We stayed at the Allegro -. A little Luxury Hotel &Spa. The General manager - Natalie was great .HA who served at the poolside provide service with a smile. We had great time at the hotel. The breakfast was great
Everything about this hotel made our short trip to Hoi An easier, calmer, comfortable and more convenient. The location was fantastic, An easy walk to the old town, plenty to see close by, an ATM right next door, fantastic staff whose recommendations all helped us to have the best time. I was there with family and the adjoining rooms were perfect for our setup. My niece was totally charmed by the staff, and they got her a few small gifts when we left which was such a lovely thought. The breakfast is magnificent and totally set us up for a day of exploring. I didn't make it to the spa, but I'm sure it also meets their high standards. I'll have to go back and see!
A beautiful hotel, only a short walk outside of the main bustling area of the Old Town, therefore its very quiet and peaceful but very close to everything. They also have free bikes for guests to use, making it easy and convenient to get to the centre of the old town. A beautiful hotel, with really nice rooms and a lovely pool area! Extremely nice staff who were so helpful, attentive and obliging! Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Hoi An!
What a delightful experience we had at the Allegro! If you’re looking for a place to stay whilst you’re in Hoi An, look no further as this place is spot on! Nestled away on the side street but just a minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the town. It’s quaint charm and beautiful decor are only rivalled by the dedicated attention you get from the staff. Upon registration, we were greeted by Nancy ( who became our go to)and cold refreshing fresh juices and the 1st class service never stopped whether it was Natalie at reception taking care of our arrangements or Ian in the restaurant tending to our every need. We were made to feel like we were part of the Allegro family on our stay and enjoyed all the many amenities it has. You can see the French influence in the hotel but there’s also times sitting poolside that we felt we were in Spain. Tips- wear comfy shoes as you’ll get in some serious steps wandering around Old Town. Have lots of different denominations of notes so you can tip when needed. Only use bottled water and watch out for drinks with ice. If you’re looking for cloths to be made, we’ve never seen so many tailors. We found one near the hotel where the owner was an Australian who married a Local and now they run the business together. You get what you pay for and quick turnaround. Be Li Tailor Hopefully you all enjoy Hoi An as much as we did and chose to stay at the Allegro and experience what every holiday goer should. Safety, cleaniliness, comfort & attentiveness. We truly enjoyed our stay at Allegro. The room was comfortable and bathroom well designed. The bedding and ambiance were excellent. Staff went above and beyond to serve our needs. The happy hour value for money and food quality and choice amazing for a small hotel.
We stayed at this hotel for a week, and could have stayed a month! The rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished with a mix of traditional and modern decor. The bed is comfortable, the aircon icy cold and the shower a good temperature and pressure. The restaurant made a great effort to ensure I had gluten free food, making small muffin/cakes each morning especially. The buffet breakfast had a large range of dishes - it would be hard to be unhappy with that! The pool outside is large and warm - as we were there in summer it was almost bath temperature! Lovely once the sun went down, and the pool area is festooned with the glowing silk lanterns the town is known for. The location of this hotel is good - a 5-10 min walk from the old town, near a bunch of tailors and there is a drop-off laundry conveniently around the corner and down a lane. The staff were always happy to help, and many of the guest relations staff popped into the breakfast room to say hello to the guests and ensure everything was as it should be. We would definitely recommend this hotel. A lovely stay.…
What an amazing hotel in Hoi An. The staff were amazing the whole way through- they are always looking to make sure your experience is the best it can be! The pool is amazing and the gym was nice to have as well if you want to get a quick workout in! The location is perfect- just a short walk to the old town and all the restraunts/attractions. On top of this- the buffet breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam- be sure to go everyday and fill yourself up for the day! Overall an amazing experience- we will be sure to recommend it to friends and family should they visit Ha Noi! Thanks again!
Located in the heart of Hoi An, we have enjoyed 9 days of excellence in hospitality. The staff were faultless, ensuring we had everything we needed - even bringing tea when I was unwell. Pool side service (loved the cocktails), a huge array of local flavour and international cuisine for breakfast, relaxing spa (try the anti ageing facial), and a beautiful boutique feel hotel. Other highlights include their help with tours, taxis, advice on where to walk and good restaurants. Thanks for your hospitality Jane, Ian, Nancy, Natalie and everyone. We hope to see you again soon.
This place is located in the heart of Hội An, people are amazing, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and warming Indochine style, the swimming pool is large, the food is extremely delicious. I definitely recommend to everyone visit this place if you’re traveling in Vietnam. For me, I always look forward to visiting Allegro HộI An again
