Absolutely great staff, you couldn't ask for any better. We have a one bedroom apartment that sleeps 4, 2 of the beds are sofa beds but they are very comfy. The meals are superb, not one bad meal, the chef is excellent. It's nice and easy to get a sunbed and the pool is great. If there is any criticism (observation) there is no cleaning utensils in the room, mop, cloth etc, that's not to say the cleaning staff don't do a great job, they do, but accidents happen, especially with kids. Also, things like AC and safe should be included in the cost, not as extras. Overall though, I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. 5 stars.

I stayed at Club Evin 7th to 14th September 2023. On arrival at the hotel was welcomed by the owner. I stayed in a studio apartment on the third floor. After check in I had my welcome cocktail. The studio was very comfortable with cooking facilities. I advise futher guests to hire the air conditioning during the months of August and September as during my visit temperatures was over 34c. The staff always pleasantand happy and their to help you. The receptionists Jade and Julie very chaŕming, helpful with a happy disposition greeting you each day. The other members of staff to numerous to mention all were indeed warm and friendly. The hotel is situated 10 minutes walking to the beach. From the hotel walking to the Grand Bazaar and the castle only 30 minutes walk away. This was my visit time to stay at Club Evin and I will be returning again, hopefully will see you all in September 2024 if not sooner.

We’re here now and go home tomorrow, what can I say about this hotel, all round amazing, the rooms are spacious with your own small kitchen, and kettle, they are cleaned every day with fresh towels, the staff are honestly so nice they will go out of their way for you no matter what you ask. They are great with the kids and always having a laugh with the adults and getting everyone up dancing in the evening. The English girls at reception are also really lovey they gave us loads of info on where places are and the best places to go. The food is brilliant the Sunday roast dinner was the best I’ve had abroad ever. You order from the menu instead of buffet style meaning the food is cooked to order and not going cold in a tray. They also have a Turkish bbq once a week which is equally lovley. They even ordered me a takeaway one evening when I’d had a few drinks. I haven’t heard my 7 year old since we’ve been here he loved the pool and water slide and with it being a small hotel everyone gets chatting to everyone which is great, evening entertainment every night which is always great and bingo a few times a week. Overall they smash it here I’d give 10 stars if I could. The first thing I’m doing when I get home is booming again for next year.

Upon arriving there is a charge of 42 per week for aircon which is pretty standard with self catering. Fans are chargeable at 21.00 a week also which I feel is abit on the expensive side. The bar staff Ferehat, TJ and ulas made our stay just about bearable, we paid an extra 28.00 per week for breakfast but these were charged on our bills three times I had already paid first time without checking I did question this but this was not rectified. There was two fights during my stay as myself and partner stayed in the main block. The music is on from 10am not just background music it is really loud in the restaurant area aswell so no chance of having a quiet meal at any time of the day. The cleaners are first class and was in everyday day. The pool was abit hit and Miss and stank on stagnant water. The area is good and pretty central. The rooms are dated and could do with upgrading as well as the restaurant area people from the pool come in wet and soak the cushions. We ate our evening meals out apart from once due to the mess up with the breakfast.

Recent return from Club evin August 2023. . Pretty simple. People who go to club evin go back to club evin . TUI have this 3 sided hotel as 3 star plus . It probably just 3 star.. The apartments are spotless but are getting bit tired now. There are a few spots that could do with a refurb . We had a broken towel holder in our room. I mentioned it to the cleaner and it got fixed that day . Impressed . The pull of this hotel are the people who work in it . The resteraunt staff and the waiters are absolutely first class. Plenty of staff ready to get what you want . You won't be hanging around waiting for a drink either around the pool or in the resteraunt area. Entertainment is OK. A couple of nights of kareoke and a couple of night of bingo interspersed with various local shows and fun and games with the waiters led by TJ who is unstoppable when it comes to laughter.. he trys to include everyone.. FOOD. The resteraunt is first class. At nighttime you will get people from other hotels coming here to be fed that's how good the food is. Menu is varied including pastas pizzas and many Turkish dishes. I have never had a bad meal here in my five times I've stayed. DRINKS . Good drinks and measures. Effes is about £3 a bottle with draught being a bit cheaper..There are set times for 2 for 1 drinks and cocktail specials. All in all I thought the prices reasonable compared to other bars in the area. LOCATION. set between the beach 20 mins walk away and Armuthalan 15 mins walk away. Head straight out of the hotel and walk 15 mins alongside the water levy and you come to Armythalan . An area of hotels and very lively bars. Head out of the hotel and turn right and right again to go down to the beach and bars on the front. Bar street is about 25 minutes walk. Get a taxi from the hotel for £6. POOL. The pool is a decent size with a slide at one end and steeped access at the other . This pool is 1.6mts deep all the way. I think its a bit deep myself but the were plenty of kids in it wearing inflatable jackets. There is a shaded little paddling pool as well. Plenty of sunbeds but difficult to get some shade sometimes. All in all a great place to come. A smallish hotel with English receptionists who are great. An English entertainment lady called Dot and fabulous very hard working fun staff. ENJOY. The week we were there Plenty of families got together to book again for next summer. People always come back here.

