I have added a map photo image of the site. Note - 4 is the main stage - very loud surrounded by rooms! A1, A2 and A3 is the quietest area, BUT you will still hear the mayhem and "shows" (I use the word show lightly!).

We visited Jiva in October and couldn’t fault our stay. I would recommend going in October as you still get warm weather and it was very quiet (maybe COVID played a role in this). This meant that there was no queuing for sun beds, water slides or bars. It did mean that the entertainment was less than in the height of summer but the strip on Calis beach is lovely if you want to party beyond the hours of entertainment at the hotel. Fethiye is also 10 minutes by taxi and costs about £5 one way. The staff are so attentive and really friendly. Shout out to Dee Dee and DJ Iron! There is a wide range of food at the buffet restaurant and we even got to eat at 2/3 a la cartes, the food is insane at both restaurants we visited. The snack bar also serves great food if you fancy a change from the buffet style. Think burgers, pizzas, salads. I am celiac so was worried about food options but the guest relations made sure I had an allergy card to show to the chefs who were very knowledgeable. The drink range is huge and they feee pour the alcohol. We also enjoyed the 24 hour bar where the interior looks like a posh Starbucks! The beach is absolutely divine and we felt very safe with security guards at the entrance. The room was so spacious but I would recommend paying a bit extra for a pool view as you can see the beautiful mountains and the resort. The whole resort was spotless and very COVID secure with temperature checks at the restaurants and disposable masks and hand sanitizer available everywhere. Thank you so much to everyone at Jiva for making our first time inTurkey so special. If you are thinking of booking this hotel then go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

Our 6th visit to this hotel, should have been 7th but April was cancelled. Hotel was lovely as usual, and they seem to be taking the restrictions seriously. Buffet still on, but instead of helping yourself there are screens up and chefs with gloves and masks put whatever you want onto the plate. There are a few less options but that’s to be expected... I think it’s a good idea actually as no doubt prevents wasting so much food. Disposable mats and one time use salt and pepper pouches, and strong sanitiser wipes. Temperatures taken at every entrance to the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests are encouraged to wear masks in the restaurant unless seated, but it’s not strictly enforced, just suggested. Staff are good at wearing masks even while working 12 hour shifts in the 40oc heat. staff still going above and beyond for their guests when it actually must be really difficult, I think they’re all glad to be back at work earning after the start to the year we all had! Entertainment isn’t as varied or consistent as before, but that’s because dancers, acrobats etc come from all over the world usually and haven’t been able to get to Turkey this year! They are trying their best and working with what they have. Oldies but goldies disco night was a good one! Activities like table tennis, pool, darts, water aerobics etc still go ahead and balls, bats and darts are disinfected with spray everytime they change hands. Hand sanitiser is everywhere. Suitcases sprayed down on arrival too, screens up at reception etc... markers on the floor and stage remind you / kids to distance. Sunbeds are marked out on the floor and not supposed to be moved, although most people did move them around a bit to face the sun etc, they were put back everyday. One thing I will say is you can definitely tell that clientele has changed... the people who usually go to Spain etc seemed to have all changed to Turkey, for the first time there was a hen party at the hotel too! Definitely a few more riff faff LOL. I was a bit worried before going but actually felt safer than I’ve done all year.

The spa area has been redone this year and looks amazing, but the indoor pool is a little too cold! Love the new relaxation pods.

Special mention to Burcu in the main restaurant who goes above and beyond, even remembering drinks from previous nights before we have ordered! And of course Leo’s entertainment team, with Gino & Rodney working so hard all day making sure everyone has fun but safely. They do a perfect job :)

Hopefully a 7th and 8th trip next year! X

Just got back from Jiva today and loved every minute of it. Travelled with 4 adults and 2 kids (aged 4 and 2) in the 1st week and then my partner and I the 2nd week.

Staff: Are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. From Stevi in the booking office who is amazingly helpful, to Indy in the spa and Kadir who took some great holiday family photos, they really go above and beyond to make for a fab holiday

Food: I’m extremely picky but the buffet restaurant has everything you could ask for from soups, pastas, salads, steak, fresh fish....the list is really comprehensive. The a la carte restaurants are of a really high quality and even the snack bar has a full menu during the day. The Lukka bar is open 24hrs and does a range of coffees, alcoholic drinks and various snacks

Rooms: Are spacious and well maintained with cleaners in everyday, in addition to shampoos, conditioners etc.

