks to that,
there was no need to use the narrow corridor to move between the frequently used entrance doors, bathrooms, and beds, so it was spacious and comfortable.
The flooring was wood, not carpet, and
it was so comfortable that I could walk on it barefoot.
The breakfast system that you can have in your room is a unique attempt ◎
The bread at breakfast was delicious,
but the only meat and eggs were minestrone (the taste was perfect) and boiled eggs,
so I wish they had more varieties, so I minus 0.5 from perfect.
The Wi-Fi was fast and I was able to watch 4K videos smoothly on my smartphone,
but the TV in the room was not the current trend of internet communication type,
but just a regular TV with terrestrial digital broadcasting.
I would like to see a TV that can be used to stream videos on YouTube, Amazon Movies, Netflix, etc., so I'll give it a minus 0.5.
Overall, I had a pleasant night at this hotel with a unique concept.
I would like to use it again and would recommend it to others.
