This is a very friendly and clean little hotel with the best location in Hoi An. Great view over the river. 10 minute cycle to the old town, or a very pleasant stroll for 20 minutes along the river. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this Hotel.
We stayed at the Roxana River Villa in Hoi An, Vietnam in early March, 2020. Our large room had a balcony overlooking the riverfront giving us views of the occasional boat traffic. The entire hotel is very clean and well maintained. The pool area is partly shaded, a plus in the tropical heat, and large enough to swim laps. Yet, the best part of our stay was interacting with the very friendly and kind staff. They were a pleasure to speak with and always looking out for our needs. For breakfast there was a variety of food and always very good. The Roxana also provides bicycles for guest use, which came in very handy to ride into the Old Quarter, which was approximately one kilometer away. This was far enough for a little peace and quiet from the tourist noise, but within walking, or biking distance. We highly recommend the Roxana River Villa for any stay in the Hoi An area.…
Super-Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel with pool. Breakfast was fresh and of great variety. All areas were clean and staff spoke good English. Early check in helped us after very early drop off from a night bus. Position was perfect with view over the river and a short walk to the old town.
A wonderful hotel with only 16 rooms, this hotel has, in my opinion, one of the best views in Hoi An without the noise of the main town spoiling it! Only opened 8 months ago, it has stylish and beautiful rooms. We stayed in a double room with balcony and river view and my daughter and friend was next door in a twin. The breakfast was delicious and served by two lovely people every day. All the staff were friendly and so accommodating. Bikes are free to use, so we cycled to An Ban beach. Visit Wind and Moon (right turn when you get to the beach junction). Lovely bar and restaurant and if you buy, the sun beds are free. Cycle took us about 30-40 mins, (30 for the 24 year olds and 40 mins for us!) All the receptionists made us feel very welcome. Was upset I had to leave and could have quite easily stayed longer. 10/10!…
Stayed here for 4 nights , prior to Chinese New Year. Site is next to the river , nice setting, BUT the neighbours ( locals ) are noisy. Rooms are very good, bed was a bit hard, but overall a very good option at a great price. Breakfast is disappointing and the coffee is rubbish. Staff are lovely , but don't all understand English/German/Italian, etc.
We stayed at Roxana for a week about a month ago and are still getting over what a great experience it was. The room was comfortable and spacious with verandah and river view. Hang and her team did an exceptional job in making us extremely welcome and assisting with local knowledge etc - they were always there for us, happily smiling without being obtrusive. Bed was comfortable, great breakfast, beautiful pool and good bikes to pedal into town or out to the paddy fields or beaches. Roxana is just a few months old so everything is new and functional. The old town is just over a km away - a nice walk by the river (some good eateries on the way) or just ride down, lock your bikes and wander around! Loved this place!
Stayed at the ‘Attic’ room and the pictures does not do justice. 5 Stars for the money! The location is might be abit far from town.. but that was what we wanted, a quiet place but only 5 mins bicycle ride to the Ancient Town.
Roxana River Villa is a new hotel in Hoi An and they are doing a great job. The hotel itself is beautiful. We had an attic room which had an open-air bath and a balcony overlooking the river. The hotel was a pleasant 10 to 15 minute walk to the shops. It was a perfect distance away — close enough to walk to the activity but a much quieter location. The staff could not have been any more helpful or accommodating. I am so happy we stayed here.
Brand new hotel. Rooms were well-appointed, very clean, comfy and well equipped, making it a home away from home. Was even given an upgrade to a river-view room! Breakfasts tasty and varied despite staying at a time when there were fewer guests to cater for. There was even a wee garden and pool area which added nice homy touches despite not having used he pool during my stay. Though not much of a tele-couch-potato there were easily enough channels for a third of the G20 delegates. Laundry delivered efficiently. Free bikes on hand for guests. Only a 20-min walk to the centre. Access for some cars occasionally a challenge, depending on needs, but worth it for being away from the bustle, and it’s always just a 4-min motorbike or Grab bike ride away from things. Staff were always attentive, and Hang and Phuoc very helpful. My stay also coincided with my birthday so it was very sweet that a bouquet and cake were arranged to celebrate it :) All in all a very lovely stay.…
This quite new hotel (opening some months ago) is located on the river side in a quiet area but still close to the old town. To the old town you can either walk (10-15 min) or use the bikes of the hotel free of charge (5 min). The breakfast is excellent (western and Asian style). Also the rooms are super (I really liked the style) and for sure super clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful (helped us with arranging our trip to Hue or the tickets for the memory show on the other side of the river). I highly recommend this place.