Beach: Hotel has its own beach with good loungers, another all inclusive bar and loads of water sports available. We hired a boat which took us on the 7 island tour where we swam in the sea and had a great time. There’s also a few local bars with wig wam on the beach which we really enjoyed

Local area: Calis is a 10-15 minute walk away and has more bars, restaurants and shops etc which was lovely though the shops in the hotel are very reasonably priced and of a good quality

We’ve been to various different parts of Turkey as we love the country and people however this has definitely been our favourite hotel and we’ll be back next year

Thanks to everyone for making it a great holiday!!

We didn't book this resort or hotel as our first choice, but TUI booked us here within two weeks of departure.
That having been said, the staff in the main were excelent , the exception being the maid service and occasional male staff in the Acacia restaurant.

The room was an upgrade to a swim up room, nice to cool off but not that useable as it's very narrow and swimming side to side means swimming past your neighbours patch.

The food was ok in the main, but not very inspiring. Quite a large choice but somehow underwhelming. Nothing really took our breath away!
The speciality restaurants were poor, the eastern one was truly awful, to the point we left and went to the main buffet to get some food!

There was only one beer choice , and the spirits were not great! The brandy was firewater, (we had brandy at a 5star in Turkey that was smooth and nice. , Brown bear? Maybe not I can't remember) .

The 24 hour bar was good for snacks and Dave had a smile no matter when!

Around the pool there was music all day, so we went to the beach, where they had music in the afternoon, but you could escape by keeping to the left. Why would you need rap music with a sea view?

The beach is a pebble strip , some sand near the sunbeds, then again in the sea.

The local area is disappointing , there are several camping areas adjacent to the hotel beach towards the nearest village, which resembles a refugee camp! It's scruffy and cheapens the area.
If we were offered this accommodation again we wouldn't take the swap as it was not an equivalent, nothing like it.
The Jiva beach resort may get 5 stars from TUI but it's possibly a 4 star or less.

The very outstanding vibes started straight away when our taxi driver dropped us in front of the Resort's entry (from the airport which is not far away) the staff welcomed us outside with a smile and helped us with our luggage and took us to the beautiful interior of the reception.
the check-in process was very easy and friendly for the 6 of us.
The rooms are quite spacious and super clean, whit all the facilities needed to relax for the whole stay.
the staff was friendly and very responsive all around the big beautiful resort.
pool rooms look a very nice place to stay in, and the main and the other pools are very nice clean, separate pools for children and parents and daily funny pool activities.
the food was served fresh and delicious. and the staff is very helpful in there.
the spa and the gym area were beautiful, interior nice pool with sauna and Hammam is available in addition to various types of messages offered by reasonable prices. (i tried 3 of them and they were quite good).
the resort has its own private beach with water sports activities and a bar.
sunbeds and umbrellas were cleaned frequently.
the tour/ traveler agent (near the reception) is super friendly and helpful.
Fethiye city center is around 25 mins drive/taxi.

Fantastic time at Jiva beach can see why they receive so many excellent reviews. Temperature taken on entering the hotel and every meal time in the restaurant staff all in masks and tables and sun beds spread out felt very safe and it was so clean a credit to the staff. Still playing table tennis, darts, bowls and aqua in the pool but only streaching 3 times in the week and the evening entertainment is not enough only shows during the week and I expect more from a 5 star hotel and not to have all the entertainment staff off on the same day so not many activities take place so that was also a let down. The stand out member of staff for us was Fath who is in the main reception area sorting out any little things which the reception may had needed help with with he was very helpful and always smiling.

Most certainly not 5 star. We came to stay to ensure the hotel was ok for the 65 guests we have coming across for our wedding in May 22. I requested to move on the 2nd day. How jet2 are selling this holiday as 5 star deluxe is beyond me.

The hotel itself inside is well maintained, there are plenty of sunbeds outside although all the outdoor communal areas round pool felt grubby, the food although limited choice in the buffet is cooked well.

However the service and attitude from the staff other than Hakan the bell boy and a couple of the reception staff is awful to the point of actually being very rude, mainly at bars particularly beach bars where drinks are almost thrown at you and told no you can’t have a drink at 5.55pm because he’s shutting, even politely said thought was 6pm (had only asked for soft drink) was told no you go and swatted away like a fly.

The drinks themselves! Never been to a 5 star ‘luxe’ all inclusive where your choice is flat effes which tasted like water ( problem with lines apparently), flat soft drinks so you couldn’t tell what you were actually drinking, a selection of 10 thrown together cocktails with very odd concoctions or local vodka or local gin, like paint stripper.

