This was a fantastic trip. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly for the 200 of us who traveled from across the world to be in Hoi An for a much needed company offsite. We highly recommend choosing Palm Garden for your future travels to this beautiful part of the world!
The most hospitable staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My team of nearly 200 people stayed here for a week, the experience was sublime. In particular, one staff member names Thi went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome. Nothing makes a holiday like a fresh coconut combined with beautiful, authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
First off I want to say if you have any doubt about Palm as a venue for a wedding/event or for a relaxing vacation, don’t hesitate! During our stay we met a couple who have been going back every year for 8 years and we completely understand why after spending a week there and having our wedding overlooking the beach there. Palm is the single most amazing place I have stayed in my 5 years living in Vietnam, and it’s not the amazing location or delicious buffet breakfast that makes it but the people. The staff at Palm are kind, caring, thoughtful and so friendly you feel like you’re staying with family. Every morning I was greeted by Mr Ha and the F&B team, who made sure every day leading up to the wedding as as stress-free and relaxing as possible. Mr Thi helped my family around the resort with the buggy and cut coconuts from the trees for us. Mr Vy from customer relations was always around checking in and chatting with me and my guests. He even played tennis and table with my celebrant who had a really great time! The wedding itself it felt like all the teams were completely invested in making it the most special day of our lives. Ms Lanh was there all day helping with the setup and coordinating and translating difficult phrases, and she worked so hard to make sure everything was just right. Mr Ha was making cocktails and keeping me calm before the ceremony, and checking in with me throughout the night to make sure everything ran like clockwork. Ms Nhi made us the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and such an incredible backdrop for the wedding with so many beautiful flowers. The kitchen staff prepared unbelievable food for us and it was absolutely delicious and we couldn’t stop eating even when we were stuffed. My vegan friends told me they had the best vegan food of their lives. I cannot express how perfect our time at Palm was and I want to give a huge thank you to all the teams for making it so special for us. Thank you Palm staff!…
Our stay at Palm Garden Resort was amazing! Right from the time we walked into the resort, we were greeted with an extremely warm welcome and you instantly feel that you are going to have a great experience here. We arrived late at night but even though it was dark, as we made our way to our room we could tell that the property was laid out really well. There was a lot of green spaces between the different blocks of rooms and villas. It is quite common to find most resort properties trying to get as many rooms on their property as possible but it is evident that Palm Garden truly recognises the benefits that green spaces have in creating that relaxed haven feel that guests crave while on holiday. We walked into our villa and we welcomed with the beautiful aroma of lemongrass. The room was very spacious. Our villa had direct access to a garden which overlooked the beach which was great for enjoying a morning coffee and our son loved playing in the grass area. A fun highlight of the stay was eating fresh coconuts cut down from the trees on the property. We were there during off season so we didn't get to swim during our stay and the weather was a bit overcast but we still enjoyed immensely! Can imagine this place is even more spectacular in the heat of summer. Mr. Dung - the guest relations manager was fantastic and provided such friendly and helpful service during our stay. We wanted to eat like a local to really enjoy all the amazing food Vietnam has to offer and he had excellent recommendations for traditional local cuisine- all his recommendations were spot on. He also helped organize many excursions and trips on our holiday including a motorbike tour for us and a lantern making workshop as well as a great food tour- all were highlights of our trip to Vietnam! Suggestions: -Better pillows -Recommend they include bath salts to use with the tub Overall great value for money and a wonderful property we'd love to visit again! …
Beautiful beach front resort. Start with the title palm garden- the gardens, and trees were kept in exceptional condition by an army of skilled gardeners, tending, watering, and clipping. This makes for grounds that are so beautiful and enjoyable to be in. The staff were friendly, and nothing was too much for them. From the guys doing beach towels, to the team preparing and serving breakfast, throughout everyone at the hotel. Rooms are large, well equipped. The breakfast was extensive with so many options, and served in a lovely open terrace restaurant. The hotel is really close to Hoi An, which is an exceptional city, and a must to visit in Vietnam. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus twice a day, there and back, and it’s just a 10 minute trip, so even though staying on a beach front chilled out resort, you are in striking distance of a great city to visit. …
Palm Gardens Resort is our favourite place to rest and relax which is why we have thoroughly enjoyed our eighth holiday here. The grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained with the beach and pool the perfect spots for couples and families. The beach bungalows are fabulous accomodation and the housekeeping staff do a great job! The two restaurants serve wonderful local, Asian and western foods with delightful staff like Ms Tong always there to make us smile. Everyone who works here sets out to ensure your stay is memorable for all the right reasons. Mr Vu does an excellent job of ensuring all your poolside needs are met with Mr Thi and Mr Vy, two wonderful customer service professionals, regularly checking in with guests, providing advice on activities and checking everything is perfect during your stay. I highly recommend Palm Gardens Resort Hoi An.…
Very nice resort to relax. I like the beachfront bungalows to feel the sea breeze The resort is clean, good food, friendly staff I recommend to use their transport from airport rather than airport taxi It was very relaxing experience at the resort
We had 4 nights here and loved every minute of it. As we arrived around lunchtime we ate in the boa shaped restaurant and both had the chicken rice. Wow, it was fantastic! After that we had a walk around the grounds which are kept very well. We went down to the sea but the tide was in so couldn't walk along the sandy beach. Our room was comfortable with plenty of space. The bathroom is a little tired but was fine. We had a balcony so spent time sitting out there listening to the sea which we could see from our room. Whilst the hotel is some way from Hoi An they do lay on a shuttle bus twice a day. Taxis are readily available and do not cost much so we felt able to go back and forth to Hoi An. We ate in Teppanyaki restaurant one night and had a lovely meal. The chef was lovely and the waiting staff very attentive. It is such a shame that the restaurant was not used much during our stay. Breakfast is plentiful with a good choice of food. There are seats outside which is a pleasant way to start the day. Currency exchange is available. I don't think there is any way I could fault our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others. …
We stayed the Palm Garden on the third leg of our trip to Vietnam to visit our daughter. After visiting Hanoi and Halong Bay we arrived at the Palm Garden for a seven night stay. The hotel has a fantastic location overlooking a lovely sandy beach but is a taxi ride from Hoi An old town. We really enjoyed our stay but please be aware that a five star rating in Vietnam may be slightly misleading. The hotel and location were great but compared to other countries it’s probably no more than four stars. Make sure you get a taxi to visit Hoi An old town, particularly in the evening it’s a magical experience. We had breakfast at the hotel which was really good but ate out for lunch and dinner as there’s plenty of reasonable places to eat outside the hotel itself. The star of these is just across the road from the hotel and it’s the Golden Lotus, it’s a must visit! The food is fantastic and if you have time I would recommend that you consider the Golden Lotus cooking class, a super experience. We joined a couple from Poland at 9am for a visit to the market to buy the food for our class and then spent nearly three hours cooking and eating. A great break and would recommend Hoi A the Palm Garden and particularly the Golden Lotus to all visitors. …
