Room clean and ok, but bathroom not functional. And I came for one day of relax but... no pool during Ramadan (only at inaccessible hours) ! It was not written neither here nor on the website. Huge disappointment. And the room window was... a frosted glass. We couldn't see the extorior. Who does that ?!

I stayed at the Ayla next to the Bawadi Mall for a total of 5 nights on a trip to Al Ain and can not find a single complaint. I used every included offer (pool, sauna, steamroom etc.) while I stayed at the hotel and found everything to be clean and well kept, with staff being very helpful wherever you went in the facility. I also went to the breakfast buffet 4 times during my stay, which was *amazing* value for money (45AED), where the food and service was more than I could have asked for. The rooms (I traveled with friends) were all perfect as well, with clean bathrooms and a really comfy bed. As the title of the review says, not a single complaint from any of us. I would highly recommend this hotel above others I have stayed in in Al Ain, because the value for money is unbeatable. I hope they keep up the good work! =)…

Visiting the hotel at late night. I got bad room and bad services cuz I didn’t book from the website. They are sure there is not rating. The location is gorgeous but the services is bad. Hope not visiting the same hotel again. Best regards, Hardan

I had pleasant stay in Ayla Bawadi hotel on Jan 31st. Very nice staffs and service. Room was so clean. The bed spread and pillow covers were well washed. The city and mountain view from the room in evening time was so good. The staffs on reception was so good. Welcomed me so nicely then greeted me assisted me with full of smile. Especially the reception staff Her name on Badge Jean Rose The way she address the customer and fulfill the customer needs was so awesome. Because of her assistance my check in and check out was so cool. Food , Room Service and etc all good. No words to say stay was so good and cool all are well experienced trained Professional staffs. When I visit Al Ain first preference to stay Ayla Bawadi.

I arrived at the hotel and parked my car. Parking is located opposite the hotel. We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff on the reception. Special Thank you to Joanna. The room was clean and spacious. Wide screen tv and comfortable chairs. Big bathtub. Toiletries. No view outside. Window was partly covered for privacy as it was facing the loading space for the mall. Mall is connected to the hotel. Door leading to the mall is through the reception area of the hotel. Restaurant is located on the ground floor. Breakfast was okay. No valet parking. Staff were all friendly and polite. Good customer service.
