I stayed here in late June 2022, as I trekked from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, solo. Since they were closed for two years due to the pandemic and had only re-opened about three months prior, it wasn't very busy. For me, that was an added luxury, but I do hope they become steadily busier. My room was beautiful, with huge floor to ceiling windows that opened up to a patio. The private beach was my go-to every day, but they also have a beautiful, large infinity pool. I indulged in the spa a couple of times, getting a Vietnamese massage from Mai and a facial and mani-pedi from Tien. Both were excellent. The restaurant serves an amazing buffet breakfast that caters to both East and West appetites. I also went there for a few lunches and dinners on days when I didn't take the free shuttle service into Old Town Hoi An. What I enjoyed most was the staff. They treated me unbelievably well...arranging a balcony table reservation at a restaurant in the Old Town I had on my list, as well as co-ordinating a tailor for custom made clothing. I look forward to returning someday!…
This is a beautiful hotel that feels colonial and something different , a slice of the old Vietnam! The staff were attentive and kind and our room was spacious and comfortable . Our room had a slight musty odour and few insects but otherwise was very nice. The breakfast selection was great with many fruits. The shuttle bus to and from the old town was very well run and we used this regularly . The massage place next store is great and they also do a great and well priced laundry service and sell drinks etc so make use of this. We had a wonderful stay here and loved our time in Hoi An
Fantastic place to stay , clean beautiful gardens , beach front with an amazing pool.Rooms were spacious and clean with great beds .We had bottom room facing the pool . Short bike ride to an bang beach or walk along the beach (20 minutes) breakfast was great , in-house massage, pool bar and great ammenities. The staff at reception were amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and couldn’t do enough for us . Courtesy bus goes to old town free of charge as well .Overall we would definitely recommend a stay here .
Stay here if you can, you will not regret it. Best food, service, pool and beach in the area with daily complimentary shuttle service to the old town. The resort can provide tours to the area's and to Hue. I found the staff very polite, friendly and willing to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
We just returned back home from 8 nights at this excellent resort in Hoi An. We felt welcome and at home the moment we stepped through the door. Staff are polite and very friendly. The resort has a large pool in the middle of a beautiful garden. Rooms are clean and with the most comfortable beds we slept in. The beach at the resort has been renovated due to erosion, and is now more then twice the size. The daily complimentary scheduled shuttle bus to Hoi An, which runs several times a day, which we found this a plus. Daily breakfast was a feast everyday with freshly baked breakfast delicacies and choices of western and asian dishes. Our family of six enjoyed it so much that we already booked again for early December.

Vietnam is lower than Korea. The employees of this resort are racist. That's funny I don't think there's any merit here The people who work here don't learn the service I wonder why this resort is not closed. In the future, users will not visit after knowing about this
We stayed at the Boutique Hoi An Resort for three nights. We found the rooms to be wonderfully cool (A/C), spacious, with two comfortable chairs--something you do not often find. The balcony looked out toward the pool and had a table and chairs. The resort sits on a huge property and has an open-air lobby with gift shop. Teh staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort boasts an exceptionally large pool with plenty of lounge chairs and towels. The beach, however, is only okay. There are many local boats (bowl-style) which are interesting, but stroll just a few minutes up the beach and you will encounter quite a bit of garbage. We had dinner at the restaurant on our second night. We walked in to find that no A/C was on and it was a VERY hot day. We were the only people there. The staff did turn on the A/C once we ordered, but it took quite a while for the temperature to get comfortable. The breakfast was a nice buffet with the usual offerings. We found that the waitstaff did not automatically come by to offer refills of coffee and tea; we had to ask for ourselves. This resort is not in old town Hoi An but they do offer a shuttle there at certain times. If you prefer the beach to old town, this is a good choice.…
Nice enough, but I found it all rather bland; neither boutique nor spa in style - reminiscent of a timeshare brochure from the 80’s. The staff, pool and gardens were nice. Bluetooth speakers, barbecues and bicycles would lift the mood a bit.
The staff were lovely but that’s all I can say on the positive. Booked this as it had a Private beach. Yes there was a small Beach but it looked out over industrial boats with cranes and dredgers making noise and not a nice view. The reception lobby, and bar had no fans so incredibly hot all the time, the front door were wide open to the sun and heat. Most of the time no air con in the restaurant. The hot water in the shower was look warm indeed the pool water was warmer than the shower. The wardrobe had a light in it that stayed in it the door was opened but the door wouldn’t close so all night the light was on. Breakfast one day so chaotic that I helped myself to tea after waiting a long time, they should just have self service. There is a laundry place out the front as you look out of hotel first shop on the left. Pay by weight and great service can also buy water etc here.…
We have stayed here at least 3 times. This time with friends and family. The resort doesn't fail to impress though there were minor problems due mostly to staff shortages and few guests. Still the current rates are extremely good given the quakity of this 4 star resort. Excellent large pool, lovely beach and a very good spa.
