The Amour hotel is very new, freshly open hotel. It is new designed inside, being inside you can feel very comfortable due to spacefull area. The swimming pool is central localized, makes good impression thanks to modern design and relaxing tools inside (water whips, lights). Food is very tasty, the main restaurant is exclusive, there are planty of dishes, big choice and very nice staff. Rooms fresh, well equiped (all what needed for living there in holiday time), cleaned everyday, towels changed often, water and shower stuff supplemented everyday. You can reach the beach by using hotel's beach bus, riding all day. On the beach there is all inclusive formula included bar with drinks and snacks. Sunbeds and umbreals are also available for the guests. Beach is clean and the sand very nice, you can watch beautiful old Side during sunbathing, the sea is clean and water very nice. In the evenings there are shows and music. Every week the hotel organize Turkish night with DELICIOUS Turkish specials (food and sweets) as well as show (Turkish dance show, belly dance, music), another day there was live music or dancing show. The hotel has everything what you need to relax and have fun. The management is taking care about every detail and keeps all in best standard so you can feel comfortable. We kindly recommend this hotel.

We have had a nice time at Amour this last week. The weather was hot and the water lovely.
The rooms were exactly as the pictures showed. The shower was a nice size and the water pressure one of the better ones we have experienced in Turkey before.
The food was a bit varied, some days you had really tasty food other days it could be a bit bland.
The Wi-Fi was great at the beach and the hotel. No problem having a video chat with the family back home.
The music/love shows ended the same time as the serving of alcohol ended for the day which was as 11pm. This was nice if you wanted to sleep or get an early start for an excursion the next day.

Just a few small details which keeps me from giving it a fire star review. When you arrive you are given beach towels, but these can not be exchanged everyday. If you want to exchange, its a one euro fee for each towel swap. This is the first time I have experienced this when we are at an all inclusive hotel. There are limited type of drinks the bartenders will make with the local types of alcohol. And if you want tanning beds by the pool you have to be there early.

Nothing not to like here. Rooms are modern and spotless
Always something you can find to eat and food options are good
It’s a small pool but there is a regular bus service ti the beach club.
Whilst beer, coffee and soft drinks are available, you have to pay for wine and spirits which was disappointing when at the beach
The hotel bar offers the full range of drinks, and the staff are fabulous.
There is no indoor space other than your room so could be a problem if you encountered bad weather. We were lucky with the weather!

Hotel is lovely, modern and clean, room is really nice, air conditioning and lovely little balcony & the bed was really comfortable. Always hot water when we had a shower and the shower has choice of waterfall head or normal head from the side for ladies who don’t want to get their hair wet. There is a hair dryer but not that powerful but that’s about the only good I can say about this hotel, we did get a good deal so we used the pool & beach ( both have all inclusive bars) during the day and we went out at night for dinner and drinks except one night we stayed in hotel as they had Turkish night.

The food was horrible! Didn’t matter if you had chicken, lamb or beef it all tastes the same! Very bland, I don’t think they have ever heard of seasoning and lunch & dinner is basically the same, the breakfast wasn’t much better! The speciality food they do on entertainment nights was actually ok but you have to be quick, it doesn’t last long! I completely understand they cater for different nationalities but they certainly don’t consider British. Plenty of salad and fruit though but we did eat out most nights!

The pool area is nice and we did enjoy this. We also had a really nice Turkish bath and massage which we later found out is well overpriced and we were pestered by the staff to have it whilst trying to relax around the pool for 2 days before we finally decided to book it but i have to say it was great so I’m not regretting that but was expensive.

Entertainment is only on 3 nights a week and literally nothing else on the other nights other than the music you have all day. The one night we did stay for the entertainment it was very traditional and we really enjoyed it.

The location was good, we walked to the old town, it’s nice there but very expensive 11 euro a bottle of Efes which is around 3.5 euros everywhere else. Emelda’s you can see from hotel main entrance was great, there were no British people in the hotel, which we didn’t mind but we like meeting new people & Emelda’s was great for that, good Shisha & karaoke is very entertaining, staff are lovely. Hello bar next to the hotel was also great, not very busy but staff are really friendly and welcoming, providing free bar snacks too. We had dinner in paradise bar, the food there was amazing & really good pricing, this is situated behind the hotel.

The beach was great, the hotel have its own section on the beach so there are all inclusive snack for lunch and an all inclusive bar, plenty of loungers and tables in the restaurant area and toilets there. They also have WiFi which we paid for at hotel and they gave WiFi code for room & beach.

Overall we had a great holiday but we only spend 2 days in the hotel, the majority of our time was spent in local bars & restaurants of the beach.