Everything else you have to pay 70turkish lira for even the cheapest of spirits then it’s served with flat mixer. I couldn’t drink anything, everything was awful. Even if you did ask for the local vodka not all bars would give it to you, one bar tender even shouted to go away when said but I don’t like the cocktails that I couldn’t have that here. Most people were leaving the hotel to bring in their own drinks round the pool. When I asked for a cup to put my own drink in was given a dirty paper cup clearly used.

Spoke to guest relations about our 65 people booking, not interested at all didn’t bother to get back in touch. I made jet2 move us to Liberty Fabay and it was like another world. Jet 2 need to stop mis selling this holiday. My full party has moved across to Liberty Fabay. Would not recommend.

Absolutely incredible hotel. We were supposed to have gone to Jamaica for our honeymoon but our wedding was postponed and Jamaica got taken out of the airbridge so we decided on Turkey. The staff here are unbelievably helpful. The all inclusive dining was nothing short of perfect, serving so many different choices, highest standards of cleanliness and service. All staff, including, reception, bell boys, cleaners, serving and waiting on could not do enough for you. Taxi rides to local shopping and restaurants were unbelievably cheap (£1.60). We took a couple of trips to Olu Deniz to a private beach called “Billy’s” which worked out costing around £10...amazing considering it was nearly a hour away. Definitely worth the trip to swim in the lagoon and hire peddle boats. The markets are an experience that has to be done but we only managed one visit, you do get hounded. The only moan I have, and it is on Turkey as a whole, is I could not get decaf coffee anywhere. This is the only thing I can complain about and I lived, so no biggy. We will definitely be back here one day.

Just back Jiva Beach, had 10 glorious days there. The hotel is spotlessly clean, food is first class and the staff work extremely hard to make sure you get the best service. Covid precautions are clearly in place with lots of continuous cleaning throughout the day and night. Have to say a special shout out to a young man called Hakan who worked near reception as a bell boy, I have never seen someone work as hard as this lad with perfect manners and goes out of his way to do anything for you. Emel who was taking out temperatures before entering the restaurant was one of the sweetest, most pleasant girl you could me, always smiling. Fatos who worked in the pool bar was another great girl. The resturant managers were so polite and escorted me to a table everyday, and pulled out my chair for me, little touches like this make such a big difference. The only criticism I have is the evening entertainment could be be better and more varied, Would I go back, hell yes.

Whenever you view pictures online of a hotel, you never know if what you see is what you are going to get - well how wrong were we.. Jiva Beach Resort is stunning,. From the day we arrived which was quite late in the evening, we were greeted with a smile and told to drop our luggage which was taken by one of their bellboys and go and have something to eat in the restaurant as there was just time for us to do this before it closed. We all thought that this was so thoughtful as we were hungry and really didnt know where we were going to eat that night. We were then shown our room which was in Block C on the second floor and overlooked the pool area as well as a side sea view. We had a two bedroomed family suite, the room was lovely and clean and the cleaning staff were in top form and our room was always lovely and clean during the whole of our stay .If we asked reception for something, it was done. The only downside for me is that the beds were rather hard, and because of my back issues, I asked if I could have a bed topper which they provided within a few hours and was much better for us. I only say this, because of my back issue, but this is just my viewpoint. On reception I have to give a shout out to Samvia (I hope I have spelt that rigth!) and Nazmin who were brilliant the whole time we were there and so helpful. Also Peebee (again hope I spelt this right!) who greeted us every morning, lunchtime and evening at the restaurant and Bilal who waited on us and greeted us every meal time and who was so wonderiful to us during the whole period of our stay. I cannot thank each and everyone one of your staff who were always smiling, helpful and made our holiday one that we will remember. Even my husband did not want to leave and wants to come back. The Resort is about a 10 minute walk to the Calis Beach Promenade, but it is easy to get to either by walking along the beach or walking through the back street. Also you can get taxis directly outside the Hotel. There is a button that you press for the Calis Taxis and they have a board showing how much it is for each location you wish to visit.
If you are looking fo a Resort that is suitable for young and old, then please look at Jiva Beach Resort, it is one of the best holidays we have had and we are going to return.

Yes, you get one sitting per stay at any of the 3 a la carte restaurants. I think you can pay a supplement to visit more than one. We enjoyed the Asian restaurant, but did not try the others.
