The Four Points by Sheraton, Sharjah is about 1 year old and is a modern high rise located in Sharjah itself. It is not in a particularly good location but if you are travelling in and out of Sharjah airport it is very handy.
There were works going on out the front and around the hotel which made it very awkward to get in and out of the hotel and obviously constructionist looks unsightly however hopefully that will be improved once completed.
The reception area is a little odd and located right down the other end of the building once you walk in.
The hotel is modern and new and obviously has a few teething problems, and I too encountered some problems, but was very impressed when the manger himself called me and met with me to discuss the problems and he rectified them immediately which was very professional and reassuring.
The rooms are large and comfortable offering very comfortable bedding and a large bathroom with a bidet and a shower with both a rainfall shower head and a hand held wand. The shower pressure was average but not good.
The rooms are modern and have a range of lighting options and the bathroom provides good lighting for shaving or for women to put on their make up. The rooms are soundproofed and so you get a peaceful nights rest.
On a negative note there were a few things I was not impressed with such as the LCD TV did not have a good range of English speaking channels which was a little disappointing.
They do not provide slippers bathrobes or anything in the room you have to call and ask for them and there is no information in the room telling you these items are available by calling.
The floor leading to the pool area was draped in tape and tarps which were unsightly and appeared like a construction zone and the steps leading to the pool were very wide long and there was no matting or rubber strips to prevent people from slipping
The pools themselves were ok but could have been designed to be much more aesthetically appealing.
The hotel is located on the main road and there is an RTA bus stop located about 300 meters away with buses connecting directly to the airport or Diera City where you can then join the trains to various destinations throughout Dubai. Navigating the footpaths and busy roads can be a little hectic with all the construction going on out front, but there is also a supermarket where you can grab a few items you may need.
Overall the Four Points by Sheraton, Sharjah is a nice hotel but there isn't a lot around in the area and there is very limited shuttle services to any of the shopping malls, but with discussions with the manager he said he was looking into this and looking at various options which should be improved soon. However if you are stopping for a short stay before or after using the Sharajah airport or you want a comfortable hotel for a couple of nights stay, the hotel is comfortable and modern.

The Four Points by Sheraton, Sharjah is about 1 year old and is a modern high rise located in Sharjah itself.
The area itself is rather unappealing and accessing the hotel due to construction is unsightly and a little inconvenient. It is not in a particularly good location but if you are travelling in and out of Sharjah Airport it is very handy.
The reception staff seem a little confused and offer different advice on things but I guess this may be teething problems in a new hotel.
.
The hotel is modern and the rooms are quite spacious and modern but offer little in the way of a view as I was lookng right into the side of another building.
Pros:
• Modern comfortable hotel
• The rooms are spacious
• The beds are very comfortable
• The bathroom has both a bidet and a toilet
• The shower has both a rainfall shower head and a hand held wand. The shower pressure was average but not good.
• The rooms are soundproofed and so you get a peaceful nights rest.
Cons:
• The LCD TV had a poor selection of English speaking channels
• They do not provide slippers bathrobes or anything in the room you have to call and ask for them
• The floor leading to the pool area was unsightly and appeared like a construction zone
• There were too many steps leading to the pool and they were very wide there was nothing in the way of safety features to prevent people from slipping
• The hotel has a shuttle service but its useless as it only operates a couple of days a week.
• Construction out front and poorly made footpaths and busy roads are not good
The hotel is located on the main road and there is a bus stop located about 300 meters away and from there you can get express buses to the Shrajah airport or buses connecting to Diera City Centre where you can grab a train.. .

I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton, Sharajah. This is a convenient location with access to many or the major sights and made it easy for me to get to different parts of the city for meetings. The service and friendliness of the staff is clearly evident. Mr. Rajesh in the housekeeping department who was responsible for my room was terrific. He went above and beyond in preparing my room and I very much enjoyed speaking with him. Overall the location provides great value. As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member this experience only strengthened my affinity.

