Well located in the city with surrounding area with shops and the castle very near. Correct and clean rooms with wifi. But...breakfast is very poor (not cooking on demand), the restaurant for dinner seems to have a lot of dishes (extense menu and options ) but when you are going to order, most of the options are not available. They have a very nice souvenir shop in the hotel, but it is always closed. You can ask in the desk, they will promise you that in an hour it will be open, but the next hour the answer is the same, promises and lies....

The hotel is not perfect but people working there made our experience perfect. Everyone did their best to make us feel home. The manager organized us an amazing experience at Petra, and they changed our rooms when we had a small issue. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is located in a area with lots of tire shops and demolished buildings which doesn't offer you a nice view of the place. It is recommended for those that are in transit. The hotel has 4 stars and it was opened 1 year back but it looks older than 1 year and I would say that it's a 3 stars hotel. The breakfast was very poor. We had the same food for 7 days and options were very limited. Also, we received Nescafe Instant, which not everyone can tolerate this type of coffee.

We traveled through Jordan for two weeks. We decided to have a longer stay in Aqaba. We have been there for 4 days, I can tell you it was amazing. It was my birthday and when Mousa (sitting behind the desk) heard about it he made my birthday the best day ever. When we came back to the hotel he decided to decorate the whole room. He helped us every night and was so kind to us. Also Ahmad was very kind and helpful, even when we saw him (after his work hours) down town in the city. He was asking if we needed anything or could help us. Not only the kindness, and their smiles, did make turquoise feel like home. It was clean, modern and very well located. We will recommend this hotel to everyone who will stay in Aqaba, also visit Berenice beach (you can ask about it at the front desk). They warmed our hearts and we hope to see them again.…

Amazing place and such nice Staff, They make sure that everything is ok every time We passed the lobby, the cleaning services is 10/10 and the food is great! The pool is clean and very nice also The gym, Recommend so much! We will come back for sure 💙

Amazing place. Clean comfortable and spacious rooms. Staff is nice and the price is exceptionally great. Highly recommended The swimming pool is small and just suitable for kids. The place is ideal for families with children. Another good thing about it is that it is in the city centre and close to all services. It is recommended to stay at upper floors to have a peaceful quiet stay

Excellently priced with super friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Hotel room was large and clean and it was situated a short stroll away from the centre. We had lunch in the restaurant which was very reasonably priced and the salt fish was delicious and the serving staff were so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Aqaba!

Lovely people at the reception, amenities worth exploring! Don’t forget to ask for the jacuzzi! Breakfast on the 7th floor with the most amazing view of Aqaba, truly the best way to wake up with a coffee in hand!

The stay at the hotel was awesome. We booked the suite and we had two big rooms for 4 people. We were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times! Also, the view at the restaurant is AMAZING! Highly recommended!

everything in our room was clean and everyone at reception was very helpful, kind and friendly. the view from the balcony at the top floor, during breakfast was amazing for some lovely photos to take with my friends. i will definitely remember it forever.