Compared to some self catering holidays we have been on, the rooms are basic, us as a family only used the rooms to sleep and shower! however the cleanliness, and service you receive is 10 out of 10.. All reception staff so easy to talk too and so helpful! Big Boss, Ali, TJ, Pedro, Moses, Faro and cheeky bugger all made our 2 week stay enjoyable and memorable so much our little girl cried leaving to come home! The service and amazing food we received was next to none! Wow the steak and lamb shanks top of the shop! We can not wait too go back!

Got back last week after a two week stay. This is the third time we have visited Club Evin. 2019, 2022 and again this year. This is my review....... (2 adults & 2children age 13,12) 1 bedroom very basic & tired looking compared to the 2 bedrooms we usually stay in. (Couldn't fit us in a 2 bedroom one this time) The maid came everyday and did an excellent job. Fresh towels, more toilet rolls. Free WiFi with no issue getting signal. Didnt pay for a TV (I dont come on holiday for tv!) Paid for safety deposit box. Never an issue getting sun loungers. Always some available at all times throughout the day. Night entertainment is the same, Michael Jackson, Robot, dancers, belly dancers, Karaoke. The food is good at Club Evin, did have the odd breakfast and lunch. The steak baguette was lovely! We did eat out at other places in the evenings as its cheaper at other places, especially for the drinks. The staff are absolutely brilliant & remember us from previous visits. TJ & Ferro & Hero & the other lads are a good team. Ali is excellent & always asked if we are okay or need anything. Giving the kids turkish delight & lollipops was very nice. Thanks Ali. Dot is always cheerful & asked what our plans are for the day/evening. Always a delight speaking with her. (If you do book massage at Club Evin book it through Dot) We did recognise some people / families from the previous years, so the same people do tend to go back and it was nice speaking with them. We really did enjoy our holiday. Would I go back to this hotel? Yes but only in a two bedroom apartment! But that is my personal preference. After coming here for 3 years i need to try a different place for our next years holiday but we will come back one day! :)

A tired hotel which is merely a marketing tool for its own restaurant with excessive charges for air-con, safes and other features that are normally included. Pathetic self catering facilities and poorly maintained rooms. Shouldn't be on TUI's books. Service staff are all friendly and accomodating (only reason this isn't a 1 star review) but generally it's all just geared to screwing as much of your cash as they can get. Here are our Club Evin lowlights: £120 charge for Air conditioning. As a family of 5, with 3 school aged children split between 2 rooms, this cost is not paid by multiple working adults, but actually comes from a carefully saved for holiday budget. We had no choice but to accept the charge to ensure we were comfortable in the rooms due to the heat. Excessive and underhand, so much so I ensured I spent my money on food elsewhere and they lost the £120 in other revenue. First night only 4 beds for 5 people & had to sleep on the floor - On opening our rooms it was evident that despite having 2 rooms, there were only 4 beds, and 4 minimal sets of bedding for 5 people (a single sheet as a cover). I complained to reception who were only able to offer me a single damp bedsheet. It appeared that the 3rd bed, was not accounted for in either room, and that it should have been a sofa bed which actually was in the kitchenette (which was hot and stunk) and therefore not cooled by the air-con unit. Safes and other additional charges - £30 for a safe that isn’t even in the apartment is ludicrous. Most hotels provide room safes free of charge or for a very minimal fee. The safe boxes at Club Evin are in reception which means there is no privacy for any items stored within and you cannot open them without a member of staff. We opted not to pay for one as a result. Not suitable as self-catering accommodation - We booked a self catering holiday in order that we could keep costs down by eating in, rather than restaurants for every meal. However, the kitchen provided was not well enough equipped to cook even a simple meal. 2-ring hob, 1 pot, 1 pan, 2 cups, 2 bowls, 1 plate, Kettle, and sink. No toaster, no microwave, no grill or oven, and not enough crockery. Instead you have numerous promotional posters offering bar food, half board/ B&B, and the same number telling you you cannot eat your own food anywhere other than your room. Essentially it’s purposefully under-equipped to force you to use their restaurant. Self-catering accommodation where it is not possible to eat your own food on site. There are dozens of signs telling customers that they are not allowed to eat their own food or drink by the pool, which is the only outside space available on site. You can eat by the pool as long as you buy from the hotel’s restaurant. How is this in the spirit of a self-catering holiday? It is not. Staff are constantly circling the pool asking customers if they want food or drinks. The whole site is focussed on driving revenue through the restaurant. Kitchen smelt of a toilet - The kitchen sink regularly smelt of urine and worse (room 1001), this made the whole kitchen smell. Looking at the way they have been fitted they don’t have a trap and therefore the foul water smell from the drains was able to come up through the sink. Bedding smelt of cigarette smoke - All bedding smelt quite heavily of cigarettes. Unfortunately there was nowhere to escape the smell of cigarettes anywhere on site, not even in your own room. Overall the hotel rooms are incredibly tired and of a very low/basic standard and poorly maintained. The hotel is literally wringing it’s customers for every penny and not focussed on providing comfort. TUI as a family oriented brand really should not be offering this hotel as part of its portfolio. Families budget carefully for holidays and the hidden charges and pathetic self catering facilities make this impossible. We had a couple of good nights in the bar, the onsite restaurant is actually quite good if you can cope with eating in a haze of cigarette smoke.