Ideally located in the heart of sharjah. Enjoyed a tasty lunch buffet with my family on 06 Mar 2020. Free parking for customers. Very good customer service, friendly and helpful staff, professional behavior, Clean and hygiene restaurant, well arranged. Very good buffet. The items are not much but the dishes were tasty and good. Salads were good, Broccoli soup was tasty. Chicken tikka, chocken cajun were really yummy, Beef was not fully baked so was hard to chew, but was good.Fish with lemon was really awesome.mutton kadai was good. Jeera rice and dal were also tasty. Two types of juices were displayed, Mango and orange, both were good. Chocolate browine, musse, panna kotta, um ali, fruit cuts were really good and tasty. We had cobone vouchers which cost us only 250 Dirhams for 4 person. Really good for the price. Highly recommended.

I have been staying at the property since October 2021, checking in and checking out very frequently. Since my first arrival, I have always been valued for being a Marriott titanium member, staff has always made me feel like a king on every stay. So far, I have never had a complain in 3-4 months!! And that’s incredible!! Breakfast is always served at the highest quality, and staff always welcome you with a smile and happy good morning message. Salads and sandwiches have a good value for money at the cafeteria on the ground floor. Rooms are very spacious, clean and the bed is very confortable. Furthermore, I want to extend my recognition to all the hotel staff (front desk, concierge, restaurant and cleaner) for their excellent service, but also for their ability to learn what I like in all aspects and be ready to make me feel like home.

I was there few times during the visit of my brother. The place is convenient and easy to reach. We got a very good rate and good rooms. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff was friendly, specially David from the reception.
I didn't face any issues on my weekend stays but my brother was there for 30 days and he constantly had issues with housekeeping. Laundry wasn't delivered on time, wrong laundry was delivered most of the times, and the rooms wasn't cleaned frequently. Maybe the less staff would've affected the service but that wasn't a good experience. me being a hotelier, that was a NO NO.
The breakfast was decent. The food was good. The restaurant staff was absolutely helpful and nice.

We stayed here few days ago for my cousins wedding. However the experience was not up to our expectations. First, we went for breakfast, however we where inform that someone in our room already use the breakfast package when in fact we haven't had our breakfast at all. They dont have proper list of guest list report and doesnt even confirm names. Second the wedding reception was fine but they remove the food in the buffet without informing us while some of the guest didnt eat yet . Some of the staff are rude and seems not to care. Working in hospitality shouldnt be like this.

A highly recommended Friday brunch to all Asian food lovers out there who’s looking for a reasonable price. With just AED 59.00 we got to enjoy the buffet which offers hotpot, set of boodle fight, skewers, sushi and some fruits and desserts and a complimentary pool access that you’ll really enjoy. Food was amazing!!!! Ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming, thanks to the FnB team of course who’s always there to check our needs. Hoping to be back soon . Keep up the good work everyone!

While looking for a hotel in Sharjah as I was playing in a chess tournament there, I came across an offer from Sharjah Tourism for a 50% discount so decided to stay there for one night.
It's a decent 4 star hotel, the staff on reception were nice, the room was fine but there were no individual toiletries, just soap and shampoo dispensers.
The swimming pool was a bit small and not that great for swimming lengths. The men's gym was better equipped than the women's gym.
The hotel is on a main road close to Ibis Styles on the other side but since my room was at the back, I wasn't bothered by any noise.
There wasn't much around the hotel and in the evening the lobby café closed at 8pm. The buffet in the 2nd floor restaurant called Yasmina didn't look very appetizing so I bought a few things next door from Carrefour.
They didn't credit my night to my Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programme account because of the special offer so that's one of the reasons I only stayed one night. Also, I was bored there and no alcohol is served in Sharjah. If you want to buy some you can visit Unisat or Oscar's Wine Cellar in nearby Ajman.
Anyway, the hotel is fine and was a very good deal for the price I paid (AED 106.67) for room only.