I did read all the reviews before I booked and brushed away the not so good ones sadly the not so good ones are completely true.
Room small but ok
Food absolutely dreadful unless you like salad as all of the hot food is luck warm or cold and absolutely always bland and extremely repetitive
Drinks omg 1 tiny small bar 1 rude person serving carbonated water went to local bars and supermarket instead
All staff need to go on a hospitality course as no one says hello goodbye or absolutely everything and that’s to every nationality there
Reception staff rude and unwelcoming again no welcome no information given
If it rains or the weather is unkind absolutely no-were for you to sit so it’s. A day in bedroom we had 2 rainy days
This is not a 4/star hotel
My only compliment is the hotel is kept spotless and if this was passed on to the food drink and staff members then it would be a better place

I stayed at Side Amour from 20/09 for 7 nights. It’s a very clean and modern hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The room had everything we needed for a week stay and was a decent size.

The pool area is quite small and not many sun loungers, I never struggled to get one and arrived to the pool at around 10am everyday but I imagine if you went during peak time it would be more difficult. There is also a free frequent bus which goes to the beach and there is a private section for Amour customers. The beach is lovely, lots of sun loungers and offers free drinks and a lunch menu.

The food at the hotel is quite basic and repetitive but I think this is expected from these kind of all inclusive hotels. They have themed nights every 2/3 nights such as Turkish night, fish night etc. The hotel bar offers cocktails, beer, wine and spirits. The cocktails are nice but you can’t really taste the alcohol in them. They are also not offered during meal times.

There are a few bars and restaurants around which is good as the hotel can be quite boring during the evenings. The old town is also a 15/20 minute walk away and is lovely!

Our hotel room was facing one of the bars which blasted music until around 3/4am every night, which was annoying when trying to get to sleep, but can’t be helped by the hotel.

Overall, the hotel was what I expected for the price. There was definitely pros and cons - I had a nice time but wouldn’t be in a rush to go back.

I turned up late at night, went to check in, and there was 12 of us, and every single room was incorrect, we had informed the receptionist and was told nothing can be done until the next morning, a 7 years old had to share a bed with his parents, and 1 parent had to sleep on the floor, Being pregnant I got a room which was on the third floor, there is no lift facility. The mattress in one of the rooms was not even safe, it kept falling to one side and eventually the person fall of the bed in the middle of the night. Our rooms were eventually sorted the next morning.

House keeping is shocking, they don’t clean your room properly, you have to literally tell them, your beds not even made, it’s shocking and disgusting. You have to keep asking for toilet rolls, and only leave you with one or in some cases non at all.

Staff are so rude, especially the woman who’s sat the reception desk, she’s got no manners at all, you have to talk rude back to her for her to calm down and talk with respect. We was at breakfast and had 3 under 5’s a rude staff member decides to come up to us and tell us to tell the kids to be quiet, I soon gave him an earful and he soon started to be nice and respectful, staff need retraining and maybe get some basic manners.

Food - not much variety , desserts look good but taste horrible.

Pros - good choice of breakfast , good entertainment nights, bus shuttle to the private beach, free drinks and food at the beach which tasted better than the actual hotel lunch/dinner. At the beach the Turkish tortillas were amazing. Snack time at the hotel were okay, could improve on hot chocolate.

Overall wouldn’t go back, there’s plenty of room for improvement.

Complete value for money if you are looking for a break in the sunshine. Hotel spotless with rooms cleaned daily. Plenty of sun loungers available and good variety of food. Cocktails come within package. Majority of staff friendly and hotel reception very helpful. Buses run frequently to the beach, but go early as can get overcrowded. On site spa is a must for a Turkish bath and massage and reasonably priced. Only negatives would be the poor quality of wine and the repetitive music played daily on a loop around the pool. Hotel transfers very smooth.

I visited Turkey back in May 2022 and it was honestly the best experience!!! After a long and terrible journey from the UK up until the hotel. The staff at the hotel made us feel so welcome and waited for us for 2 hours past their shifts. They welcomed us with food and made us feel at home whilst checking us in!
The staff were so lovely and friendly!!! The food was really good with a variety to choose from.
They have a book taxi service which I would highly recommend as they personally know the taxi drivers who also make you feel welcome and they are very friendly. You can choose what times you want to be picked up and dropped back - they are always on time (good service!)
The gentleman at reception and the bosses of the hotel were very nice to us and we would have conversations with them too - they made us feel at home and sorted out any enquiries or issues we may have. Such good service at Side Amour :)
We had a spa at the hotel and it was honestly the best spa experience I've had at such a reasonable price!
I would highly recommend booking this hotel as part of your holiday as they will give you the best experience yet!!!

Hi all I’m currently at this hotel in room 4308. I arrived 2 days ago. i’m not normally one to leave a review and it takes a lot to impress me, but what can I say?
The staff have been nothing but welcoming and friendly, from Batman who greeted us when we arrived to the staff at the extra bar, the room is always clean and tidy as well as the other areas, the food is tasty, and has something for everyone. it’s a very relaxed atmosphere, so if that’s what you are looking for this place will be right up ur street. The private beach is also well kept and there is a free transfer every 30 minutes. We are close to the party bars but not too close, and the entertainment goes off at 11, which is good if you want a quiet night. Special mention to the lady with the red hair, nothing is too much trouble for her.
