Hoi An Chic is a beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool. The rooms are amazing and have quirky features which adds to the fun. Ms. Hong was a perfect host, helpful, kind and anticipating. Love to go back.
I have stayed several times at Hoi An Chic over the last few years and recommend it to everyone who travels there. The last time I stayed there was August 2019 with my parents, and we spent 5 nights there. Hoi An Chic is quiet, peaceful, hidden away from the busy old town but close enough to reach all the points of interest. I prefer smaller boutique hotels so Hoi An Chic is ideal - the customer serivce is outstanding and the team make you feel extremely welcome. The rooms are decorated beautifully and although Hoi An Chic is one of the more expensive hotels (in comparison to hotels in Hoi An), it is still incredible value for money. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing trip to Hoi An.
Hoi An Chic is the perfect place to stay in Hoi An. It's so luxurious but with absolutely no pretention. The staff are absolutely lovely and the facilities are all amazing. The pool is refreshing and there are there are free bicycles which you can take to the nearby beaches. The hotel will also run you into town and pick you up. It's only a couple of minutes away anyway. Everyone at the hotel is just so genuinely nice and friendly. If you're in Hoi An, stay here.
This hotel is a little gem set amongst the paddie fields, about 2 miles from the centre of town. The views around the hotel are simply stunning. The hotel itself is small (only 17 rooms) and is really pretty with lots of attention to the decor and detail. The room was very nicely decorated with an unusual bathroom lay out. There was an inside shower and an outside bath, and two sinks. Everything in the room worked and it was spotlessly clean and the grounds beautifully maintained. The breakfasts were very good and the staff bent over backwards to serve and help you with anything. In fact the staff were fabulous. The hotel has a fleet of old army jeeps which they use to shuttle you into town or to the beach, they also have bicycles to use, the beach is about 1 mile away. We were unfortunately there at the outbreak of the Covid virus and the Vietnamese worked very quickly to shut everything down. On the day we left we were the only guests staying in the hotel and they closed down after we left. In fact it seemed like Vietnam as a country shut all the doors and turned the lights off. I have been to Hoi An 8 times and it is a wonderful place and I would definitely stay here again: it was really lovely.…
The Hoi An Chic was our last stop on a superb holiday in Vietnam - it did not disappoint. The hotel itself is small which we prefer. Our room was lovely, overlooking the paddy fields - it was so peaceful and rural. The staff were all so friendly, the food was excellent. The hotel provided a shuttle to the main town - an old army jeep which is a quaint touch. The hotel also has bikes which can be used to ride into the main town. We liked the fact that the hotel was a little way out of the main town as it was lovely to get back to a peaceful setting after the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I would definitely recommend the Hoi An Chic if visiting Hoi An.
We stayed there 4 nights and had a great time. Amazing choice of fresh fruit juice at breakfest. Good cappucino $. Peacefull place. Nice staff. Nice big room. Bike riding on the rice field paths. Easy shuttle to the city center. We loved this place, best one after 1 month in Vietnam.
The room was very spacious and outside is nothing but just quiet and so peaceful. It was the best place to be relax with nature and wake up with the sound of bird. The breakfast place is small and not so many kind of food but GREAT! You can also order yummy noodles, eggs, and pancakes:) all of staffs were friendly and professional :)
We stayed here for a week over Christmas. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 children. We were very well looked after by highly attentive staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the shuttles into town were very useful.
Hoi An Chic was a wonderful experience all round. Not only is the physical environment charming and restful but the staff cannot do enough for you. Our visit was so much enhanced by Han, Ms Van and Tri, the restaurant staff, the drivers and the cleaning staff. Also, it is a 'green' hotel.
We have travelled and stayed in resorts and hotels in many parts of the world, but can stay with zero hesitation that this resort and its staff are the friendliest and warmest we have ever experienced! The resort staff make you feel you are part of one big family. The ambience and vibes of the resort instantly makes you fall in love with the place the moment you check in. We had booked a ground-floor double chic room, which provides a beautiful terrace view of the rice fields, buffaloes and ducks. The outdoor shower area provides you with an intimacy with nature. The breakfast setting is by the rice paddies and the staff at the restaurant go out of the way to cater to your specific requirements. I have diet restrictions and prefer mostly veggie food, and they ensure they cater to your requirement despite the buffet spread. They serve fresh juices and fruit preserves everyday. Delicious! One special word of appreciation for the Reception staff. You made us feel very special! The owners of this resort should feel blessed they have such friendly and dedicated staff. If ever i return to Hoi An, I would without doubt stay at this resort again. …
