We intended to book our last day of our holiday, however we were asked to confirm credit card details in the middle of the night and by the time we called in the morning our booking was cancelled. The Resorts solution is to tell us to rebook with a new price that’s an extra $300. Their inability to reinstate their mistake and honor our prev price was disgusting. Absolutely terrible experience thru what is advertised as a 5star resort.

All staff was so kind, they were waiting for us at airport to pick us up even we were too late. We really liked this hotel and especially kids have always been missing the time we spent there after leaving. Thank you for everything you've done for us! We want to come back someday.

A stunning resort to relax and rewind. We took our young children here and they have loved it. All the ammenities are fabulous and the shuttle service into Ancient Town is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. If you want to rest after the hustle and bustle of Vietnam, I highly recommend. It is a stunning resort that we will visit again.

The staff always carries a warm smile may it be holding the door for you or offering you a ice cold drink at the lobby. Room is spacious as like picture. A short 5 mins walk to beach or restaurant or spa. Definitely worth the bucks!

Vinpearl is absolute bliss. We went there with friends and family and were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were large and staff was courteous. Not to forget there huge swimming pool where we spent hours doing nothing. To top it all they have private beach along side property. Its a tourist destination in itself.

Three bedroom villa was luxurious, spacious with a lovely private pool. Breakfast offerings were varied and the staff very obliging. Although secluded, catching a grab car gave access to local restaurant and Ah Bang Beach. A most memorable, peaceful stay.

We ended up staying here twice - loved the friendly staff and swimming in both the ocean and pool!Yuri and reception staff were very accommodating- the breakfast hostess Huong was friendly and the wait staff at bar and restaurant were very friendly specially Vy who with Thai made great Pina Colada’s. The head chef was friendly and provided a cake when my husband had a big birthday there. Breakfast is varied and fresh - can be busy and noisy weekends but manageable. Room service was quick and hot. We had a massage by Trang and another fabulous masseur- certainly recommend. Concierge were friendly and attentive- we did use Grab a bit and taxis are available too. There is shuttle buses at resorts into town or another beach which we used. Worth mentioning a mini mart across the road run by Si and daughter which had supplies if needed or laundry done too!…

Do not be misled by the humble and unassuming façade of the hotel. Looking from the outside, SALA Danang Beach Hotel appears like a three stars accommodation. But packed inside is a decent size swimming pool designed like an infinity pool. Perched from the 25th floor allows you to insulate yourself from the hustle and bustle 25 floors below you. then there is the zen SPA which offers an array of massage types, and the ambience is excellent, no less opulent than top-end facilities. Of course the massage was good. generally, the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Their response to our requests was quick. Most importantly, it is just minutes away from the beach. Overall we had a pleasant stay, and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an all-rounder - good value for money.…
