We stayed here for 2 nights. It's on quite a busy road, so can be a bit noisy. But I still slept well. We were there during the lunar celebrations, so noise was expected. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The laundry service is a reasonable price and the clothes were cleaned, ironed and returned the same day.

We stayed here for two nights. The staff where friendly. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and good air con. The bathroom is open to the room, but with a separate toilet room and a separate shower room. There is a water refill station opposite reception which was handy for us. We went to a cooking class after we checked out and was able to leave our bags at reception and pick them up later. Breakfast is taken in the sister hotel, a few metres down the road, which was nice, including fresh omelette.

We rented a room to accommodate 4 x adults. We got a room with 3 x beds, 2 x twin beds and 1 x single bed. The room is spacious enough for us not to feel crowded. Air conditioner works well, we left it running while we went shopping around Hoi An. We got the room for 900k vnd, which is just under $60 aud for 4 adults. Only issue with our room is there was no bathroom door, it's an open space style bathroom/toilet. If you're just looking for a convenient and comfortable sleeping spot, I'd highly recommend this place. We're happy with it because we spent most of the day out and just came back for a good night sleep, with a couple of hours to unwind.

We stayed here as part of a tour, the room I had was clean and spacious with wifi in the room. The hotel is on a busy street, but the noise isn't irritating while sleeping. I liked this place, and recommend it. Handy to restaurants, bars, and the riverfront including the walking streets. Free Breakfast served at Thanh Binh 3, right down the street (50 meters)

So firstly location. A good 10 minute walk to the river makes it a great location Rooms. As a couple I imagine they would be suitable, as a traveller with a larger group the lack of real separation from the bathroom area and toilet in particular is a little uncomfortable. Facilities, you do get use of a small pool in the sister hotel and the showers etc where very good. Also there is a very good juice bar in the hotel, although it is pricey for the area Night service, one word..... odd. So when you arrive back at the hotel you are greeted with an open door and a rather agitated man sleeping on the floor in his vest who then proceeds to be very grumpy on getting the key for the room. As there is only ONE keycard given for the room if one of your party comes home early it causes issues! The solution for that is to leave the door on the latch and come down to return the keycard to the agitated man who scowls at you! …

If you want to walk around Hoi An this is a great location as it is convenient to everything. The staff are good, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast (next door) has an excellent selection. Ancient then had just down the road and if you book tours the pick up will be right at the door.

The hotel is in the center and perhaps about 500 mts from the river side. We arrived at 11 pm and the check in was smooth. There are no lifts in the hotel but the bell desk is active and prompt to help. The rooms seem old, but we loved the old world charm replete with mosquito nets over the bed, we didn't put it in use. The bath-tub is huge but the shower lacks pressure and also with no proper hand-railings it is safety concern. The breakfast is functional with fruits and basic hot items like eggs and pho and good coffee. The reception helped us with and adapter and pro-actively with a map of the city explaining us the basic attractions, a 5 on that.

It is a very good hotel. They just got it renew. The room is quite big, following with buffet breakfast and a swimming pool. The only thing I do not like is the wifi. It does not work sometime. Forget the wife, this is a good value hotel.

all is ok , except the pool too small and at the ground floor ,there some rooms around and even breakfast are being served there so not be comfortable to swim . staffs are ok not friendly though.but i like the room decoration
