Charming colonial-style hotel within walking & biking distance of many activities - old town (with its amazing array of shops and restaurants), night market, beach, fishing village(s), organic farms etc. We had a Grand Deluxe room with a balcony. Everything you might need - large, comfortable bed and pillows (always important), plenty of space, nice and private (not noisy either), tasteful decor (wood and tiling) giving a typical Hoi An feel. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Spacious restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. Highly recommend one of the treatment/massages in the Spa (especially if there is a 2 for 1) Tip: if you don't like 'people on your head', ensure to ask for a room on the top floor. With floors tiled, chairs being moved around can be a disturbance. You just never know who will be above you. Extra tip: be sure to borrow some bikes from reception and go exploring. It's an experience for sure, just be sure to go with the flow and it works ;) …
Location of the hotel is good with a short walk into town. The hotel has good facilities, good sized pool and very reasonably priced and excellent massage. Well stocked breakfast and great staff who are all just so lovely. Of particularly note are Joy - front of house and Winter - Trainee who were so kind and could not do enough. Thank you.
We stayed here for four nights and would stay again if lucky enough to be in Hoi An. We had a large room that was clean and comfortable. Ours was on the ground floor which suited us because we don’t like stairs. The rooms on the first and second floors had great views over the quiet garden. The breakfasts were excellent with a great range of western and Vietnamese food. The hotel has bicycles available for guests to use which is a great way to see the town and it’s in a great location. Finally, the staff were exceptionally helpful - providing great advice with taxis and tours, and helping us get our railway tickets sorted.
Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Excellent location, night market, old town, and memories of hoi an theme park. Great spa (Metta) nearby. Also bank machines, Hill Station and Raw Coffee. Breakfast was a fun mix of local and western foods. great fruits and juices. The pool was great for morning laps or end of day cool down. Flip flops and robes provided. Safe in room, large bathroom. Bikes, umbrellas, hair dryers. Really tasty water! but the most important thing to mention is the staff, Chloe and Iris at reception were so very, very helpful. Breakfast staff very attentive as well.
We check in on 19 nov 22, and were served welcome drink by Iris followed by Chloe who brief us On the location of the hotel and places of interest. Location was excellent as it was near th town town and the night mkt. As we were traveling with elderly, who cannot climb steps, we were given ground floor. When we were having breakfast the next morning, Iris being friendly, took the imitative to engage us On the history of the old town and any assistance that she could offer.. Most hotel staff do not have this initiative. We were given welcome gift before we left the hotel. This hotel was recommended by Jacky travel.
This hotel was an excellent choice. Loved everything about this hotel. Very clean and close to restaurants and markets. The staff surprised me with a birthday cake. I was so taken aback by this kind gesture. Just from having copies of our passport they picked up that it was my birthday. The little details counted for me. Iris was amazing. We had a great 3 night stay in Hoi An. This is by far my favorite place in Vietnam. It is within walking distance from the Old Town of Hoi An.
could not fault this hotel in anyway, excellent in every way, service, food location all excellent , the breakfast was amazing catered for vegans without question, the rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, the service was 10/10 the girls at breakfast were amazing, the help at reception was excellent, the location to the old town could not have been better
We stayed for 2 nights in Hoi An and wished we could’ve stayed more. The hotel is very good. It is central to almost everything in Hoi An. It is a 5 minute walk from the historic town. The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I would like to say thank you to Iris for being so welcoming and accommodating. We upgraded our room and had a pool view. The room was very nice and even came with an electronic fly swat! The room was quiet and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, which was very welcome after a night travelling by train. The pool itself is a little welcome oasis from the heat. It has 8 sun beds but there was never more than 4 people around the pool. Highly recommend!
The Central Hotel is an excellent choice if you want to be within walking distance of the Old Town of Hoi An. The reception team are well organised, the rooms are well appointed, and the buffet breakfast is wide ranging and served by attentive and helpful staff. The outside pool is considerably smaller and shallower than depicted in the hotel photographs There are plenty of choices close by for eating, drinking and having a massage. The hotel provided an excellent and good value driver for my collection from Danang airport and a day long visit to My Son.
I recently spent some time at this amazing hotel in hoian, and let me tell you, it is as perfect as you can find. Great location near the market, yet extremely quiet. Immaculately clean and well maintained, staffed with top notch professionals who are also extremely happy and kind people who would do anything for you. The breakfast was to die for, the rooms are all you could ask for, plus they have a pool! They have bicycles to use, a great laundry service, and I also forgot to mention there are several money exchanges near by, with good rates. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops nearby also. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
